Outstanding KOA experience! All first rate. Beautiful, clean, quiet campground, well maintained. Nice park like atmosphere, well laid out. Very courteous service by manager, staff. We were 100% happy, and would stay at this KOA again.

Pool not open and no prior notification on the website. Laundry was very expensive

We stayed at this KOA from January through mid April and really enjoyed our time here. The staff were all very friendly and the amenities were well maintained. I wished the longterm sites were better maintained or upgraded more regularly. Overall we had a good experience.

We stayed 3 nights. This is our second time staying here, the campground is quiet, clean and a great location and friendly staff.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated them picking up my propane tank, filling it and returning it to my site. Exceptional customer service. Why cant other parks do this? Nicely done, KOA!

The location was great, but getting to it was cumbersome. Not much you can do about that on a city street. I received the alternative directions to avoid the dangerous U-turn, but I wasn’t able to reroute my GPS to take the suggested route. I would suggest creating a Google map to share the route. The campground was beautiful and clean, wish I had gotten a site with fire pit. Will stay again!

Was quoted advertised promotion cost...3 nights for price of 2 over the phone. But was charged for 3 nights. Most staff were pleasant but one in particular was not.

Spent a week in our 19ft travel trailer. No problems at all. Nice clean and level sites. Sufficient space between sites. Picnic table and fire ring at each site. Nice clean bathroom, showers, and laundry. Some extra traffic due to the many full timers living in the back of the park. Attentive staff. Convenient location. Super price for our stay!

Lovely park. Clean well taken care of by management. Staff was helpful and professional. Near to many restaurants etc being right in town. Lots of trees blocked most of the view so you didn't feel like you were in town as much. Maintenance person let us into park as traffic was bad so we were a bit later than expected. Checked us in through his tablet so we didn't have to go to the office.

We had only booked a Friday-Wednesday originally. We weren't sure that we were going to stay in Arlington. We had literally just sold our house and moved into the RV full time with three dogs. We extended our stay a full week to get organized. Our spot was great for training our dogs how to live this life. The workers have been SO NICE. My husband is actually looking to workamp for KOA now.

Park is very well kept and nice. Bit of a issue getting in and out of the park due to how busy the road is. City has installed curbs so making turns in and out can be tricky. Nothing to do with the park.

We were here as seasonal guests. We cannot say enough good things about this location. The staff were so friendly, professional, and accommodating. Special thanks to Tamara, Gates, Mason, Brian, and Jeff for all you do to keep the park clean, safe, and comfortable. The bathhouse is spacious and the park is dog friendly. We met so many wonderful people here. We can’t wait to come back this winter

We really enjoyed our stay. The only complaints are the entrance and exit from the park. The opening from the street is very narrow, its not convenient to enter the park from I-30, and you can only turn in one direction when you exit. But we liked the park.

The park is convienant. My only issue this stay was the grass. We stayed for 6 days, the grass was real long when we got there and was only cut the day before we left. Seemed to have people working collecting garbage and stuff but definitely need to cut grass more often.

Was there an ownership change? Arlington KOA used to have really great staff, impeccably groomed sites, park central campfire pit, and fun things to do. This visit the staff seemed indifferent, the fire pit is gone, and the sites needed mowing and additional maintenance. Shower house was still good. WiFi doable. Hopefully things improve on the next visit. New fences were beautiful. Great store

Driveway entering and exiting is treacherous- huge dip, heavy traffic and narrow. 300 sites are not level. Campground is not well maintained. Sites are narrow

Nice place, right in the middle of everything and very close to interstate 20. We almost missed the turn because the camp store blends right in with the neighboring businesses like a regular shopping center. It was relatively quiet, despite the location and the grounds were well kept. The cabins looked new and the sites were all a great size. We had the deluxe patio sites which are right up front, but they have a propane grill and firepit with campfire seating, umbrella table and chairs and a lounge chair rocker. Staff is very friendly, helpful and patient and kind with children. There are a great variety of plants and trees planted throughout. There is a nice little "stream" for flood control that has ducks and a foot bridge, it's a bit stinky but it is very pretty. Would definitely recommend and the kids want to go back.

Beautiful, quiet an oasis in the middle of the city! Very impressed. My relatives from Colorado would have extended their stay if they didn't have a schedule to keep!
