Excellent stay; lots were nice with lots of shade. Only complaint is that when being a woman showering alone th e simple shower lock on the door isn’t safe. Everyone has the door code. The bathrooms were amazing otherwise. But if a normal door could be added with a proper lock this would make it so much safer. Please consider. Thank you.

This was the first KOA that the grounds looked like they haven’t been none in awhile. But the people were very friendly

With the heat wave staff has been told to stop all strenuous activities by 12pm. Yes it has been neglected due to health and safety concerns the past 1.5 weeks. they spot do what they can as they can in 100+ heat. Thank you for the props on staff!

The facilities were very clean. It was nice to see the employees on a regular basis working around the place. They were also very friendly and helpful. We had a pleasureable time.

Professional Staff team member greeted us upon arrival, location of site roomy and very clean park. Our Site came with table 4 chairs under a shade tree with lawn. Very clean park

We truly enjoyed our stay. The location was great, very close to everything, but still tucked away and quiet. The staff was super helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay again, when we're in the area.

Park was VERY clean. As storms came through the area, they were excellent at providing updates for the pool and propane availability. Very helpful and courteous staff.

Greeted with a smile and a hello, love that! Staff answered all of our questions and helped us get to our space. Bathrooms were also clean, thank you so much!

Enjoyable overnight stop. Nice bathhouse and pool. No shade on our site. Right off a major highway but not much road noise. Would stay again.

Thank you! You can request a shaded site in any KOA's if you'd prefer one. that way the computer can narrow down your wants instead of picking a random spot.

Stay was perfect. Love seeing your staff hard at work making it clean and safe. Fire pits could be located a little differently but not an issue for future status. We were in 332

Enjoyed our stay here. The location was good. The pool was great. A couple of downfalls. There isn’t a change machine in the laundry room, and the office closes at 5pm. We had to leave the campground and go to numerous places trying to get enough quarters to run the machines. Wish there would have been restrictions on washing animal items as there was dog hair everywhere.

Thank you for your review. People are not supposed to wash pet items in any KOA but that is very hard to enforce since it is open 24 hours. We have attempted change machines in the past and it did not work well we are looking into credit card or token options for the future.

It’s a very nice park. The KOA staff really works hard to keep the park looking and working great. The communication from the office is outstanding.

Everyone’s was very nice. Tamara went far and beyond for us anytime I’m in Dallas I will definitely stay at the koa. Grounds are very clean and kept up. Only thing I would recommend is more street lights at night. Five stars

Super friendly staff. The office smelt like weed every time we went in there. The roads were narrow in some parts and the propane was in an awkward spot that blocked exiting traffic.

Thank you for the great review. I have complained of a weird smell in that building for 2 years now, we have had plumbers out and they claim is coming from the old pipes connected to the sinks by the main door. We pour bleach into it when the smell gets prominent and it seems to help.

Great place and location but their wi-fi is a pain. Hard to sign up then they charge you after two days

Unless you opt for the direct service there is no payment needed. Every 3 days you only need to relog in with your email and password to access the free broadband service for another 3 days. This is explained on their pamphlet. I will call Tengo to make sure they did not change this process.

The staff was stellar due to their work ethic, commitment to service, and their courtesy. Also for the double time on traffic control. The reason for only four stars is that the park is hard for big rigs to get into.Once more than three or four line up, they can’t get into the driveway and are stuck, stopped on the main road. I felt that this was more of a “Journey”, rather than a “Holida

Thank you for the Staff props! They are all wonderful! The front entrance is controlled by TxDOT who will not allow any changes. It's a battle we have fought multiple times but they will not compromise.

Great three night stay. Kids got to play a lot in the pool, jump pad, and park. We did several loads of laundry without issue. Dog park was nice. My only suggestion is the office should stay open till at least 7 or 8 in the summer. Kids wanted to rent some bikes but the office closed at 5 so not time for that. Great place to stay!

Glad you had a great time! We have tried to stay open later multiple times in the past and it hasn't been contusive at the Dallas location but we may give it another shot as we get more requests for that.

We drive a class a motorhome, the spots and road access are a bit tight but this being an older park it was fine with beautiful shade trees and pool areas.

The park was a complete and pleasant surprise. We were so worried it was going to be an asphalt nightmare with the adjacent rv so close you could hear the owners breathe. Trees, nicely maintained outbuildings, super clean pool and grounds.

We are sorry to hear you had to leave early. KOA policy on refunds is on all confirmation emails and on the websites. Please fully read confirmation emails you get from KOA so you have all the information you need on the campground prior to arrival.

Very dishonest about cable tv..when I ask a direct question I expect truth.

Dishonest? When you asked you were told the cable company had to come out since we do not work on cable lines. They came out yesterday and worked for 4 hours to fix the issues everyone was experiencing so I do not understand your review. Campground employees do not work on cable lines.

Nice place, right in the middle of everything and very close to interstate 20. We almost missed the turn because the camp store blends right in with the neighboring businesses like a regular shopping center. It was relatively quiet, despite the location and the grounds were well kept. The cabins looked new and the sites were all a great size. We had the deluxe patio sites which are right up front, but they have a propane grill and firepit with campfire seating, umbrella table and chairs and a lounge chair rocker. Staff is very friendly, helpful and patient and kind with children. There are a great variety of plants and trees planted throughout. There is a nice little "stream" for flood control that has ducks and a foot bridge, it's a bit stinky but it is very pretty. Would definitely recommend and the kids want to go back.

Beautiful, quiet an oasis in the middle of the city! Very impressed. My relatives from Colorado would have extended their stay if they didn't have a schedule to keep!
