Very nice cabin, rocks, crows , squirrels, fire pits, s'mores, Stacy and , cool trees and flowers, staff members who drive those golf carts and who sell awesome gift shop souvenirs, were helpful.Pool and swimming was awesome for my family would have been 4 me if my small ankle break was absent, lol.good sunrise, sunsets, friendly happy campers Perfect location.dont forget to get the Fire kit

The cabin had a lot of problems including ac going out making loud noise, tv with many channels that wouldn't come in, fire pit literally 12 inches from the street, toilet running constantly, hot water heater kept going off ever minute. The pool was closed for 27 hours when we got there, but was out of their control. But the cabin was clean and the staff was very friendly.

The campground was nice and very clean. Kids had a great time. I was charged for an extra night because the staff thought I never left so that was a problem. It was refunded after I had to call and confirm I had left.

The cabin campsite was very accommodating. The staff was super friendly and very present for needs of trash pick-up or extra trash bags. We also liked the access to pool, jump pad and patio. It was a great place to stay for the family! Thank you!

Clean. The staff were friendly. Only complaint was that my car seemed to have issues getting the outgoing gate to trigger to move.

Staff was very courteous. Everything was reading for our check in and just took a couple of minutes. The cabins was very clean! We really enjoyed our stay here.

Wonderful stay! Great cabin, clean showers/bath house, staff was quick and friendly. Felt like we were in the middle of nowhere even though we were in the middle of town!

The mattress was horrible in our cabin. It needs to be replaced. Told the girl at the front desk and all she said is oh I'm sorry. The only reason why I gave it a 1. Bathrooms were nice. No other problems.

The mattresses in the camping cabins are all camping mattresses as stated on the website description. House style mattresses are only included in KOA's Deluxe cabins. All the cabin mattresses are new from February. Kara did her job and reported it not sure what else was expected from a receptionist.

Pros: Exceptionally friendly staff members: Kiera, Bre, Gates, Tamara, Carl, & Gisela. Air conditioning units in the cabin kept us cool all day and night. Kitchen was stocked and the fridge was large. Easy check-out. Cons: two bathroom lights were out, and I could never get the blow dryer to work. The deluxe cabin was clean, had linens, and comfortable beds. I definitely give this place 5 stars

Our first visit to the area 4 years ago went so well we booked again for this trip. Just as good this time around. Little hidden oasis in the middle of the city! The cabin was clean and comfortable (as comfortable as a sleeping cabin can be) and the grounds and features were clean and well kept. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint was the pool wasn't open yet for the season. Thank you!

Please consider restricting dog park hours. We were woken up several times very late at night and early in the morning by dogs barking incessantly. The trash cans in the dog park were overflowing for our stay; they smelled terrible and we weren't able to use them when we took our dogs over. Please consider adding to the playground area and allowing pool to stay open longer.

The TV in our cabin did not have any channels and we were unable to watch TV once we got back to our cabin and I would also say it’s time to upgrade the mattress in the cabins as they are flat and not comfy at all

This is the second time I’ve stayed there, and I would stay again, if in the area. It’s close to I20, which makes it so handy! I love that it’s nestled in among the trees, and you would never guess it’s in a busy area in a city! It’s so clean, too! Keep up the good work!

We loved our stay. A few things needed to be adjusted on the first day and the employees were very accommodating. Grounds are well kept, clean bathrooms and fun place for families.

We stayed in cabin DC1. It was comfortable and clean and conveniently located in the campground however there were two deficiencies, the bathroom sliding door latch was broken making it very difficult to open and close the door. Also, there was only one cup available upon arrival to use with the coffee maker.

We had a great time! We love that we can bring our dogs but that they can stay in the cabin so we can go tour. Clean, affordable, a lot close by. We are use to the KOA store having longer hours but there are so many grocery stores so close by we didn’t need them. We would gladly stay at this KOA again!

Lovely little spot.. best showerhouse/bathrooms ever at a KOA. Forgot to give me the code to the bathroom tho. It is in the middle of the city so it is louder than typical.

We stayed in one of your deluxe cabins. We were very happy with functionality and cleanliness of the cabin. Being a dog owner, we also were very pleased with the dog parks located on site. All and All this was a very good stay.

LOVE that the air was clean, thank you for not using fragrances or air fresheners. We are highly allergic to those. We also loved the larger trash can in the room, loved the mini-fridge, loved that the bathrooms were so clean, and it’s worth saying again: we loved that you did not use fragrances. This KOA rocks. THANK YOU!!!!

This is the first time we have stayed in one of the cabins in a KOA park. We usually take our RV, but due to my husband's knee surgery, we were not about to take it this time. We had a cabin for our family and us. My grandchildren had a blast. The playground was so nice.

Lovely staff, property, and location! My only recommendation would be to change out the chimineas at the cabins to just regular round fire pits. We set up a fire and it didn't get big enough to get warm because of the shape, so you had to stand and huddle around it.

We stayed one night in a cabin. It was very comfortable. Nicely designed with sheets, blankets, pillows and most importantly, coffee carafe & coffee. We often stay at Arlington KOA because it’s very clean.

We chose to stay in a Deluxe Cabin vs a hotel room on this trip to see my son at UTA Parent Family Weekend. The campground was amazing! We could not even tell we were in the city! The wind was blowing so much we did not get to use the chiminea, however thanks to the gas grill at each site, we roasted our marshmallows over the grill and enjoyed a great night! Will definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our cabin. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had an issue with someone taking our firewood. the staff resolved it promptly and in the correct manner. We Will definitely return in the future and with our coach.

We stayed in a “deluxe” cabin. Very nice, seemed very clean, however the floors could use better mopping. Only sweeping is not enough. But clean linens, near cabin parking, quiet. Very nice. At least what I would expect for the price tag.

We were their a week , the site was well keep , but the construction of the huge apartments next to the site makes it less attractive, those nees blocked out , this is a site that I would not stay for more than a day or 2 due to it doesn't feel like you are camping, it's dead center of a city even though they have done a great job making it feel like you are camping the noise is still their

Nice place, right in the middle of everything and very close to interstate 20. We almost missed the turn because the camp store blends right in with the neighboring businesses like a regular shopping center. It was relatively quiet, despite the location and the grounds were well kept. The cabins looked new and the sites were all a great size. We had the deluxe patio sites which are right up front, but they have a propane grill and firepit with campfire seating, umbrella table and chairs and a lounge chair rocker. Staff is very friendly, helpful and patient and kind with children. There are a great variety of plants and trees planted throughout. There is a nice little "stream" for flood control that has ducks and a foot bridge, it's a bit stinky but it is very pretty. Would definitely recommend and the kids want to go back.

Beautiful, quiet an oasis in the middle of the city! Very impressed. My relatives from Colorado would have extended their stay if they didn't have a schedule to keep!
