Our drive through site 404 experienced a lot of confused foot traffic walking through our site, including one family who insisted there wasn’t any other way to get to the their campsite other than trample over our power cord. Might want to make cones available to this site.

I was disappointed with this campground. I have stayed in many KOA’s, this one should not be called a “holiday”, no pool, hot tub, just a run down play ground.The bathrooms were outdated, one had no shower head at all, just a pipe out of the ceiling. The other one only 2 out of the 3 were in service. The only good thing was the location, near the Red Wood forest.

The dog park needs to be mowed cuz you can’t find the dog poop to clean up and there was a lot of it in there

Easy check-in. Friendly staff. Beautiful setting with all of the trees. Loved the privacy hedges between sites. 10 minutes from the beach! Loved it!

The staff was great. When we had a flat tire that Cruise America couldn’t be bothered to call us back, the campground helped us blow the tire and direst us to a tire center close by.

This place was just ok. It had everything we needed, but could have used ALOT of upgrading and TLC. My granddaughter’s bike was locked up with a cable and stolen overnight. It was found in the bushes of the Kia two days later.

I would not stay here!! Our mountain bikes were stolen off of our bike rack during our stay. This KOA knows this is a problem and doesn’t care about the campers coming in and out. The actual grounds were ok and pretty yes. However, it’s very upsetting to come out and see our stuff stolen. We were refunded our money for the stay but they also know this is a big problem in the area. Sad

The only reason I dropped one star was that both sewers were full and someones underwear was left on site. Was this site checked or cleaned before a new person or my arrival?

My favorite campground no longer. Cutting down redwood trees from my favorite area. Maybe will grow into fav again. Electrical out. No electricity that I paid for, and did nothing about it. Showers and restrooms okay.

Liked the place a lot. Did not like the space. A6 very narrow, couldn't use the fire pit, to close to office , laundry, showers, tree scraps on my roof of 5th wheel. Many vacant much better spots?

Nice spot, though our site was narrow and complicated a little by a guide wire. Quiet, nice bathrooms.

Staff was friendly, but facilities are old and in disrepair. They had 1 washer and one dryer out of order, and it was very busy...even late at night. The showers were sort of gross...I opted to shower in our small rig.

The campground is secluded in the pine trees north of Crecent City. It was clean, well maintained, and easy to get in and out of.

Sites were long and flat. Working on making improvements to the park such as the playground. Hate to see the redwoods cut down. People in office were friendly and helpful.

This place probably used to be great, but it seems all the trees have been cut down for the tons of cabins. RV sites are SO close together that we listened to our neighbor cough all night. Zero privacy in your site! I like people, but would like to choose whether or not I I react w/them. Kind of rundown, all efforts seem to be going towards the cabins.

Quite and clean however needs maintenance. Dog park area fence needs to be fixed as does dog gate. We were there 4 days and the dog trah was not emptied and there were never any bags. No big deal to us but for people who don't come prepared. Other than that nice people nice park

Redwood harvesting IS sad - but my bigger concern was a large group of "tenters" (no tents), parked in the back, and my laundry room experience with one of them. Man walks in, strips down to his underwear in front of me, puts his apparently only set of clothes in the washer, and then turns around and asks me for quarters. Crescent City has a large homeless pop. & this KOA seems to rent to them.

I was sad to see all the tree removal since our last stay in August. My husband and our Shepard loved walking into the forest area of the park. It was taped off for tree removal when we were there in April. I understand, but so sad to see.

Even though we booked in February for late May, we were put in a construction zone. To their credit, the KOA manager did move us when we asked to be moved, but our original spot was less than awesome. Then we were moved to a spot that was better, but still in a construction area. The second night we were in an all right spot. I wouldn't stay here again unless I was desperate.

This KOA need work. The grass needed mowing, the hedges needed trimming, roads were rough, sites too narrow, sites not level at all. The owner needs to quit cutting down trees for his cabin area and give some attention to the RV area. We would not stay here again.

They were very kind to cut branches off trees to accommodate our rig, but I hated the cutting of hundred year old redwood trees to expand the campground. Very sad and disappointed.

Our stay was great, The staff were amazing and the facilities were excellent. We did have a few issues however. There was a lot of work being done which made the grounds not look so great and the spot that we got for an RV was boarder line unacceptable. I know that the grounds normally wouldn't look like this, so no worries, but the spot we got seemed like a tent spot.

The KOA was fine. The town was HORRIBLE! Couldn’t give me a free trip to come back to Crescent City. But the campsite was good.

We arrived late. Had to figure out our site by other site nos. No number posted on our assigned site. I realize that clean up was taking place - downed trees etc. Was happy to have laundry facilities. However, none of the electrical outlets worked in the ladies washroom. I used an outlet in the laundry room to dry my hair.

Great campground. Easy access from 101. Lots to see and do. Clean bathroom and friendly staff. Eager to help. Quiet and really enjoyed the tall redwoods on property. Would stay here again

Really great KOA, cabins are in the midst of Redwoods. Clean campground overall. Office hours are not that great, 10-3 only.

I love all the great staff that work there, they have a few young helpers that bring you wood or whatever else you need. Debbie is great in office and well Steve the main mantance man is amazing. Keep up good work
