Great campground, great Hosts! I loved the privacy fences between tent camping sites and clean bathrooms. Its closer to to a lot of the attractions without being overly crowded. I will gladly return here. Thank you

My first long stay at a KOA and I was very satisfied. The customer service was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the facilities and grounds were very clean and well maintained. This particular KOA sets the bar high for my expectations at other KOAs. The location was perfect for exploring so many parks, hikes, and other outdoor activities. Thank you for a great 1-week stay!

It was good. We were busy most of time so were not in the RV park except to sleep. Enjoyed breakfast the morning we were leaving.

We absolutley had a wonderful time and our stay at your campground was part of that. The staff is so nice. The grounds were well kept. The facilities were very clean. We enjoyed our morning talks with John. He just made us feel so welcome. THANK YOU JOHN!!! We sure hope we are able to come back some day.

Very clean laundry, bathroom, and shower facilities. Only reason for the 4 was it was Moth season, and we thought we were in a scary movie. They were everywhere.

Great facility, and easy to find off the highway. I would recommend looking into the other false location on Google Maps that threw us off on our trip there. The staff, Dave, was super friendly and helpful and made sure we were all set up even though we checked in after hours. Facilities were nice and clean and the setting was beautiful. Would loved to have spent more time there!

We were here for 5 short days. EVERYONE was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. The bathrooms were very clean and those showers!!!! Their sausage and biscuits breakfast was divine!! We will be back!!

We had a good stay. The camp is convenient to all area attractions. Custer is a very short drive away and offers all amenities (gas, food, shopping, etc.) Likewise, this camp has a full array of services including level full hook-up sites, Kamping Kabins, showers, laundry, a restaurant, a pool, and a bounce pillow. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful and clean. Super friendly and wonderful Cafe. Perfectly located a hop skip and jump away from all the black hill action. Just wished we had more kids at the KOA when we stayed so our wee one would have had a playmate. Will stay here again.

We absolutely loved this KOA. Very professional friendly staff. Well maintained campground with spotless restrooms and laundry. Perfect location for seeing all the sites. Could not ask for more.

Very friendly staff and a clean, quiet, peaceful campground. It's a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. We drive a Semi-truck with a 45' toy hauler. The pad was large paved and level. The patio was paved with an iron table, chairs, fire pit, a clean gas grill and a privacy fence. We ride our side x side on the many trails in the area.

Great stop..close to town and Vrazy Horse, about 25 minutes to Rustmore bit beautiful ride. Staff were.pmeasant and even took us to our site which we really appreciate. Great folks.

When I came in on Thursday night, I was stressed. I had worked a full day, and I had a crying nanny in the car, the thought of setting up a 3 room cabin tent and getting my kids to bed in the night was stressing both my wife and I out. However, the team at KOA were ready for us, the had painstakingly picked out our 2 tent sites to be near each other. The came with a smile, and made it easy. Great!

This KOA was the best KOA we've ever stayed in. What made the difference for us was the staff. They went out of their way to provide the best customer service we've experienced at any campground in our travels. The icing on the cake for us was when the gentleman delivered our firewood to us in his pajamas. Having said that, it wasn't for the wonderful attire, it was that he did this with a smile even though we had not arrived back to the campground until well after the office was closed and it was already dark. This KOA is beautiful and has all the amenities that a traveller could ask for. It is located within a half hour drive of so many of the attractions in the area. We'll be back and we're hoping to have the same gracious and friendly staff to greet us again.

Our 2nd time camping here! Loved it 2 years ago & just as much this time! We splurged for a patio site this time & it did not disappoint. Nice, comfortable sites, clean restrooms & laundry area, well-kept grounds, super friendly & helpful staff (Special thanks to John & Janny, who were amazing!). Beautiful location & positioned perfectly to easily explore so much of what the Black Hills has to offer. Nice to be able to come back to your campsite after a fun day of exploration & be able to relax comfortably outside with a nice fire (some of the KOAs where we stayed on this trip, simply did not have enough room between sites to do that comfortably). We certainly hope to return...love this area & this KOA is one of favorite campgrounds in the US!
