Internet was terrible. 99% of the time there was no internet connection. In the laundry facility there was only 2 washers and one big washer but the staff used them to wash bedding and rugs for the laundry from the cabins onsite. Don’t understand shutting down the office completely for one hour each day for everyone to go to lunch. Staff in the office was nice and helpful.

Nice clean restrooms, laundry room, nice spaces, easy use dump station, friendly staff. Would stay again.

Restrooms and showers need refurbishing. Floors are muddy and paper towels not placed in the dispenser. Internet poor unless you go to rec room.

Comfortable stay for exploring the area. Sites are a bit tight for big rigs but maneuverable with caution. Good power, water pressure and sewer hook ups. Well located for exploring the coast and the Redwood Forests. Professional and caring staff.

Very unique campground with some very large trees. We loved the large dog area for our 2 dogs. It was a great experience. Great access to local waterfronts and redwood parks.

Beautiful country around Crescent City. We really enjoyed the redwoods and the walk on the beaches. The staff were very helpful giving suggestions of where we could visit.

KOA in Crescent City was absolutely everything we were looking for, more than website pics…ideal location, close to town and parks! The campground is right in the redwoods with plenty of space to roam. Staff was helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend this KOA to everyone!!!! We hope to be back here one day!

We always chose a KOA if one is close when we need to stop and refresh. Why, because it we have never been disappointed with the cleanliness of the grounds or amenities nor with the customer service. As newbie campers they have always someone to help with our issues and this place did not let us down. Steve went above and beyond the call of duty when fixing our cable. Thank you Steve and Levi

We loved the spot we were in best one we’ve had. The entire campground is truly beautiful. So much to do in the area, they had helpful directions. Found some great places to eat out in town. We didn’t use cable so don’t know about that. Reception was spotty but that’s one reason we loved it. Just got to enjoy the beautiful Redwoods, lots of stars and the elk. Will definitely be back th

It is so nice when you make reservations in Jan for specific dates and sites in Sept and when you arrive your site is ready for you.

Positive points to the KOA person who helped me with a golf cart ride. However our site was in an area where the water hookups were very confusingly placed. KOA staff did not seem to know how the situation was supposed to work either. In the women’s restroom one shower was out of order. The other two showers had poorly functioning controls that made it difficult to get good water action.

Nice bathroom/showers, laundry is nice and you can use your card to pay for it (no coins needed). Only thing that was an issue was no cell phone service and you can only use their free wi-fi when you are near the main office so keep that in mind if you need to reach anyone.

Although there were some issues with low voltage at our site (which maintenance never followed up with us on), I'm giving this campground full points for the beauty of the grounds, especially in the back where the tents & cabins are - amazing redwoods!

The most awesome experience...nestled in the Redwoods...can't beat it. Staff was so helpful....amenities were ok..little outdated but it didn't outweigh the location! Definitely recommend!!

Accommodations were very nice! Easy access to the highway and just a few miles from Jedediah Smith State Park. The campground itself was beautiful. Walking the dogs through the redwoods each day was a highlight. The dog park was close to a field where a herd of elk frequented. Sitting around the campfire and being serenaded by elk bugling each night was incredible! Staff was extremely friendly!

We arrived at 4:00 pm to find they had given away the pull thru site we reserved. So frustrating because our only choices were a site by a busy highway or a crowded back in spot where we could almost reach out and touch the folks behind us and to the side of us. We were given a partial refund but the reservation made should ensure you get the spot you paid for. Good possibility we won't go back.

This is the most scenic KOA we've stayed at! The redwoods are phenomenal in this park. Absolutely gorgeous! The staff is very nice and accommodating. The only downside is that the bathrooms & showers desperately need updating.

Great campground in the redwoods. We were in our own travel rig but I would highly recommend the tent sites or cabins located among the old trees- they look fantastic and a great way to relax and enjoy the redwoods.

What a wonderful campground, right around the giant Redwoods! There are driving and trail opportunities to see the Jedediah Smith Redwood forest nearby. The KOA park is quiet, clean with plenty of pull through, full hook up sites. The bathrooms and laundry room were clean and well maintained, and the office staff were very pleasant and helpful. Strong WiFi and we had good cell both AT&T & Verizon

Stay was ok for us as we were sightseeing and did not spend anytime in campground. Sites were ok but assume old park so age shows and lots are small and tight quarters for big rigs.

Nice campground. Well maintained. It’s about 5 miles to town. We’d hoped to bike there, but 101 is too busy and fast. I’d never tent camp there…sites are deep in wooded areas for most part - dark and dreary. Our RV space was tight, but easy to get in and out.

Really great KOA, cabins are in the midst of Redwoods. Clean campground overall. Office hours are not that great, 10-3 only.

I love all the great staff that work there, they have a few young helpers that bring you wood or whatever else you need. Debbie is great in office and well Steve the main mantance man is amazing. Keep up good work
