The host/staff were all very nice. Our kids enjoyed the pool and we all enjoyed the waffle breakfast in the AM!

Staff was super friendly, everything was clean, my kids loved the morning waffles and afternoon ice cream. I've never stayed at a KOA before and it was a wonderful experience even though we didn't camp, we rented the parked fifth wheel for a night.

I found the people running the facility fantastic. The site I originally arranged didn't fit our needs. The people running the place were willing to assist in whatever why they could. We were able to change sites which met our needs. An effort I appreciated. They also checked on us to make sure we were happy with the change.The reason for the low referral is I prefer wooded sites with more privacy

Booked this trip several months in advance, requested a 50 amp site. When we arrived we were told that there was a glitch in the system which converted all 50 amp reservations to 30 amp reservations, we were also told we could not use a reducer. The person who checked is in was very rude. The we were given site did not fit our fifth wheel and we could use sewer and electricity at the same time.

The waffle breakfast was the best part! Overall the whole park is in need of some updating. The staff try very hard to keep the facilities clean, they are just old and spider infested. If your in the area, I would recommend staying here. If your KOA corporate, I would suggest reaching out and helping upgrade this facility for sure!

I will not be returning to this location. Facilities were clean, staff was very friendly, but the residents living just off the KOA property made it unbearable. They yelled, played music, and watched TV at high volume until past 3:00 AM. We didn't even return for our second night. Luckily we found another KOA near Twin Falls that was awesome and stayed there.

It was quiet and spacious. I wish the free waffle started at 8am instead of 9am (I wanted to leave a little bit early). The electric was very slow and I couldn't charge very well.

Level space. Friendly staff. Great waffle/coffee breakfast daily. Terrible wifi - recommend using mobile hotspot. On-site cafe with good food at reasonable prices plus delivery to campsite. Issue with 30 amp service during stay - owner was most accommodating including allowing generator use until issue resolved. Would definitely stay at this location again.

Decent KOA, nice pool, good patio to relax in. Huge drawback by having plastic tables that could not serve as a base for a basic camp stove. This cost cutting measure made simple camping cooking much more difficult than it needed to be.

Stayed here to go to Craters of the Moon national monument. This was also very close to town and a great store.

This campground is my to go place when traveling to Yellowstone & points beyond. There have been a few times in the past when this was THE destination. I love this area!.

Had a great time. Was a bit disappointed with the pool area - slippery steps and no chairs (that weren’t broken) to sit on. Free ice cream should not cost $1- which is nominal, unless your digging quarters for kids at 5:00 - all good though. Our boys loved the waffles and playing with all of the kittens. My grandson said “ best French fries he ever had”. Thank you.

Cabin was clean, A/C worked great, the on-site cafe was a huge time saver after hiking all day. Bathrooms were clean with plenty of hot water. Campgrounds were well kept, all staff were friendly and helpful. Easy to find and close to amenities. We had a great visit!

This campground is set in the middle of a town in the middle of a desert, which makes it so cool and quiet. We stopped here to visit Craters of the Moon. Extremely friendly staff, delicious waffles and a pool that my kids really enjoyed after a hot day!

We used the two-room cabin which was a perfect fit for our family of 5. The waffle breakfast and ice cream social were great. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Our kids also loved the pool.

I was throughly impressed! Very friendly camp hosts. Plenty of personal touches to make someone feel at home from the free waffles in the morning to having the option of food being delivered to your campsite. I would revisit this Koa and recommend it to my friends and family. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

I got bumped from a reserved full hook up site to an electric/water site because of "site issues", but now all the sites are taken. Instead of bumping someone else (like the last person to reserve a full hook up site), they refunded me the difference. Not good for business. Will have to stay at the other RV Park in Arco, ID from now on. Watch out for the bait-and-switch at this place.

Nice, quiet campground close to Craters of the Moon. The pool is very small--like one family at a time will fit. We loved that the campground makes food and will deliver it to your site. A fun amenity!

Very kind gentleman opened cabin for me and turned on heat. Cabin was clean and well lit. Very nice experience, even if loop road was closed

I stayed in a cabin Mid June and it was exactly what I needed. I wasn't expecting to see the Tetons from the cabin but I was pleasantly surprised when I could. Highly recommend this KOA. Staff was exceptional. Cafe food was also great.

This is one of our favorite places to stay on our Montana summer trips. Our site was level and everything worked. The staff is friendly and Jasmine is awesome. Our latest stay was perfect
