Campsite Staff and Owner were friendly and accommodating. Campsite a short distance to Crater of the Moon National Monument. If you want or need full service this is the place to stay.

Although the staff was very helpful and friendly the part itself needed some TLC. There werer limbs everywhere and our site was right next to the sewer cleanout, We consider staying for an overnight but that would be the extent.

The campground was in need of some TLC. There were branches on the sites & roads along with many dead branches on the trees. The bathrooms were clean & we didn’t use the laundry facilities. Thru no fault of management, there was a power outage during the night & we had to get on the road with no coffee.

Despite the fact that there were plenty of empty spaces in the campground, a huge class A was parked right next to us blocking our view of the sunset. The unit owner ran his heat pump which had an irritating whine all night . We had to close our windows in order to sleep.

We stayed 3 days and were never able to find the camp office open. Their hours were from 10-4. We would leave early to sight see and would not make it back in time to visit the office. One day we made it a point to come back around noon but when we got there, there was a noet on the door that the office was closed from 12-1. The campground is not located in the best area of town.

Campground is good but not the best KOA we’ve stayed at. Sites are narrower than accustomed.

The young man at the front desk was outstanding - very friendly, helpful and professional! The park looked clean, our site was level and all of the hook-ups worked as they should, and it was quiet at night. The laundry room was clean and the washer and dryer worked well.

No one in the office to check in when I arrived. No phone number posted. No indication of time when the office person would return. Facility is in great need of improvement. It looks unmanaged. Not a good representation of the KOA brand.

Sites were very uneven, not much to do, information said pool was heated, but it sure didn't feel like it. Washing machines were having issues, one of my loads didn't work and another person had problems with a different washer as well. Over all just run down in general.

The place is rundown. A neighbor right next to our site played revellie and the star spangled banner LOUD over speakers and had dead busses and cars sitting around. Host was not around when we arrived and the booth that held assignments did not have one for us. Finally found the host who said she forgot to put ours up. No soap in the laundry. No host to be found to buy some.

Variety of site amenities available, from no hook-ups to full hook-ups. Dump station. Picnic table & fire pit at each site, pool. Sites are decently spaced. Gravel roads & sites. Some trees & grass between sites. Enjoyed the coffee & waffle breakfast. Would stay here again. Look for the signs off the road.

We absolutely cringe at putting up a negative review. We saw no evidence of an “ice cream social” or “free waffles”, so that needs to be taken down from the website. The grass and trees are struggling without water. We wish them luck as they are nice people who need a little supervision/help from KOA.

We picked our favorite campground on the way to Montana for the customer appreciation special. We booked our 3 day/2 night stay and were thrilled to see Jasmine still working there. This young lady works so hard to keep this place clean and happy. As do the entire staff! Our stay was perfect. Our site was level, shaded and long enough for our 40’MH towing our car. Thank you

This place is really no longer a KOA. The park is old and decrepit. There are no paved roads, little "grass" and dead and dying trees. Being a day late, the next morning when we went to talk with management, they were on “Winter Hours” (it's FALL) and not open until 10:00am! We weren’t waiting since we had a long drive day. Staff was friendly, the place was clean. Showers were good. It is not as shady as the Mountain View RV park, but it was fine. The pool was clean. There was ice cream! Being on the edge of town it wasn't easy to see the dark sky, but on the plus side, we could hear the high school first football game of the season and all the celebration involved. When we first arrived we were skeptical due to the location and the town surrounding but we decided to make the most of it. We checked in and the young lady told us the pool never closed because it was heated and they had an ice cream social every night and waffles and coffee every morning. So we stayed our entire stay. That lasted one day. No explanation they just closed everything.

Staff was extremely efficient. Extended our stay an additional 2 days over a holiday weekend. Laundry was very very clean. Park was quiet during night and morning times. Would recommend this as a place to stay.

Very nice, we enjoyed our stay. Employees very friendly & helpful. Grounds maintenance & trees (half dead) could use some attention. Pavement adjacent to the dump pad slopes away from the concrete pad - should be easy to correct. Complimentary waffles & coffee were appreciated! Overall a good value!

We were put on a 50 amp site instead of 30 amp. Luckily, we had an adapter for 50 to 30 amps to be able to get electricity to work.

Great location to visit Craters of the Moon. Clean park but grass was a little long. Town had decent grocery store and restaurant, and park had food available too.

Very kind gentleman opened cabin for me and turned on heat. Cabin was clean and well lit. Very nice experience, even if loop road was closed

I stayed in a cabin Mid June and it was exactly what I needed. I wasn't expecting to see the Tetons from the cabin but I was pleasantly surprised when I could. Highly recommend this KOA. Staff was exceptional. Cafe food was also great.

This is one of our favorite places to stay on our Montana summer trips. Our site was level and everything worked. The staff is friendly and Jasmine is awesome. Our latest stay was perfect
