The roads are narrow and we got hit by several branches. Not the best for big rigs. Otherwise, nice park and very nice staff.

This was a great journey KOA with level sites and grassy areas to walk the dog. Did not use any of the amenities. Close to interstate, but quiet. No cable or sewer, but good Wi-Fi.

Great folks, very friendly and easy to work with. The facility is easily to get to and get around in. Our only concern is that our spot, #19, is level, but low compared to the fall of the ground. A good rain during the night found us sitting in a muddy pond in the morning. Made a mess breaking camp. Suggest only that you build this pad up so the rain and runoff do just that. See you again.

The park has potential to be a great KOA. There are full time rvs in the park that are full of junk, and some have political stickers. Unfortunately, you can’t get tv on an antenna or with a satellite— they need to get cable into the park. The location is great, so people pull in for overnight.

Very pleased. The campsite was great, loved all of the trees. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we were on our way there. Campsite was easy to find. Will definitely stay there for future trips.

We will not be back nor recommending this campground to others. Needs lots of work and serious clean up. Sites were very small and unlevel. Playground had very minimal to play with. Over abundance of run down campers. WiFi was weak. Visited in September and 4th of July decorations were still up. Very disappointed in our stay, especially for the price.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

They were USA/America Decorations, not July 4th, American Flags decorated around and red white and blue starts, we took down all the things that said July 4th, thought we could keep the USA stuff year round.........

Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. Park was well maintained. The park has a lot trees so a staff member rcommended a site where we could receive satellite TV.

It's a beautiful place with a nice fenced area for dogs, and a beautiful grove of maple trees planted in rows at the back. The bath facilities were ckean and new-looking. The only minor irritation was the shower floor slopes too much around the drain to stand easily, and the soap dish was only attached on one side, so the soap kept falling off. Would stay there again. About a mile from interstate

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The showers were substandard for a KOA. The shower heads were those water savers that spit at you, and by the time any of that mist hit your body, it was cold. Plus I was stepping in a hole where the drain was supposed to be. So I would not recommend this campground due to the poor showers. Otherwise, everything else was great.

Very easy to find thanks to the big yellow sign, easy in the driveway, a little congested parking at check in but over all a nice place to camp for a couple of days. Hard to get them to answer the phone but the folks running the place are very nice.

Nice campground. The sites are gravel but long enough to accommodate a big fifth wheel and also park the truck. Our site was a hair off level. Fairly heavily treed, so satellite reception might be an issue, but the wifi was exceptional - we were able to use it for Dish Anywhere TV. Fire pits and picnic tables at each site. As usual for KOAs, the staff was friendly.

Site was nice. Sewer drain at the very end caused a need for extension tubing. Too bad no cable as air TV not good but we weren’t there for TV. Lots of gnats. I would stay again.

It was a clean, quiet, pleasant campground. We were glad to have a nicely shaded site, and it was a pleasant surprise that the pool was still open (despite the website noting it closes in early September). Highly recommend.

Very nice, friendly staff. The site was perfectly level. Strong free Wi-Fi. Although small, there was a nice dog park. Quiet and well cared for. Clean, nicely decorated ladies room with 3 shower stalls and 3 toilet stalls. Sufficient room between campsites so I didn’t feel like I was right on top of my neighbor. Quaint camp store with a lot of interesting items.

Clean and safe like many other KOAs. Only 1 suggestion. The dump pipe cover was down in the sewer pipe about 4 or 5 inches. I had to put my hand in there to remove the cap. Kinda gross

You can't have cats in your camp store having run of the mill everything. They are on every counter even where food is stored so everything touched has cat dander and I am highly allergic. Staff is great along with location, but the cat done me in

An old time campground. Not many amenities but ok for a one night pass through. Manager was very responsive to needs via text. This place reminds me of the days of old so to speak. All good!

Easy on/off the interstate yet tucked back off the highways. Little tight for big rigs, but manageable. Well kept facilities. Clean. Quiet. Very convenient to stores, restaurants, etc.

Good campsite for short stays with RVs however some sites are sunken or super muddy. If it rains good luck moving your RV.

I've never stayed here but I delivered pizza here a lot. Whoever runs this place is great, always helpful and kind. I want to buy an RV just to have a reason to stay here

Rough around the edges. Pros: Good strong internet. Easy hook-ups, convenient location, animal friendly, unique, and grounds are decently maintained. Staff is kind. Cons: Staff is kind, but some are little gruff. Dogs barking is loud and continuous. A little tight pulling through. Road noise is louder. I would stay again for a night or two, unlikely for a long-term stay. It has a super cute family owned feel.
