The property is in a convenient location, everything you need is close by and it is very well maintained by the owners. Everyone was kind and extremely helpful with any questions we had.

We had a very nice stay. Campground was beautifully decorated for the 4th of July weekend. Everyone working there was very friendly and helpful. And most importantly the bathroom was kept very clean

We enjoyed out stary at the Crawfordsville KOA. We only cut it short by 1 day because we weren't that far from home and it was raining/muddy. The owner is nice, the maintenance guy is friendly. We just had a great time!

We drove in on July 4th without a reservation. We had inadvertently made a reservation at a different campsite. The lady at the desk was very helpful with getting us a site and trying to cancel the wrong reservation. Big thank you to her and all the staff!

Nice sleepy campground with nice wooded sites. The KOA staff that checked us in was very helpful and accommodating. Amenities were good, we enjoyed the beautiful grassy wooded areas for our pup to run and play. Would stay here again.

We love it here and have more reservations made for this year. It was peaceful and clean. The lady that runs it is so nice and cowboy made us laugh all weekend. Pool and bathrooms were clean.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating! The bathrooms were clean and quite functional. We enjoyed the donuts, in the morning, the ice cream in the evening, the llamas, the pool, the shade at our camper, and again, the overall culture of kindness! What a great experience!

We enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff and fellow campers. The only thing is that the campsites are a little crowded. Need a little more space between sites. Other than that it was great!

The camp ground was nice clean but the store was a mess. The pool was closed with 90 degree weather. I get it that work has to be done when they can do it.

Yes that is correct, it was closed for a day and a half to get a repair done, and then it was back open by the weekend when we are the busiest :)

More dirt than gravel on the sites. Pool walls peeling paint terribly. Grass not mown in a while. Disappointing

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

what you saw on the pool was not where paint has peeled off, it was a 2 day repair job that was done, and we did not have time to re-paint the area, we wanted to get it back up and open for the weekend. Had you asked in the office, we would have told you that.

Sites are pretty tight, along with the interior roads. Driving into a pull thru you need a spotter, so as not to possibly hit the next sites tow vehicle. The pool looked nice but we arrived later than first expected and did not utilize it. Bathrooms were clean. Bring plenty of blocks to level sites in our area. Do not look for Lafayette street sign. You'll be past the entrance. Very nice owners.

The campground was clean and comfortable. The online reservations were good. However, we had to make a change in schedule and cancel one night. The instructions for canceling only gave the option of a phone call to the campground. I left numerous voice mails, and texts, but the response only came in a text after the 48 hour deadline to cancel. please answer your phone. thanks for the refund.

A little disorganized. On verge of needing some improvements. Bathhouse had inadequate ventilation - no windows. No strong fans.

Sites are tight. Pool was closed in summer. Staff is friendly and it is a pretty place.

If you had read the sign on the office door AND the pool gate door you would have seen the pool was closed for 2 days to do a minor repair.

Easy Check in and Check out, the people that work there are very friendly. Beautiful sites as they were adding fresh mulch, sod and lime stone to some of the sites. Very shaded, nice pull through spots for bigger rigs. Nice dog park and play area for the kids. Pool was refreshing and close enough to Turkey Run and Shades We will be back and have spread the word to our friends.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Site was shaded and adequate, but was not very level (i.e. required jacks to lift motorhome wheels off ground in order to level). There appeared to be several long term residents who did not control their dogs from barking after quiet hours, which made for a long night. Campground was okay, but it would not be my first choice if staying in the area again.

I wish you would have talked to office staff. The dogs barking on the site next to you was only here for 2 weeks. Their check out date was yesterday the 24th and they pulled out. They had 3 German Shepherds, but were not long term.

Good campsite for short stays with RVs however some sites are sunken or super muddy. If it rains good luck moving your RV.

I've never stayed here but I delivered pizza here a lot. Whoever runs this place is great, always helpful and kind. I want to buy an RV just to have a reason to stay here

Rough around the edges. Pros: Good strong internet. Easy hook-ups, convenient location, animal friendly, unique, and grounds are decently maintained. Staff is kind. Cons: Staff is kind, but some are little gruff. Dogs barking is loud and continuous. A little tight pulling through. Road noise is louder. I would stay again for a night or two, unlikely for a long-term stay. It has a super cute family owned feel.
