Park had no potable water due to a town wide boil order. Despite the park knowing this for four days before our visit, they gave no warning. Drove well out of our normal way on the last day of our trip to clean and flush tanks only to have no water.

Personal at front was friendly. Overpriced!! Sights needed leveling and grading, seating area on grass at sights needed leveling, pool was green and needed to be shocked, furniture on patio was worn out, laundry room had dust bunnies, campground overall was poorly. maintained. Store was empty Didn’t use the public bathroom so can’t comment there. Also time to allow only propane campfires

I must say the staff is very nice. ...we have been there 2 times in the last 2 years, both times we were there, there was a water problem and a note on the door says to boil all drinking water. The pool was green, not clear and the sites were not level and very unkept. Unfortunately, we will not be back.

The hosts were very nice and helpful. This KOA is not as nice as many as we've stayed at in the past. One of our lawnchairs was stolen from our campsite. That was unexpected.

You guys can do better. The sites were not level, and they were weeds. Get a tractor level them and put some nice fine gravel down. We have stayed at alot of KOA,'s and yours is in the bottom 10 percent. You have a great location. Put some effort in the place!

The managers were the greatest. They walked around and spoke to people at the campground. The grounds are really well taken care of.

Very few spots had shade. Full sun in more than 3/4 of the campground. The pool was green and not cleaned very well. One of kids was stung by a dead bee in the pool. The campground is next to a horse pasture. We were surrounded by tons of flies. I expect bugs in nature but having to kill over 50 in my RV has never happened to us before. We will stay at a different RV park next time we go.

The site is a bit run-down, and in retrospect we were put in a spot far out without trees and there are some nice spots that the “in and out” campers seemed to get. We stayed 4 nights. The staff was lovely, and had fun things going on everyday—waffles in the morning and ice cream socials in the evening.

This is a good little Campground with great perks. The waffles every morning are an awesome touch. The staff was all great - Caleb, Molly and Shon were wonderful.

This is, by far, the worst KOA that we have ever been to. The pictures on the website are not what the campground looks like. We visited at the beginning of August and we could not believe what we saw. The grass is dead, the trees are dying, the pool is green and unusable, and the dog park does not have grass. The only good part is the friendly staff.

This was ok for a couple of nights. Close to the Cratets of the moon. This park could use a little TLC. Replace the picnic tables . Could use some tree coverage.

Our site was easy to get into and out of and it was long enough that we did not have to disconnect our 28 foot trailer from our 33 foot motor home which is a big plus. The employees were extremely friendly and helpful.

This day at the campground itself was pretty good. I was concerned about some of the neighbors around the campground. They seemed a little weird. As far as the campground itself the only problem is I had were at night time when it was completely dark at the office and by the bathrooms. No lights on at all. Overall it was good. We pre booked and paid for a site with hook ups so we could charge everything, but when we got there, we didn’t have any.

The staff were courteous and helpful, and the bathrooms and showers and laundry room were clean and recently painted. But the grounds are not kept up - the grass is not watered and and brown, and half the trees are dead/dying back. The supposed camp K9 is a patch of brown dirt and weeds inside a yellow picket fence. It's quite small and not at all attractive. This camp needs some investment.

Great Journey park to spend a few nights touring around the area. Ice cream social each afternoon was a great way to mingle with other travelers. Good size sites and hookups worked well. They have a small food menu for when you don't feel like cooking and free waffles and coffee every morning.

Tent site was grassy and level. Staff was friendly and efficient. Even loaned us an adapter for the electric! Free waffles for breakfast was a pleasant surprise. It was great that you could order something for dinner…. and they delivered it to your campsite!!

Great location to visit Craters if the Moon NP and EBR-1, site of the world’s first nuclear power plant. The daily ice cream social and the breakfast waffles were a bonus. The sites were level. The grass could use a little water. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

ALL Staff could not be friendlier or more helpful! Salt of the earth people running this place. The grounds are minimal. Pool was a little sad compared to many others.

This is a nice little place with a lot to offer for such a small campgound. We didn't get to do much in the campgound because it was just an overnight stop off so we left before the store opened or breakfast was served. Our small tent site was at the end of a loop with no driveway. We were instructed not to park on the grass but there was no other place to park except in the loop itself.

We were here for two nights with our two dogs. Molly greeted me nicely and was very helpful. The park however, was not so nice. The dog park is very run down with nothing more than sandy dirt and weeds. It is in dire need of a makeover. We were placed in the rear of the park with 0 trees (too hot, so no sitting outside) & uneven pull-thrus. Although quiet, we would not stay here again.

The staff at the KOA were great. They had all of the options advertised. The general appearance of the camp needs improvement and manicuring. This RV park is in the middle of farms which can be challenging. I’m not expecting a five-star resort in Arco, Idaho, but a little better upkeep would be nice to see.

We had a great stay. This is a low key, very friendly place. We felt very welcome and the associates seem to genuinely care about the guests. The delicious free waffles for breakfast and ice cream social in the afternoon were great. We’d definitely come back.

The staff was great and extremely friendly and helpful. They helped my father in-law diagnose and fix a problem with his camper. However, the campsite itself was not great. There was a big lack of trees, lots of dust, very little grass, and the spaces were small. No one in the campsite spent time outside much.

There was a lot promised that didn't happen - the pool was not heated and the chemicals were not what they needed to be, the water was very cloudy. The playground mentioned was just a few small things for the kids to play on and there was mention of a float in the parade (even in the email we got at checkin) that didn't happen. Management was great but not the other staff.

Very kind gentleman opened cabin for me and turned on heat. Cabin was clean and well lit. Very nice experience, even if loop road was closed

I stayed in a cabin Mid June and it was exactly what I needed. I wasn't expecting to see the Tetons from the cabin but I was pleasantly surprised when I could. Highly recommend this KOA. Staff was exceptional. Cafe food was also great.

This is one of our favorite places to stay on our Montana summer trips. Our site was level and everything worked. The staff is friendly and Jasmine is awesome. Our latest stay was perfect
