Staff is very helpful and nice. Ice cream social was so nice after a long day of driving. Bathroom and shower facility was clean and well taken care of. The campground was clean. They had a great area for pets. We didn't take part in the waffle breakfast but they did look delicious. Plenty of things to go see in the area. We will definitely let others know about this great campground and staff.

We stayed in the travel trailer and it was great. It was the first time staying in a trailer for our boys and they loved it. The Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. There is not much in Arco, but we wanted to be close to Craters of the Moon, and this was the perfect spot!

Very disappointing for the price. Sites are not level, poorly graded and required each and every leveling pad we carry on our rig, something I expect on BLM land, not a site I'm paying nearly $100 to park on. Expect to use all your sewer hose extensions to reach the connections, we didn't have enough (we only carry 25' of hose and couldn't reach), so yeah....seriously disappointing.

Nice tent site but was next to 2 different rv's that were noisy until midnight or later. Shouldn't put tents side by side to noisy campers- there is plenty of room to put the rv's elsewhere. Shower stall floor is very slick and slants down toward the drain- there is nothing to hang on to- very difficult to shower. If these things had been different I would have given a top score. Stayed 3 nights.

The Waffles were wonderful. A suggestion, add a menu of ur cafe to ur Guest Services Guide. That way guest can use it more. We were Very upset of the people Always walking through our camp site, all day long. Very uncourteous and disrespectful!

Overall stay met minimum requirements. The campground needs adequate shade throughout entire park and larger width spaces so neighbors sewer is not next to eating areas. The area has few options for campgrounds near the National Monument. So really not much choice.

The Arco KOA is a clean, friendly, and well run facility. The complimentary morning waffles were a fun surprise for the kids. Thank you for a great stay.

We used this as a base for visiting Craters of the Moon NM. The campground was clean, had daily ice cream socials, and waffles in the morning, and the staff were pleasant and helpful.

Water in pool was murky. Signage was hard to locate, bathrooms clean but dated. Staff friendly and helpful. Kafe was very good.

Site had dried TP around the dump site and also at the beginning of drive entrance to the site. The K9 enclosure reeked of urine and the open can of fences and had dry dead grass. The nearby grass was green; water the enclosure and take care of the smell and refresh the grass. I am more frequently disappointed in KOAs than pleased or even neutral.

The bathrooms were bad - the mens showers wouldn’t drain and there was a mouse in the swimming pool. Dusty location.

Guests seem to love the free coffee and waffles in the mornings and ice cream in the afternoons. Restrooms are clean. Grass is a bit unkempt. Big concern is that the hookups have water bib just above the location where your surge protector hangs from the power pedestal.

If you plan to stay to visit Craters National Monument this is an ok place; short term. Really dusty. Needs gravel. The other amenities are good.

We stayed in cabin 3. It was nicely cleaned and prepped for our arrival. We could smell the cleaner used (and that we found remarkable). The campground was clean and well maintained. The bathrooms were clean but could really use some updating. Overall a good place to stay.

Very friendly service from every single staff member. They were all so helpful and were interested in how our stay was. We loved the ice cream social, clean pool, fun playground and free waffles in the morning. As a mom to 4 kids, these were the highlights and so helpful to me! Thank you!

As to be expected from a KOA, you get the natural feel of being in the outdoors and having the luxuries of home. We loved being able to relax in the pool, take a refreshing shower, and the yummy ice cream social.

Very kind gentleman opened cabin for me and turned on heat. Cabin was clean and well lit. Very nice experience, even if loop road was closed

I stayed in a cabin Mid June and it was exactly what I needed. I wasn't expecting to see the Tetons from the cabin but I was pleasantly surprised when I could. Highly recommend this KOA. Staff was exceptional. Cafe food was also great.

This is one of our favorite places to stay on our Montana summer trips. Our site was level and everything worked. The staff is friendly and Jasmine is awesome. Our latest stay was perfect
