They all worked very hard and the KOA provided a lot of amenities we usually don’t see like ice cream socials and free waffles in the morning.

The campground is in need of some tlc. The people there are very nice and friendly, but the place needs some work done to it.

Super friendly staff, we will definitely stay here again. Their staff was constantly roaming the grounds sweeping, inspecting and cleaning the pool. The staff I met were from the Arco area & and had a lot of great suggestions regarding the site-seeing in the area. We decided stay 1 extra day. Everything was in great working order, site was level, adequate clearance for our 12' high RV.

Friendly and helpful staff, reasonably priced, as well as easy access to town and Craters of the Moon. Being an older park, this one is run down and is in desperate need of maintenance, which has become the norm in parks these days, unfortunately. The trees are in need of a major trim, the roads are mostly dusty bare dirt in need of gravel, the grass is mostly weeds.

Wonderful stay only one day! Very friendly folks. Pool was great even though it was smaller than most. Had dinner delivered to our site. Can’t say enough good about the place. We would recommend it to anyone.

Overall, stay was great. The area is desolate, so we were surprised upon arrival. The crew though at the front desk, working the waffle shack, and the ice cream social, plus the man tending to the pool - were all exceptional employees. We're traveling from DC - and I can say the staff here was top notch, Plus, free waffles, $1 scoop ice cream - winning. Just wish there was more (bigger pool?)

Shon was super helpful. Had trouble on the day we were leaving with one of our slides going in. He came over and was willing to help in any way possible. Shon and Molly made the best waffles and so cheerful to make them for us. There was 1 other guy who helped us at check in with looking up hiking trails and telling us things about Craters of the moon. Don't remember his name but very nice.

Good sites, plenty of room. Well maintained. Informative staff on things to do in the area. Free waffles and coffee in the mornings if you don't want to cook. We'd stay there again if in the area.

I changed my reservation three days in advance and did not stay on this date. It is very disappointing that KOA did not honor their own cancellation policy.

Great place to stay. The people are very helpful and friendly. The downside was that the pool was small but other than that we really enjoyed the campground! Very clean and close to the Craters of the Moon.

Staff/owners very nice. They do free waffles and coffee every morning. Waffles are very good! Grounds are clean, restrooms and showers are clean. Overall very nice quiet camp!

We had a series of unfortunate occurrences which were partially resolved. The 2 ladies at the desk when we checked seemed a bit unprepared to handle their jobs. They did finally get us changed from a total sun site to a partial shade site, when there were tons of "shady" sites empty. The dishwasher sink was filthy, and the restrooms were not our typical KOA experience of cleanliness.

We had a great time, employees were friendly, the waffles and ice cream were amazing and the kids loved the pool. Our spot was spacious and in a great location. The store was wonderful!!!

We had a very good stay at Arco Craters of the moon koa. Only wish we could have stayed longer! The owners/managers/staff want you to feel like you are in an extension of your home. Every evening they had something for the campers to come together and visit. The grounds are clean, safe, secure and well taken care of. Definitely will recommend. Hope our future brings us back to Arco koa!

The Camp Host were friendly and helpful. When we were there they had ice cream socials at 5 PM, and Saturday morning at 9 am waffles and coffee.

Very kind gentleman opened cabin for me and turned on heat. Cabin was clean and well lit. Very nice experience, even if loop road was closed

I stayed in a cabin Mid June and it was exactly what I needed. I wasn't expecting to see the Tetons from the cabin but I was pleasantly surprised when I could. Highly recommend this KOA. Staff was exceptional. Cafe food was also great.

This is one of our favorite places to stay on our Montana summer trips. Our site was level and everything worked. The staff is friendly and Jasmine is awesome. Our latest stay was perfect
