We stay here every time we're in the DFW area for an event. The park is beautiful and in a perfect location to attend events in Dallas, Fort Worth, or Arlington. The staff is super-friendly and goes out of their way to help with whatever you need.

The pool area and the restrooms were lovely and clean. The sites are all on a big incline and impossible to get level. We weren’t given much info when we arrived, just our map and the code to the gate and we had to figure everything else out ourselves.

The location was convenient to the highway. The staff were all very nice and I thought the campground was well kept. The entry to the campground came up on us pretty quickly. If you have a long RV like us, you'll need to be partially in the second lane from the right. Our only complaint has to do with the people camping next to us as they ignored quiet hours. We would stay here again.

Thank you! Please, anytime you are in a KOA and have any issue (except a 911 emergency) after hours do not hesitate to call the after hours phone. The night host will come to the rescue right away.

Only thing bring lots of sewer hose and power cord and water hose. Sewer outlet is at least 25’ from power/water pole. Park is quiet and well maintained. Didn’t meet hosts but were swift in reservations.

It’s a little oasis hidden in downtown Arlington! Restrooms are clean. Pool is beautiful! Lots are nice & well maintained .

We didn't get the opportunity to meet the staff but our daughter said they were wonderful! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, it's big and oh so clean! The bathrooms were super clean and the camp spots are very nice. The tent spots where our daughters were are amazing, nice and roomy with plenty of space in between.

The sites were clean, cabins were cute and the bathrooms were very nice and clean. The location is close to AT&T Stadium and lots of restaurants and shopping without having to drive back into Dallas. I would highly recommend this KOA.

The 30 amp breaker switch would not engage. I used my 50 amp adapter so I was able to hook up. I notified the office and they made a note. Not sure how you would check all the sites for bad breakers unless someone let the office know. This KOA is always clean and nice.

Thank you for letting the staff know. You are correct with the breakers being used non stop they tend to just go whithout warning. Letting us know was exactly what is needed so we know to replace it.

Had a wonderful stay. Upon arrival and going to our site realized there was a low tree branch. Without any hesitation the staff changed our site.

The staff in the store were wonderful, friendly and helpful. The camp was clean. The site had lots of room to park our trailer ,even for us. We are just starting out and not experienced.

Pull through RV sites are uneven due to the drop in the terrain. Most Class As had at least one front tire off the ground to be level. Sites don't drain water well after rain. Some pull throughs are under large oak trees that drop LOTS of acorns. LOTS! Had to go on the roof before departure and sweep up hundreds. Makes for a noisy stay too.

Very short entrance with camper makes a little difficult to get in and out like the pool quite at night thank goodness.

It is a beautiful place with many RV sites. I appreciated the communication via texts. There were 2 dog parks which was really nice for our pets.

The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect to everything we wanted to do, especially the AT&T Stadium for the Cowboys Football Game. The park is well maintained.

Great staff, very accommodating, and helpful. Campground has great amenities that are well kept up. The only negative about this campground is the entrance. It’s tight to get into, off a busy road, and rough to exit onto the main road. But a great, safe, secure area.

Nice park, except for extended stays which are forced to back of park which not as nice. Issue with unkempt spot when we moved in and unprofessional and condescending office manager when trying to address the issue. No courtesy when my wife who was getting off her nursing shift was trying to get mail 5 minutes after office closed even though team member was right there.

I am disheartened and confused by this review. I (GM) called and spoke to you directly as soon as the front desk alerted me of the tree and had the issue tended to that afternoon. We do not have an office manager. The night host does not have keys to the office which was explained in the moment.

Only spent a night here. Looked nice, and I didn’t have any issues during my stay. A staff member who was off duty, assisted me at the gate during my arrival.

Nice place, right in the middle of everything and very close to interstate 20. We almost missed the turn because the camp store blends right in with the neighboring businesses like a regular shopping center. It was relatively quiet, despite the location and the grounds were well kept. The cabins looked new and the sites were all a great size. We had the deluxe patio sites which are right up front, but they have a propane grill and firepit with campfire seating, umbrella table and chairs and a lounge chair rocker. Staff is very friendly, helpful and patient and kind with children. There are a great variety of plants and trees planted throughout. There is a nice little "stream" for flood control that has ducks and a foot bridge, it's a bit stinky but it is very pretty. Would definitely recommend and the kids want to go back.

Beautiful, quiet an oasis in the middle of the city! Very impressed. My relatives from Colorado would have extended their stay if they didn't have a schedule to keep!
