Only complaint I have is when I reserved my space I was told I would get a space with shade. That did not happen. I enjoyed the park. Pool is nice. Bathrooms are good size and clean. Wish there was more laundry machines and a coin dispenser. The location is great with shopping and restaurants close.

Stayed 3 nights. The restrooms were super clean and nice. Dog park large and easily accessible. Nice sized spots with good road ways. If I needed to find a con it would be the sign on the entrance is unlit and hard to find at night.

Great location, friendly staff. Do NOT stay here in summer! 100+ degrees inside cabin. Told ac was new - it was not, buttons wore off, coils clogged and filthy. Bought our own portable unit to survive the heat, keep our pups safe. Could be 5 stars if they resolve cooling issues by caring for their equipment.

The equipment is cleaned after each departure, the cabins are RV trailers and in this heat the wall units are all cooling as best they can. However you dismantling and destroying the unit by ripping a seal off and breaking the entire front fascia is 100% unacceptable behavior.

The bathrooms were some of the best KOA has to offer. My only caveat is that the mattress on the cabin bed was actually a box springs and not a real mattress. Had to go to Walmart to buy an air mattress so I could sleep.

Thank you. Our housekeeping staff is amazing! The beds in the camping cabins are RV 6 inch foam mattresses set on top of frame beds, standard in camping cabins. Only the deluxe cabins have traditional house mattresses.

First of all the location is on a main drag - apparently Arlington likes U-turns but with a 40’ bus and tow it was very challenging because we missed the KOA entrance. Check in was pleasant. As for the spot, seriously??? Tall grass. Our neighbors had their hoses in our yard. I literally had to walk around it and everything was super cramped. We couldn’t even grill. Too close to bus. Nop

Anytime we’re in the area we always stay at the KOA. Nice little spot hidden away and close to everything. Definitely worth staying

Stellar campground. Staff is friendly. Showerhouse is clean, although sometimes water in shower wouldn't get very hot. Pool was awesome. Clean, sparkling water. Obviously well maintained. This is the second time I have stayed here and it is my favorite KOA hands down.

So happy you love our little KOA! Apologies for the showers we learned that same week one of the 4 Electric water heaters died so next time you will have hot showers available. Stacie is the BEST with pool maintenance and LOVES the compliments!

We enjoy the pull through sites with full hook ups. We have been there 2 times (a shakedown trip and for a Ranger’s baseball game). We have a third trip planned for next month. The staff is very friendly and helpful. On the last trip we had problems with our power Jack. The staff came and helped us with it. Thank you!

Nice place. Needs some good maintenance. Pot holes on roads and gravel sites. The pull thru sites need grading to flat them out. Picnic tables need fixing and table concrete slabs are badly broken. Bushes are growing over the roads and hitting the rigs coming into the area. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Great to work with.

Thank you for the feedback! Major projects which most listed fall under are set to be completed over the winter since we can not do them during the "On" season. Picnic tables the staff has been rebuilding a few per week as a side project. Come see us again in the spring for upgrades!

Campground was in decent shape. Tight in and out from busy street. Trees close to campsites made it hard to park and maneuver large fifth wheel.

Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately the city built around us and we have no control over the entry ways, they are city controlled. We love our trees, they've been here over 50 years and Arborist keeps them as trimmed as best he can so as not to damage the tree.

Beautiful sites, love all the trees. Site was easily accessible and hookups were convenient. Definitely one of the nicest KOA's I've been to. the place was very clean and layed out nicely, spots weren't too close together, thanks.

This was a very nice KOA hidden behind a gate off a Main Street. We did not take advantage of any of the amenities as we were there just to sleep for a night. The grounds looked nice and had trees for shade; however our site was so narrow due to a tree that we could not put out our canopy.

So sorry to hear that! We value our trees here since they have all been here since the 50's. At anytime in the future you are not happy with your site just ask the desk or contact our night host and they will move you to a more preferred site immediately. Thank you for the compliments!

First time at this park. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Site clean and nice, staff had to trim some low hanging branches to park my 40’motorhome. Only and main issue is the entrance off of Cooper Road. It is very narrow and took two lanes of Cooper road to make the turn into the facility with my 40’ motor home pulling my towed full size pickup.

Thank you! We do as much as we can for our guests, unfortunately the Main ingress and egress are in the cities hands fully so we do not have any control over that design.

I was a little worried when I pulled in and realized this KOA was IN the city, off a really busy street. However, once past the gate, you forget that you're surrounded by the city. Everything was clean and well kept. It was quiet and we made lots of new campground friends. This place is a real jewel. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Nice place, right in the middle of everything and very close to interstate 20. We almost missed the turn because the camp store blends right in with the neighboring businesses like a regular shopping center. It was relatively quiet, despite the location and the grounds were well kept. The cabins looked new and the sites were all a great size. We had the deluxe patio sites which are right up front, but they have a propane grill and firepit with campfire seating, umbrella table and chairs and a lounge chair rocker. Staff is very friendly, helpful and patient and kind with children. There are a great variety of plants and trees planted throughout. There is a nice little "stream" for flood control that has ducks and a foot bridge, it's a bit stinky but it is very pretty. Would definitely recommend and the kids want to go back.

Beautiful, quiet an oasis in the middle of the city! Very impressed. My relatives from Colorado would have extended their stay if they didn't have a schedule to keep!
