My kids and I enjoyed our stay here at this KOA. Great amenities, clean sites. The only complaint I had was with me missing the turn into the place each and ever time I came in.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The guy mowing the grass was extremely kind to my kids and was doing a great job! All the office staff we encountered were great! Great campsite with a grill and firepit which we wished we could have utilized more, but was a short stay. Play area was nice, bike rentals were a bit expensive, but the grounds were pretty and well kept.

Some minor issues that I did not expect from a KOA. Sewer was clogged on our site. The front office acknowledged that they were aware of it, and would have someone fix. They did not fix it. Next day ended up moving sites, and they did upgrade our site, and said "we are not going to charge the additional fee" for the upgraded site. Overall landscaping could use some help.

Very nice people working there. They have daily trash pick up. The sites are a good size.

Campground is filthy! Poor staff is overworked. Pool has been left dirty all winter & is green & moldy. We were there 7 nights, bathroom was cleaned (and not well) once. There was trash overflowing, no toilet paper or paper towels. There’s cobwebs & the vents are packed with filth. The campground was full for eclipse, but GM went away for week, instead of making sure campground was taken care of

The entrance at the road could be widened (move the KOA sign out of the center) and leveled to make it easier to get in and its gated which also could be a bit wider as well. The alternate directions given made it easier not to have to make a UTurn. Spaces are tight and not the most level. It is well maintained and cleaned, and feels secure. A good place to stop for the night or events.

In the middle of a large and busy Dallas suburb you will find yourselves nestled in between beautiful big trees, great amenities and cared for by wonderful people. Can’t say enough good things about the staff. Helpful, friendly and attentive. You could stay there for the entirety of your vacation and never realize you are in the middle of a busy urban area. Disappointed some one was not available to open the gate for us. I cannot reach box from the motorhome, and by the time I went down, punched in code and got back into the motorhome the gate was closing. Not sure if you are short on help and but noticed grass was really tall and not trimmed.

Park was nice and clean, and I liked that it felt like a little oasis in the city, but most of the cool amenities advertised on the site weren't available. The bouncy pad wasn't inflated. The pool was a mess of green algae that looked more like a goldfish pond than a pool. And the fact that you had to sign up through a third party system for WiFi was lame.

While the location is pretty good as are the rates this park is not well kept. The trash cans are overflowing, the grass needs cutting, there are electrical wires exposed, sprinklers flood the dog park and even though the pool is closed it looks like a cesspool. The girl who keeps the bathrooms clean does an amazing job. I'll stay elsewhere next time.

Nice campground. Only stayed one night. Nice store with essentials and souvenirs. Laundry room was clean and in working order. Needs a dollar bill changer for after office hours.

I'm surprised this is a KOA. By far the worst KOA I've stayed at. The grounds were not kept. Pool was murky green. Even if not being utilized it should be kept clean. The area of town this is in is not good. Very very noisy area. I cannot recommend and would never stay here again.

Nice campground but sites were small. Our site was uneven so not so nice. The entrance is right in town off a 3 lane road so was quite busy. The campground was clean and the laundry was nice.

Nice clean campground but WiFi was zilch because of so many campers. Would also recommend that a sign is put in showers to let people know not to panic when lights go out while showering!

Nice place, right in the middle of everything and very close to interstate 20. We almost missed the turn because the camp store blends right in with the neighboring businesses like a regular shopping center. It was relatively quiet, despite the location and the grounds were well kept. The cabins looked new and the sites were all a great size. We had the deluxe patio sites which are right up front, but they have a propane grill and firepit with campfire seating, umbrella table and chairs and a lounge chair rocker. Staff is very friendly, helpful and patient and kind with children. There are a great variety of plants and trees planted throughout. There is a nice little "stream" for flood control that has ducks and a foot bridge, it's a bit stinky but it is very pretty. Would definitely recommend and the kids want to go back.

Beautiful, quiet an oasis in the middle of the city! Very impressed. My relatives from Colorado would have extended their stay if they didn't have a schedule to keep!
