Wonderful. Brought our rig and rented 2 cabins for family. So nice to be situated near each other. Amazingly quiet for being right in the center of a city. Only neg. was one family reported that the cabin was very dusty and at one point the bathroom ran out of hand towels. Thank you!

Very serviceable campground - convenient and nice layout. Bathrooms could use more attention - never saw them cleaned, including the time listed on the door. Also trash was overflowing and out of toilet paper in stalls. Good kid accomodations.

We stayed in one of your cabins. We would like to come back with our RV sometime. We were gone most of the time, so didn't utilize much of what you have to offer within the park. The folks in the office were very nice.

We went out there for more than a stay, however, the lodging had so many spider webs on every windows and dust and web clusters were on the bed flames and under the bed as well. We brought a dog and wer very not satisfied with the cleanliness of the lodging. The shared bathroom had unflushed toilets until I checked out. The playground was very small and overall I felt it was a total waste of money

Cabin could have used a bit more attention to cleaning since there were webs and the floor was a bit dusty. Rest room needs more frequent cleaning other then just once a day if it all and working bathroom spray as there is a weird smell to the area. Disappointed that pool is closed seasonally.

We stayed in the cc1 which was fine except it hasn't been dusted high in a while which was apparent by the massive cobwebs on the ceiling. I cleaned the ones over the bed but the ones on the TV wall are still there. The only other complaint is the women's bathroom by the pool was never cleaned the entire weekend we were there. It was two women but I can't imagine the men's room was cleaned either

A perfect place to stay in the middle of a busy city! Loved our cabin and how close it was to the bathrooms. The overall campground was well maintained and the hosts were very friendly. Close to the AT & T Centre as well. We highly recommend this place for other campers.

We stayed in one of the cabins located on the property. This cabin was very nice and clean. We met some family members who were camping in a RV and the cabins were located close to the RV Site. We were very please overall.

Comfortable clean cabin:), except for the microwave it appeared clean but was greasy, we didn’t use it. Two safety issues 1 should have a railing on steps. 2 the outdoor light at the restroom was out I needed a flashlight to enter tje code.

Sheets were dirty in the cabin when we arrived. Luckily I brought our own sheets and towels. The cabins are nice but I was disappointed in the cleanliness. The sheets had a dog print and looked as if they were not changed from the previous people. Bring cleaning supplies and linens when you come

We were a bit underwhelmed with the Deluxe Cabin. It would be nice to have a couple of glasses and a couple of coffee mugs for the price. Two paper cups are just not sufficient for any evening. Staff was helpful resolving the heating issue with the cabin.

My very first time staying at a KOA. I was not disappointed! The cabin was cozy, very clean. The beds were comfortable. The property was well kept. I would definitely stay here again!

We needed a resort to accommodate both rv and cabin. The location was convenient to everything, the grounds were kept nice, good dog park even though owners don’t seem to pick up after their pups(not resorts fault), STAFF is AWESOME! Cabin needs a little TLC in bathroom(floor rotting and feels like it’s leaning). Would stay again with RV if in the area!

Nice place. Clean. Quiet. Friendly staff. Our deluxe cabin was great. Totally enjoyed our time there. If going to Arlington Texas definitely recommend this KOA. Nicer then a hotel. You have your own space in a cabin.

A/C was not cool enough and tv remote did not work but we always enjoy staying at the Dallas/Arlington KOA

Great camp manager. Kara was very accommodating in assigning our family Cabin and nearby campsite! Very clean and modern shower facilities. Very safe and monitored after hours security. Easy access, shaded and level sites!

Great location, friendly staff. Do NOT stay here in summer! 100+ degrees inside cabin. Told ac was new - it was not, buttons wore off, coils clogged and filthy. Bought our own portable unit to survive the heat, keep our pups safe. Could be 5 stars if they resolve cooling issues by caring for their equipment.

The equipment is cleaned after each departure, the cabins are RV trailers and in this heat the wall units are all cooling as best they can. However you dismantling and destroying the unit by ripping a seal off and breaking the entire front fascia is 100% unacceptable behavior.

The bathrooms were some of the best KOA has to offer. My only caveat is that the mattress on the cabin bed was actually a box springs and not a real mattress. Had to go to Walmart to buy an air mattress so I could sleep.

Thank you. Our housekeeping staff is amazing! The beds in the camping cabins are RV 6 inch foam mattresses set on top of frame beds, standard in camping cabins. Only the deluxe cabins have traditional house mattresses.

I was a little worried when I pulled in and realized this KOA was IN the city, off a really busy street. However, once past the gate, you forget that you're surrounded by the city. Everything was clean and well kept. It was quiet and we made lots of new campground friends. This place is a real jewel. Thank you for an amazing stay!

The toilet and bathtub were dirty, the one blanket that was provided for the two bunk beds was full of hair (we got two clean blankets after we took the dirty blanket to the office), the shower head was horrible, it was impossible to get/keep the water temp at a comfortable level (either too hot or too cold), and the shower handle and wall plate were very loose. Disappointing and overpriced stay.

It was our first stay so we have nothing to compare it to, but we loved it. Will definitely stay again and tell others. Really enjoyed the patio and roasting marshmallows in the fire pit. Two of the children who came had never been camping- they said it was “the best night ever “.

The Cabin was great! We were close to Six Flags. We loved it all ! My Grandson loved the pool Giant Checkers the Bounce Pad and the Swing set!

I stayed the weekend in the cabin. It was a great atmosphere in the middle of Arlington but it felt like you were in the woods. The only issue I had is during the day it was extremely hot in the cabin the AC could not keep up with the Heat of the day

Thank you for the great review! Yes, since the camping cabins are not insulated, they are Rustic, the AC's are only good to take the edge off when temps reach heat wave levels as they are now.

We stayed in a cabin the air-condition was operating, but not cooling do to compressor short cycling. Tuff it out for the night when we realized the problem. Too late to move personal items and Grand kids . Reported it the following day

Nice place, right in the middle of everything and very close to interstate 20. We almost missed the turn because the camp store blends right in with the neighboring businesses like a regular shopping center. It was relatively quiet, despite the location and the grounds were well kept. The cabins looked new and the sites were all a great size. We had the deluxe patio sites which are right up front, but they have a propane grill and firepit with campfire seating, umbrella table and chairs and a lounge chair rocker. Staff is very friendly, helpful and patient and kind with children. There are a great variety of plants and trees planted throughout. There is a nice little "stream" for flood control that has ducks and a foot bridge, it's a bit stinky but it is very pretty. Would definitely recommend and the kids want to go back.

Beautiful, quiet an oasis in the middle of the city! Very impressed. My relatives from Colorado would have extended their stay if they didn't have a schedule to keep!
