Campground was in decent shape. Tight in and out from busy street. Trees close to campsites made it hard to park and maneuver large fifth wheel.

Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately the city built around us and we have no control over the entry ways, they are city controlled. We love our trees, they've been here over 50 years and Arborist keeps them as trimmed as best he can so as not to damage the tree.

Beautiful sites, love all the trees. Site was easily accessible and hookups were convenient. Definitely one of the nicest KOA's I've been to. the place was very clean and layed out nicely, spots weren't too close together, thanks.

This was a very nice KOA hidden behind a gate off a Main Street. We did not take advantage of any of the amenities as we were there just to sleep for a night. The grounds looked nice and had trees for shade; however our site was so narrow due to a tree that we could not put out our canopy.

So sorry to hear that! We value our trees here since they have all been here since the 50's. At anytime in the future you are not happy with your site just ask the desk or contact our night host and they will move you to a more preferred site immediately. Thank you for the compliments!

First time at this park. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Site clean and nice, staff had to trim some low hanging branches to park my 40’motorhome. Only and main issue is the entrance off of Cooper Road. It is very narrow and took two lanes of Cooper road to make the turn into the facility with my 40’ motor home pulling my towed full size pickup.

Thank you! We do as much as we can for our guests, unfortunately the Main ingress and egress are in the cities hands fully so we do not have any control over that design.

Very unkept. Hard entry

Unfortunately the city has full control over the ingress and egresses off their streets and we can not change them. We also can not control extreme high heat we have been experiencing (over 100 for a month) which is why 90% of the grass and vegetation is all dead.

My stay here was wonderful! It was peaceful. The staff was amazing! They were willing to help any time I called. The campground was very clean. When I pulled up there was a bunch of cigarette butts in the gravel. The lady sat there and pick up every last one of them by hand. She helped me hook up my trailer. The man came and stabilized it for me. They were truly a great help. Thanks you guys!!

Very clean and quiet campground even in the city. The staff were very helpful and polite and even texted to give us directions in order to avoid having to do a u-turn with a camper. Bathrooms were also very clean

Great friendly staff and clean facilities. Loved this place minus the neighbors revving their engines and playing loud music late in the night.

Thank you! I am happy you enjoyed the campground. The mechanic shop next door, we do constantly call for noise disturbances but they just get a warning and start up the next night all over again. It is a common issue being in the center of the city unfortunately.

Very nice staff and clean park. It was nice being close to attractions. The only problem was getting into and out of the location was not great. You have to take alternate routes to get into the park otherwise you have to U-Turn and that is not possible with larger rigs. They do let you know this when you are close to your arrival. We would stay again.

Ok stay. Park needs an upgrade for the kids and the jump pillow barely had air.

We are working on a new playground hopefully for next spring and the jump pad compressor was damaged on the 12th so we do have a temporary compressor in place until the actual one for the Jump Pad arrives next week so the kids could still use it a little.

About the only fault u may have is getting to ur place of business. Coming from the right side u can't crossover in order to get in. U have to drive until u can find big enough area to make a u turn. When I recommend ur place I'll have to mention this possible hazard. Other than that the place is great.

Everyone of the staff is personable and a delight to work with. They’re very nice and I’m gonna suggest this place to my friends. Plus I was able to get a bicycle ride in one morning which was great since I didn’t know the area the staff told me where to go to get in a 30 mile bicycle ride!

Wonderful two day stay. Would have loved to stay longer but we had to return home Park is super clean and wonderfully situated. Saw a TX rangers ballgame. Took us less than 20 mins to drive there. Highly recommend this KOA

Location is relatively close to things - Fort Worth Stockyards, Stadiums, etc. Entrance sneaks up on you from a main road, and is very hard to get in. I had to turn in from middle lane of 3 lane road. If you're coming the opposite direction you'll have to make a u-turn (if in a car) or make a big circle on rough streets. Immediate surrounding area is a bit rough. But, park itself was clean.

Unfortunately, we have no control over the entrance, that design is controlled by the city and DOT. We have been here since 1967 and the city has built up around us. Thank you for the complement on the park itself though!

The camp site was great. We were a last minute reservation and the staff was very friendly. I think you need a bigger sign on the street as we almost missed the campground

The location of this koa is so great. We loved coming back and using all of the amenities they have. The restrooms were kept very clean during our stay. We used the pool everyday we were there during 4th of July and it was great, except there was tables and chairs with umbrella stands but no umbrellas anywhere or any shade. Aside from that, our only complaint was how unlevel our site was.

We've stayed here multiple times before. It is a convenient location to stay when visiting relatives. We have no serious complaints about the park. It would be nice if they had level, concrete RV pads. The gravel pads make it more difficult to level our trailer as they have a slope to them and result in more dirt being tracked into the trailer. The lack of level, concrete pads is why just 4-stars.

Staff was friendly. Some maintenance is recommended on the sites themselves. Our site was not leveled well. Thus, our RV tilted heavenly to one side. Restrooms were good.

Apologies on the leveling issues, we recently had a flood and we are finding the ground settling interestingly after that combined with the extreme heat. We are regrading as quickly as we can. If ever at a koa and unhappy with your site let the office know we will move you as best we can.

Nice place, right in the middle of everything and very close to interstate 20. We almost missed the turn because the camp store blends right in with the neighboring businesses like a regular shopping center. It was relatively quiet, despite the location and the grounds were well kept. The cabins looked new and the sites were all a great size. We had the deluxe patio sites which are right up front, but they have a propane grill and firepit with campfire seating, umbrella table and chairs and a lounge chair rocker. Staff is very friendly, helpful and patient and kind with children. There are a great variety of plants and trees planted throughout. There is a nice little "stream" for flood control that has ducks and a foot bridge, it's a bit stinky but it is very pretty. Would definitely recommend and the kids want to go back.
