Although the staff was very friendly, we did not enjoy our stay at this campground whatsoever and wound up canceling our second night, within five minutes of arriving. The campground is surrounded by extremely low class residences, and during the night someone intentionally damaged our truck with a rock. We would go out of our way not to stay at this campground again.

Free waffles every morning, friendly staff and helpful. Clean laundry, nice sitting space. Pool kids seemed to love. Close to Craters of the Moon and the pleasant town of Arco. We really enjoyed our brief stay there!

The young couple who was running the place during my 4 day stay was phenomenal! They went above and beyond to ensure I had the best stay possible. They both are gems!

This was an okay park. It was a journey and not a holiday but I would stay there again. They had free waffles which were very good. There were not many groceries in their store however.

We especially liked having waffles in the morning. It gave us a chance to socialize with other travelers. Thank you for making our visit to Craters of the Moon so pleasant.

Nice campground, clean bathrooms and great showers. Had to do some laundry that stop and enjoyed sitting on the comfortable patio next to the laundry room while waiting. Very friendly staff.

Very clean washrooms, laundry and overall campground! We noticed the staff cleaning the kitchen after meal prep times and enjoyed the complimentary homemade waffles each morning. We also loved the ice cream fund raiser for children fighting cancer so they could go to camp. We were greeted by the friendly staff and they made our puppy's stay here welcoming as well. Couldn't ask for better!

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We loved the get-togethers and met some new people. The laundry facility is clean and reasonably priced. Our site provided shade, a nice table and a bit of grass. The K9 dog park is one of the nicest and cleanest of the trip. The last two KOA's restored my faith in this brand.

This is a good campground with lots of basic amenities. Some nice extra touches were the free waffles and coffee every morning, ice cream socials, and large rv sites. Other reviewers complained about the neighbors next door but we enjoyed hearing the national anthem every night at sunset.

A nice enough campground with lots of benefits such as free waffles and coffee in the morning. It’s a dry and dusty area - so hard to keep the grass looking nice. We would stay here again for a short stay.

The staff members were friendly. The pool water was greenish. The KOA would have ranked higher except that I have a 10 year old and 3 year old and the pool is a big deal to them. I'm sure it's a challenge to maintain pool chemistry in that dusty southwest environment however Green River KOA is in a similar environment and their pool was crystal clear.

Staff were nice, spot was fine. There was a boil-water advisory that we were only told about upon arrival so we couldn't hook up to the water. Very strange neighbour blasted "Taps" through a loudspeaker at 9:00 pm and "Reveille" at 9:00 am. Clearly he does not like the campground and is making things difficult. It was a little off-putting.

Park had no potable water due to a town wide boil order. Despite the park knowing this for four days before our visit, they gave no warning. Drove well out of our normal way on the last day of our trip to clean and flush tanks only to have no water.

Personal at front was friendly. Overpriced!! Sights needed leveling and grading, seating area on grass at sights needed leveling, pool was green and needed to be shocked, furniture on patio was worn out, laundry room had dust bunnies, campground overall was poorly. maintained. Store was empty Didn’t use the public bathroom so can’t comment there. Also time to allow only propane campfires

I must say the staff is very nice. ...we have been there 2 times in the last 2 years, both times we were there, there was a water problem and a note on the door says to boil all drinking water. The pool was green, not clear and the sites were not level and very unkept. Unfortunately, we will not be back.

The hosts were very nice and helpful. This KOA is not as nice as many as we've stayed at in the past. One of our lawnchairs was stolen from our campsite. That was unexpected.

You guys can do better. The sites were not level, and they were weeds. Get a tractor level them and put some nice fine gravel down. We have stayed at alot of KOA,'s and yours is in the bottom 10 percent. You have a great location. Put some effort in the place!

The managers were the greatest. They walked around and spoke to people at the campground. The grounds are really well taken care of.

Very few spots had shade. Full sun in more than 3/4 of the campground. The pool was green and not cleaned very well. One of kids was stung by a dead bee in the pool. The campground is next to a horse pasture. We were surrounded by tons of flies. I expect bugs in nature but having to kill over 50 in my RV has never happened to us before. We will stay at a different RV park next time we go.

The site is a bit run-down, and in retrospect we were put in a spot far out without trees and there are some nice spots that the “in and out” campers seemed to get. We stayed 4 nights. The staff was lovely, and had fun things going on everyday—waffles in the morning and ice cream socials in the evening.

This is, by far, the worst KOA that we have ever been to. The pictures on the website are not what the campground looks like. We visited at the beginning of August and we could not believe what we saw. The grass is dead, the trees are dying, the pool is green and unusable, and the dog park does not have grass. The only good part is the friendly staff.

This was ok for a couple of nights. Close to the Cratets of the moon. This park could use a little TLC. Replace the picnic tables . Could use some tree coverage.

Our site was easy to get into and out of and it was long enough that we did not have to disconnect our 28 foot trailer from our 33 foot motor home which is a big plus. The employees were extremely friendly and helpful.

Great Journey park to spend a few nights touring around the area. Ice cream social each afternoon was a great way to mingle with other travelers. Good size sites and hookups worked well. They have a small food menu for when you don't feel like cooking and free waffles and coffee every morning.

Great location to visit Craters if the Moon NP and EBR-1, site of the world’s first nuclear power plant. The daily ice cream social and the breakfast waffles were a bonus. The sites were level. The grass could use a little water. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Very kind gentleman opened cabin for me and turned on heat. Cabin was clean and well lit. Very nice experience, even if loop road was closed

I stayed in a cabin Mid June and it was exactly what I needed. I wasn't expecting to see the Tetons from the cabin but I was pleasantly surprised when I could. Highly recommend this KOA. Staff was exceptional. Cafe food was also great.

This is one of our favorite places to stay on our Montana summer trips. Our site was level and everything worked. The staff is friendly and Jasmine is awesome. Our latest stay was perfect
