We stayed at the Arco KOA fir two nights on a 5 week road trip. It was a great experience. Super helpful staff at check in. Easy hook ups. We’ll maintained gravel spaces with lots of room. Lots of kids and adults having fun, but also respect for quiet time. We road our e bikes from the campground to Arco Pass Road. We only did 6.5 mikes out, but it is a great road (gravel/dirt) and goes for mile

The site is always well maintained and the staff very helpful we stay there twice a year. We would recommend to everyone looking for a place to stop.

Grounds unkept. Picnic table was to dilapidated to sit at. Pool was dirty. The showers were moldy and delaminating. No hot water in showers/bathroom! Even after bringing up the issue and was told it was fixed; there was still no hot water. Campsite water from spigot did not look good... we used our own. Was hoping to refill ours but no way. Most expensive KOA and worst one on our trip.

You need to put a dog walk area in the back of the campground since you have the dog bags on the fence post. It is to far to walk up front since by then your dog goes poo before you get there.Your employees should pick up after their dogs. Loved the peace and quiet!

Typical KOA Journey. Sites are level and easy in and out. Clean and good laundry facilities. The bathrooms were clean but could benefit with an upgrade. Ice cream social at 5:00 p.m. and belgium waffles from 9-10:00 a.m. daily. That's a different benefit.

On the small side for a KOA, so there wasn’t the pack of unsupervised kids running around, and the sites were not packed so closely that we couldn’t open up comfortably. They had ice cream in the evening. Also they have a grill so we had dinner delivered to our campsite. It was as good as many fast food places.

Great location and camp hosts. Would recommend posting waffel breakfast times outside if the building for the early birds that forgot what time it starts.

We were asked if we needed 50 amp and the woman said she had one, then we get to our site and there is no 50amp only 30amp and we have no sewer hook up like I reserved. We did however enjoy the man running the place, very friendly and so was the rest of the staff. We especially enjoyed the waffles and coffee in the morning.

Very nice Journey park. Pleasantly greeted and registered for campsite. Enjoyed our stay took in many local sights. Campers were treated to a reasonable priced ice cream social each day. Delicious ice cream. Park was clean, quiet at nights enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others traveling in or near Arco ID.

The only feature that was not very good was the cable connection and TV reception through the cable hookup. Also, it would have been nice to receive a list of available channels when hooked up to cable.

Nice open camping area close to Craters of the Moon National Park. Was a bit too cold for a swim, but nice that there is a pool as it looks like it could get quite hot. Good area to walk our dog around.

Quiet grounds, nice staff, restroom was out of TP in one stall, Wi-Fi didn’t work well in the back of the lot. Propane ran out so the pool wasn’t as warm but it was nice the next day after propane refill.

Employees were very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were clean and heated. We lived the waffles in the morning and the ice cream social in the afternoon.

Actually not a planned stay. I (Dianne) stayed with niece and 2 dogs. Husband had an emergency and was in Ketchum hospital the week. Finally back home to hospital in Madison. Every staff member bent over backwards to help me and my situation in any way possible. Special thanks to Molly and Shaun. I believe I’ve made a lifelong friendship. They all were truly wonderful. Thanks to all.

Alan and Barbara are the best hosts we have encountered! So much fun to be with out in one of the more remote locations in the US. We came to see the Craters of the Moon but also really enjoyed Alan’s recommendation to visit the EBR1 museum!

Incredibly friendly hosts! LOTS of space between campers. Restrooms, showers, kitchen wash sink open 24 hours!

The couple at the registration desk are nice & pleasant, easy to talk with, eager to please, we would return to the park only because of them. Love being able to order food, and have it delivered. The store inside the building is nice. The RV park itself is rundown. The sites are uneven, large rocks, the 'pad' to park on is 8 feet or less in all the sites, picnic tables are old and wobbly.

Nice little campground about 20 miles from Craters of the Moon itself. Friendly and helpful staff. Washrooms and showers could do with an update and good clean. Loved the ‘ice cream social’ and waffle breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay in Arco. The pool and ice cream social was a nice addition. Shon & Molly greeted us like we were old friends. They really made us feel at home. Liked how quiet the campground was in the evenings and early mornings. Plus the view was beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I stayed in a cabin Mid June and it was exactly what I needed. I wasn't expecting to see the Tetons from the cabin but I was pleasantly surprised when I could. Highly recommend this KOA. Staff was exceptional. Cafe food was also great.

This is one of our favorite places to stay on our Montana summer trips. Our site was level and everything worked. The staff is friendly and Jasmine is awesome. Our latest stay was perfect
