It rained the whole time so we weren’t able to take advantage of the amenities. The bathrooms and laundry room were very clean. The office/store had lots of things to look at snd the personnel were very friendly.

The lady behind the counter and the folks doing the maintenance were so nice! Top notch. BUT, sewer was constantly backed up. The toilets were not working and while the folks running the place tried so hard, the campground is getting too run down to keep up with. Playground is leaning, VB net is ripped, so many mole holes it is dangerous to play out in the play area. Send help!

Traveling cross country and this was the nicest RV park we stayed at so far. Nice facilities, trees between the sites, walking paths in the woods and very friendly staff.

Great staff, clean bathroom and showers and full services. Sites are a bit tight but typical of KOA. Surrounded by redwoods and super convenient to Crescent City and Jedediah Smith Redwoods SP. WiFi is really poor though considering it’s one of the smaller KOAs.

Location is great and the big trees are a plus. Unfortunately, the roads in and around the campground were muddy and full of big holes which made it hard to navigate with our RV. Our site felt like s a swamp and was very messy getting in and out of our rig. I know you can't control the rain, but some basic road and site maintenance would help control this problem when it does rain. Thanks.

The location was great and very convenient to the redwoods and the beach. The men’s restrooms were closed for the majority of our stay. Overall cleanliness was marginal. We were there during the offseason so the store/office hours were very limited. For the area, this is one of the better parks we saw but it was not up to typical KOA standards when we were there.

I would love to give the Crescent City KOA 5 stars but feel I cannot due to the numerous pot holes on the roads and the small pieces of trash found througout the place. That aside, we really liked the KOA and the staff were helpful and friendly. Our kids loved the goats and chicken.

Worst stay ever! I took a shower in a very unclean shower, walked out to find toilet water on the floor everywhere, all toilets clogged and stinky. I called non-emergency number and no one answered, left a message. Mens toilets were clogged too! An X marked over the other restroom on our map, so we had no other toilets to use!!!My family had to go to the bathroom outside!!

Great spot easy check in poultry sites. The kids loved the goats and the hobby farm games room is good. Bathrooms are clean and the location is convenient and surprisingly quiet.

The office was never open and no one answered when I called and left messages during business hours nor answered the after hours line after business hours at 5 pm. Super frustrating. Would not return nor recommend to anyone. 2 showers were not working and the bathroom needs updating.

It was a nice stay- love the swing and fire pit- enjoyed walking in the woods and seeing the creek-very peaceful

We wanted to stay where we could see some old redwoods and they had some . The site was great and place was clean. Kids loved climbing the old stumps.

Excellent séjour, il y pleut beaucoup et le terrain étais très gorger d'eau, on a pas peut vraiment profiter de l'endroit à cause de cela, il y a un 'dog park' agréable pour notre chien, le personnel très gentil.

Couldn’t reach the office by phone in a Sunday, met a man from the office by chance at back door, let us pick a spot get setup and see them in morning.

Pros: easy access off Hwy 101 Cons: full time rv’ers living here make for a noisy stay. Dog mess & sewer lines overflowing. We left for the day & found all our things missing when we returned-not cool! We thought KOA’s had a higher standard, but apparently since each kampground is independently owned, anything goes. We won’t be using KOA’s in the future

Emergency stay due to weather and traffic related events. We have stayed here before and would recommend staying at this KOA. Great staff, and thank you for providing us a safe place to shelter. Carl and Claudia

Campground well organized. Only disappointment was lack of front office staff during a holiday weekend. Ladies washroom needed attention long before staff available.

Absolutely beautiful location. Huge Redwoods throughout the park. A little tight maneuvering if your pulling a 44ft toyhauler but doable. Facilities were clean. We would highly recommend this location to anyone traveling up 101 . Very easy to access off the highway.

Very friendly staff yes and a wonderful site right next to the cabins and the beautiful tall trees. How are huskies enjoy walking around this camp. Always clean.

Bathhouse could use updating. Staff was nice but the campground had several people working on cars and trailers. Several campers appeared not to move.

This was just an overnight stop along my route south. The lady in the office was wonderful; very friendly and gave good recommendations on where to eat. I did not really use any of the amenities here.

Was a very nice view there with all the redwoods. Water was a little bit dirty but I had bottles of water in my camper. Other than that I would love to come back there!! Am traveling around the USA!!!

We stayed 3 nights and was told it was going to be one of the worst storms in a long time when we arrived. Our site was directly under a large tree full of dead branches!!!! I know they can’t control the weather, but seriously???? Wish they would have been more “camper friendly”. And ZERO, Zilch, non-existent WI-FI at our site!!!!! And we paid for a “delux” site.

Really great KOA, cabins are in the midst of Redwoods. Clean campground overall. Office hours are not that great, 10-3 only.
