I was on my way home and stopped for a few nights to visit south haven other than location to the town this KOA would not be on my list again. We have traveled and stayed here many times in the past but l lately with change in ownership the homey feeling is gone. Pool not clean even though they did upgrade the chairs and umbrellas. Sites had debris left from last camper. Overpriced.

Had a great stay. Staff was courteous and helpful. I would have given it a 5 rating but it looked like mold in all the shower stalls in the shower house near campsite 315 in the back.

Friendly and helpful staff. Easy in and out of our site(067) , campground was well maintained. I would say our stay was relaxing and a pleasant experience!!

Stayed for three nights in mid-July. Loved the campground. We have 5 and 7year old girls, who loved the pool and splash pad. Their favorite memory is picking blueberries! I liked the clean and level campsite.

Our stay was short, but the campground was very clean and had lots to do. We plan to be back someday.

Our first visit here (we made a mistake) and selected a non full hookup site. Lisa and Bey went above and beyond to accommodate us even tho it was OUR mistake. Staff super friendly/always working to keep grounds clean despite being fully booked/battling 2 storms in 3 days. The pool/splash pad is perfect for kiddos! Will be back!

We wanted a full hook-up for our ft. trailer. Not available the days we requested, we were going the weekend before but had to reschedule. We ended up with water and electricity. Also, the trailer site sat between the pickleball court and the bounce house. The word relaxing did not apply. With no sewage, we took showers and the majority of the time the public restrooms. Neither was clean.

We absolutely adored our stay. The splash pad was a great spot for our kids. We loved blueberry picking and the staff was all very nice. It would be nice to see a little more road for bike riding. Dirt isn’t great for all bikes, but we made it work.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. There was always someone working to maintain clean, functional common areas. Lots of fun things for the kids to do. We loved our stay!

ALWAYS great! Maybe smart to reinforce NO SPARKLERS and maybe no throwing baseballs at campers (our neighbors were horrible campers)... but cant ever say a bad word about this KOA!

My only complaint would be how close you are to the road. We were woken up countless times by loud vehicles passing by. The staff was nice, our lot was beautiful and shaded and the blueberry picking was a wonderful bonus. The bounce pad, pool and splash pad were great for the kids.

Could not have been happier with our stay! We camped here from July 7th - July9th. We camped with our 4 grandchildren ages 14-5, there were activities to encompass all age groups! This KOA seemed to have larger sites and mature trees that doesn't seem to be the case in other KOA's. The park was very clean and the staff very friendly. We have already booked for next year camping with grandkids!

Site we were at was a bit too sandy for me and the campsite is so large the debris gets overlooked.

We had an amazing time during our stay, I was amazed how well all the associates worked together. We were impressed where one job began another stopped. Working together and helping each other. Also smiling ,waving or talking to guests. Kind courteous. Made me wish I had kids or grandkids young enough to enjoy the park. I just might take them anyways. And my dogs,they loved it. Thank you

2nd time to stay at stay at Covert KOA campground. They keep campers well informed about events, weather and food/wood/ice delivery. We will stay here again.

We only stayed a couple of nights to check out our new fifth wheel. Enjoyed the site and facilities. More activities and things to do than anticipated!

The rv sites were spacious and easy to pull into. The campground was clean and layed out very well. Their pool and area was beautiful. Even though we don’t have children any longer, the play areas were ideal. Splash pad area and jumping pads. We enjoyed playing corn hole several times and the just installed a pickle ball court. We will be returning. Also picked delicious blueberries on the site.

It's a nice campground. Easy in and out. Our premium spot was perfect to fit our 5th wheel and truck. Nice patio furniture. Picked fresh blueberries all over campground. The only negative is that it is very dusty. No paved roads. It would be a 5 star, if roads were paved.

My only comment is that the dirt roads were tough. The dust and mess was a pain. Next time I come, and I will I will request an upper site with the cement pads. Your facility was clean, safe, and lots for families to do. Thank you!

Very relaxing. All the staff were really nice. Although we did not have any kids/grandkids with us there were plenty of activities for kids to do. The only problem we had was adjusting the water pressure but we were to adjust it properly with the help of one of the staff members (unfortunately we did not get his name).

The friendliest staff I've encountered yet! Park is well kept with great amenities. Caught them right at their season opening as spring is starting to creep in, the weather was beautiful, the flowers on the trees just starting to bloom. Plenty of areas with trees for shade, but also plenty if you need open sky for a satellite dish. Cabins and yurts if you're not pulling a trailer or driving an RV, and a splash pad for the kids, or whoever can't handle their wine and shouldn't be trusted with a pool.

It was actually at the South haven Location this year. Last year was Covert. Both are always great campgrounds. By FAR though, the south haven location is the cleanest, most organized, nicest place I've ever camped at. The showers are hot, clean, room to move around, plenty of hooks for your clothes, etc...Just overall very clean and amazing friendly staff...Cant wait to go back. We always go for the Halloween trick or treating events. Tons to do for kids and adults. Worth It!
