The folks in the office were great and helpful. Restroom was clean and so was cabin I stayed in. Unfortunately I left early and missed waffles in the morn.

The staff were very friendly. Neighbors were nice. The bathrooms are just awful. I felt like I needed another shower after my first shower. It smells of mold in the shower stalls. The bathroom needs a complete remodel! The free waffles and coffee are ok. Wouldn’t stay again though until the place gets a remodel.

Sympathic owners. Trying their best to make it a holiday for you. Coffee and wafels for free in the morning. Helpfull with any question you have. And we loved how peacefull and quiet the campingsite is. Karel

Campground was in need of maintence and could have been cleaner. Staff was very friendly and we got free waffles for breakfast.

Alan was great and staff was very nice. Liked that it was close to Craters of the Moon and about an hour to Idaho Falls. Campground itself very much needs TLC. All dirt site made for dirty dogs and a dirty RV. There was trash in our fire pit and a lot of trash blowing around the park. It was a quiet park which was good. We were fortunate to get a decent picnic table, many were falling apart.

KOA Arco was great. Wish we could have spent more time. Just came up to climb Mount Diamond, but the cabin we rented was perfect.

Staff very friendly and helpful. We would have loved more grass in the RV park like we saw in another park in town. The dust and dirt just got everywhere in the RV and would get blown around.

Very convenient to the national park. Arco has some history to see. The camp has some unique neighbor's.

Only stayed for 2 nights but staff was very friendly and informative. Site was spacious and easy to navigate. Don’t miss the 5 o’clock ice cream!

Friendly office people but facility is not kept up. Dry grass and gravel camp sights. Picnic tables need paint. Old vehicles with lots of “stuff” under and around campers makes it look rundown.

Our kids really enjoyed swimming in the pool and they loved the free waffles and the ice cream for sale daily. The surrounding properties were very rough and need some upkeep. The campground staff were very friendly and helpful. The campgrounds themselves need some tlc. Good proximity to the Craters of the Moon National Monument.

The staff and owner are very friendly and helpful. The campground is in the process of being updated (new electrical pedestals etc). It is in the desert so don’t be expecting lush green grass. The location is perfect for visiting Craters of the Moon. If you don’t mind a little driving then many waterfalls on the snake river are opportunities. Very run down. Public places were clean. Our site, the grass was dead, cigarette butts in the fire pit, dog poop at our site. The WiFi was hit or miss at our end, it worked better closer to the office.

The staff is superb! The pool is nice and ice cream for $1 is great. Free waffles was a bonus. The shop sells wine & beer! The cabins are well appointed w good AC. But there are few trees for RV shade and bathrooms could use a makeover. A good stop to see Craters of the Moon.

Very friendly, family/non-family/Doggie camping. Clean camp grounds as well as the laundry and shower areas. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. In was there for 4 days and would stay again.

The people (workers) were great, but the campground itself was subpar. All the grass was dead. Water was left on all night for soaker hoses that many were broken and spraying wherever. The pool was dirty and trees were minimal at our site. An RV park a mile a way would have been a much better stop. Makes me re-evaluate KOA’s being my go to place to go and stay.

The people running the campground were very nice very helpful. The bathrooms and the showers in the campground were so gross that I would not even shower the next morning before I left. The showers are very dirty. Dirty doesn’t even explain how bad they were. I would never recommend this campground to anybody.

The park was old & needs cleaning up. At our site there was rubbish is the fie it they don't seem to go around after people leave to clean the area.

We loved our stay in Arco! The camp hosts made it special, and you were very lucky to find them. Russ's morning waffles and the ice cream every afternoon is a great idea--these set efforts really separate you from other KOAs we visited. We also appreciated Conan's help in re-attaching a loose wheel fender on our motor home. Enjoyed having some shade in this little oasis town. Keep it up!

Very minimalistic, middle of nowhere. There was not much to do, bathrooms were not as clean as could have been. Highlight was National Anyhem played at dusk from rundown school bus in lot next door! View was nice though!

Nice, quiet and clean park. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. They serve wonderful waffles each morning, and they have an ice cream social each afternoon.

Need to cut down the dead trees, replace broken tables, keep grass green, put up a privacy fence to hide the zombies apocalypse camps. It could be nice KOA, but it’s looking un cared for.

Had everything but a hot tub. We swung by last moment and got a spot for a reasonable price. It had a laundry room and pool. Waffles were good at breakfast, along with coffee which was a surprise. People so friendly. Nice little store for those needed items. I bought a bathing suit. Wish the pool was warm, but we just wanted to pull in and sit, which we did easily. Thanks to all.

Campground is nice. Staff were amazing, allowed me to freeze my 1 gallon bottles I was using as ice packs in their freezer over night. Free waffles and coffee ! Great base camp for adventures.

Love love the complimentary waffles for breakfast. What a great treat. Bathrooms are clean but a little tired. Possibly new paint in shower floor and new fresh mats might be nice. Very quiet at night. Hosts very helpful with local area including route planning.

Nice people! Office/Store had good hours. Loved the ice cream social ($1 a scoop), fun and novel. Facilities are due for an "facelift", bathrooms are a little old and gross, our picnic table was broken, there was a broken picnic table used a hazard barrier... Kamp K-9 needs water for the dogs, some green grass so that it's not just dirt and weeds. It needs some care!

Cute little campground. Everyone who works here is very nice and helpful. Enjoyed the free waffles. Wish the roads weren’t so dusty and wish the camp spots had a few more trees and bushes for privacy. Love watching all the birds that hang out at the park.

Nice and green around the office and pool, the further away from there the browner and deader the grass was. We were nearly at the end and it looks like our grass was last green a couple of years ago. Won't stay here again.

We enjoyed our tent campsite and the community at the site with the ice cream social in the evenings. The showers were well maintained and our hosts were very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at this KOA. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. The pool area, showers and restrooms are very clean. Our site was spacious and quite. The campground is close to the Crater of the Moon park.

Only 20 minutes from the Craters of the Moon national park we found a peaceful, clean and well managed RV park. RV sites were spacious with full hookups, strong cell phone reception (T-Mobile and AT&T) for those not using Starlink, comfy laundry room, and even an on-site golf simulator facility. Conan was kind and helpful
