My family enjoyed our stay at KOA. We loved our small cabin. We like the fact that we had a small fridge and a microwave. It was very helpful in preparing meals. We also appreciated all the kitchen supplies. We enjoyed cooking outdoors. It would of been a 10 and a 5. Wifi was non existent and the TV was not working. But we definitely stay at another KOA.

They gave us the wrong cabin size, charged us for linens and we only got towels, our cabin’s garbage cans were full from the last guests. The office is only open from 10-3 so it was impossible to actually talk to someone and when we did, she said they would take off the linens charge and give us one night free, but the linens charge was still on the receipt. Worst KOA I’ve been to.

For the price I paid for the cabin, it was a bit of a disappointment. The toilet needs to be replaced. I paid for the linen package, only to have an old, thin sleeping bag provided for the single beds and pullout couch was less than appealing.

We had a fabulous trip, even though it was raining the entire time. The cabin was perfect and equipped with more than we were expecting. After hours check-in was really easy. Thank you so much for a great stay.

Not a very good KOA, bathrooms and laundry room doors where held open with rocks all night for homeless people. Management is there from 10am to 3pm. People were coming in late, leaving early, not paying.

Facilities were very nice and there was good communication. The front office however seemed like it was always closed so we couldn’t get firewood. Front desk employee was very unfriendly. She never made eye contact and sort of grunted when I said “Have a nice day”. Clearly didn’t care about my stay.

Absolutely loved our cute little cabin and the outside set up. The play ground was a hit for our littles and the goats were fun to watch. Only thing I would recommend is to have office hours a little later for people that check in at 3pm. Was a bummer not to be able to grab firewood for our first night stay. Overall we will be back and recommend!

It was good. I'd have preferred a cabin deeper in the redwood forest, but the one I got was fine,#13. The smoke alarm appeared to be damaged or missing; that should be checked. Thanks.

We had a really good time! The weather was cooler, but our cabin came with a heater which was really nice! We definitely got our use out of it. The campgrounds and bathrooms were clean. My only note is that the floors were not swept enough. There was a lot of dog hair.

It's a lovely park in the Redwoods with caring, kind staff. When we arrived after hours, we found our electric didn't work. The next morning, Debbie in the office not only comped that night, but upgraded us to a deluxe site for the next 2 nights at no extra charge. She also had two bundles of firewood delivered to us. Excellent customer service and a beautiful setting. We'll definitely be back!

I loved this KOA, stayed in a cabin. Couple of things could be improved: cleaning the bathrooms every day - it was a busy holiday weekend and they were not tended to for 2 days; and better/more office hours: 10-3 doesn’t cut it when you’re out and about all day.

We had a great time! The cabin was stayed in, KK1, was a great size! I must say, the water pressure was the best out of every place I've stayed. My only 2 issues were that the heat didn't work, so they had to give us space heaters. That ended up working out fine though. Just wish we were made aware of this ahead of time. Also, the TV was fuzzy the entire time so we couldn't enjoy watching.

We stayed at this campground before. It is clean. The cabins were pleasant. The things not up to a 5 rating was the broken up driveway. Sooo many potholes. The cabin was cold until we found a second heater. The kitchen sick hot water would not get hot. The bathroom sink had hot water. I will stay there again. There was no garbage and it was clean.in the campground.

Cabin was clean but took all night for the cabin to get warm. Had to sleep in coats 1st night. Campground had very minimal lighting at night which is a safety issue in my opinion. Deluxe cabin did not come with linens, up charge of $40. DCs at other KOAs included linens in price. Would consider staying again because it’s cheaper than a hotel.

We ended up going into town and staying at a hotel. The disinfectant smell was very strong in the cabin and left us coughing. We arrived after the campground was closed for the evening and headed out before the office opened, otherwise we would have come in to tell them. We also felt unsafe, as there were numerous cars driving around and leaving without visiting anyone. We gave it a good try!

Rented a deluxe cabin for kitchen. The website said it had kitchen - it did not. You could not cook inside. Garbage from previous renter was left inside cabin. The smell of bleach was overpowering. Office staff did not respond and were very unprofessional.

The cabin was so cute! It was clean and everything was ready for us when we arrived. The amenities included were great. We loved having coffee on the porch and having a fire in the evening. Check in and out was easy and convenient. Would absolutely stay again.

The cabin was nice. On one day there was a young man who was a parent must have been part of the riding a small motorcycle which was loud he rode it for about an hour. I feel that was not right.

Our Cabin stay at the Crescent City / Redwoods stay was very nice. It is a treat to find a RV campground that does not have campers packed so tight that you don’t really have an options to enjoy where you are parked. No Sardines here. This older park is going through some major improvements but the owners are making some great upgrades. We will return

Really great KOA, cabins are in the midst of Redwoods. Clean campground overall. Office hours are not that great, 10-3 only.

I love all the great staff that work there, they have a few young helpers that bring you wood or whatever else you need. Debbie is great in office and well Steve the main mantance man is amazing. Keep up good work
