Another outstanding stay at a KOA. My second time at this location. Great staff and amenities. The bathroom and showers where clean and in great shape. The pool was fantastic. The staff was top-notch. Only complain is it rained a few days but the staff can't help that, ha. My spot was level and everything worked. A++. Rico the bearded one.

Awesome. Used KOA as a base camp for attending Six Flags and Hurricane Harbor. Your pool was an added benefit for our ten year old grandson and friend. Well grandma and grandpa liked it too. Everything was very clean and neatly arranged.

This KOA is totally awesome, we will stay again when in the area. The staff was very friendly. The camping sites were very clean as was the shower / bathroom house & pool. Great stay !!!!!!!!!!

Overall for my first time with the RV was good. I learned a lot from my RV friends. Check in: my last name and my city was entered incorrect. The first day I was told it was corrected and it was not. The second day I went to the office for corrections and it was accomplished. The wrong address was still on my receipt at checkout. The facilities and amenities were good for my first trip.

Thank you for the review. Rewards Card members information cannot be adjusted at the campgrounds to protect from fraud on the KOA rewards card. A manager can call and have it adjusted if necessary but you can adjust all your information yourself on the KOA app at any time.

Awesome sites, clean and nice showers/bathroom, warm awesome pool, and great shade trees. Only negative is difficult entrance off of cooper street

Thank you. That entrance has been an ongoing battle between DOT and KOA. We have no control over the entrance it is up to DOT to allow us to "fix" it and they refuse stating it is built that way for water control. So we continue to fight for it.

Very clean, welcoming staff. Sites were a little tight but the rest of the camp made up for that! No complaints here I would recommend to anyone.

Our only complaint but not really a complaint more of an issue was that the sewer dumb was broken and we had to use a big stone to hold our hose over the dump hole. Property was clean and quiet and close to everything that we needed for the weekend stay we will be back!!

Wonderful! Happy you enjoyed your stay! In TX State Law requires all RV'ers to have a sewer ring seal "donut" since coding does not allow for threaded caps. You can pick them up for around $6 at any RV supply or on Amazon. It is recently becoming a popular code in other states as well.

This is such s nice place to stay! Everyone was kind and helpful and the grounds were so clean. I appreciate the games/jump pad. They kept my kids busy! The pool is kept super clean. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Only issue was seeing the gate buttons at night, loved the Propane service, left bottle beside trailer and gentlemen filled it and brought it back full AWESOME.

When we arrived our site was occupied. We were told that the people who were in out site requested another night but apparently were supposed to move. It is a KOA in the middle of a city. It was quiet actually. It did need some tender loving care.

Apologies that staff missed the RV still in your site, I did some checking and yes, they were registered in another spot. We have been making major improvements in the park since September 2022, it is a continued process, if and when you return you will see even more improvements!

A holiday oasis in the middle of the metropolis. Lovely RV park with lots of amenities. Quiet even with lots of RV in the park. Very nic.

We had a great time. Everyone was very nice and helpful when we needed something. The maintenance man was great, we were using our trailer for the first time and he helped us get the lines all set up and answered any questions we had. My kids loved the area, the pool was great, our dogs enjoyed the dog park. We would absolutely stay at this KOA again and would recommend to our friends.

The park was nice. The only issue I had was the dog park did not seem maintained. We were there 3 days and left on the 4th. The dog park needed someone to come in and clean it after those who wouldn’t clean up after their dogs.. The trash can at the dog park was not emptied in the 4 days it was used. Because the internet has a pop up to log in we were not able to use our TV

Thank you for your review. The dog park is patrolled and changed 3 times daily however we did have a surge in pet guests this past weekend. We will step up those cleanings to 6 times a day when needed. And yes WIFI is basic, as advertised, Tengos direct pay gives you high speed options.

Nice campground and very well kept. My daughter had a tournament and we needed a late check out. They were very accommodating. Would highly recommend this campground if you are in the area.

The spot we were in was unusable for outdoor activities like opening our awning, grilling, and just sitting outside. We were worried if we grilled we would suffocate our neighbors. Our section felt like the intent was to cram as many RV'S in without consideration of enjoying the outdoors. I gave it 2 stars for the super clean bathrooms and staff. Top notch.

The sites were built long before Oak Property Management purchased the property, I am unaware of their intent although RV's were much smaller back then. thank you for the complements on the staff! They are amazing and are the hardest working team we've ever had to make sure guests are happy.

Helpful lady in the shop. Great communication before and after arrival. Hassle free payment for the balance. Tidy campsite. Clean restrooms/showers. Helpful proactive staff (noticed me carrying some trash and said no need. Dog park could do with some more grass; I know it is hard to keep it when it is used a lot, but needed to prevent it being a mud bath. Really enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Stayed 2 days in late May to visit the Fort Worth Stockyard. Weather was hot but pool wasn't open yet. Alot of sites have nice shade trees but they need trimmed I couldn't put out my awning. Internet was ok for email but nothing else. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Thank you for reviewing! All pools in Arlington are not permitted to open until right before Memorial Day, that is City codes. And we agree about the WIFI! Once the contract is up with Tengo we will be getting high speed wifi, this is why we advertise it as basic free wifi. Hope to see you again!

Excellent. Due to the City’s design of Cooper St. they didn’t allow for a turn lane for the KOA. They also blocked the direct access coming from the North. It’s not a big issue if you are aware of it. There are two entrances into the KOA. Coming from I20 on Cooper st , the second entrance on for the KOA is the north one. In a class A coach it gives you ample room to turn. Ron. Abi

We’ve stayed here several times but I don’t think we’ll stay here again. Our reception was less than friendly and we didn’t get an escort which is customary. The large dog park was filthy; I picked up at least 5 bags of poop and didn’t get it all. The pail was full and had excrement loose on top. I finally asked someone to empty it. The bathrooms were clean- the only reason for 2 not 1 s

Of three KOAs we've visited since getting the RV, this was the nicest! Clean facilities, open spaces, good price, and a fundraiser for children's clinic. Can't wait for the pool to open, we'll be back soon!

We always stay here when travelling through the Dallas local area. The park is always in great condition, with friendly staff. It is also close to all the major professional sporting venues as well as many excellent restaruants. We'll be back!

Nice place, right in the middle of everything and very close to interstate 20. We almost missed the turn because the camp store blends right in with the neighboring businesses like a regular shopping center. It was relatively quiet, despite the location and the grounds were well kept. The cabins looked new and the sites were all a great size. We had the deluxe patio sites which are right up front, but they have a propane grill and firepit with campfire seating, umbrella table and chairs and a lounge chair rocker. Staff is very friendly, helpful and patient and kind with children. There are a great variety of plants and trees planted throughout. There is a nice little "stream" for flood control that has ducks and a foot bridge, it's a bit stinky but it is very pretty. Would definitely recommend and the kids want to go back.
