Each and every staff member we meet and/or interacted with were amazing, super helpful and customer focused. I was extremely impressed by the kindness shown and true joy of the camping experience. This place is one of a kind! We will be back!

The weather was very cold and windy. All the staff was very nice and helpful!! The Saturday night barrel ride would've been more fun had someone been monitoring the kids in line. Kids were running off the bouncy pillow and cutting in line. For those of us that waited through 3 rides, it was a bit upsetting to our kids. Overall it was a lot of fun.

Great campground. The Halloween activities were a lot of fun. Site was as advertised. Would Diffenately stay there again.

We enjoyed the Halloweeen weekend (our first time) and the campground it’s self (returning customer). The campground was clean, employees friendly, and campsites well kept. I would have liked a little more information readily available for the extra activities for the weekend and I never received any texts from the automated text service for our check in or the raffle. All in all great stay.

We stayed in 232- the fire ring is a bit far from the camp site(we do appreciate them not being right next to the campers) but we love staying here. This is our go to for weekend get aways- I think this is our 5th stay :) Super friendly and beautifully maintained .

We were there for a week in which the weather did not cooperate very much at all. The area is so beautiful that it was still a nice week to be at this campground! We look forward to making plans for next summer with our grandkids!

Had a great time. First time out with the new rv. Campsites were clean. Staff was great and enjoyable to talk to. Will be going back again next season....

My wife and I like to stay at KOA campground, quiet place , no noise or barking from dogs. Wifi is very good! Like this place very good. Thank you KOA staff team!

Halloween Fun! Very enjoyable! Three doggies in our party won the costume contest. (Our Greyhound grand dogs and our son's mother-in-law's Papillion.) We love being able to order wood for delivery!

We didn’t know ahead of time about the Halloween festivities so we definitely missed out on them but it was great seeing all of the decorated campsites and the kids trick or treating

Campground was nice, clean and staff were wonderful. I gave them a low rating for the lack of security. Security gates were removed. Anyone can come in at any time. We were warned by others to lock up everything.

Had a great extended weekend! Always love spending Halloween at the south haven/covert koa. This is our 4th year.

Wow, very impressed from sign in to check out! What a fun time…trick& treating was amazing��� The giant �� were show stoppers��������& the little ��� Our neighbors were all friendly and had great spirit�� So much to offer all campers�� Shopping in Sturgis was really great too! Beautiful colors abound. ����������������

Wood bundles were half the size and over priced. People were nice. park was clean. Sites for the holiday weekend were over priced.

Nice as usual saw some of the new changes with the front entry of the office and the large deck on the back. Looking forward to the changes next season.

Was nice clean park little expensive. Was disappointed that they changed some of the activities. The haunted hay rack ride was gone and the walk through the haunted forest was gone. They had a barrel train ride which we waited in line for over an hour and then shut it down before every kid had a turn after waiting over an hour. Not sure if I would go back after losing those activities

Everything was fine. All sites amenities worked as advertised. Pizza was awesome. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very busy weekend with a ton of activities. First , I thought was pricey at $100. for a dirt site on weekends, but this was their big Halloween weekend with a lot of things to do. Would stay here again during the week.

Campground was beautiful with lots of updates. Only reason I didn't give them a 5 is that the bathrooms need to be updated. I would not shower in there in its current condition. That being said, the rest of the place was great. newer cabins so I'm going to talk our family into coming with us next year with the kids to enjoy their October festivities.

The friendliest staff I've encountered yet! Park is well kept with great amenities. Caught them right at their season opening as spring is starting to creep in, the weather was beautiful, the flowers on the trees just starting to bloom. Plenty of areas with trees for shade, but also plenty if you need open sky for a satellite dish. Cabins and yurts if you're not pulling a trailer or driving an RV, and a splash pad for the kids, or whoever can't handle their wine and shouldn't be trusted with a pool.

It was actually at the South haven Location this year. Last year was Covert. Both are always great campgrounds. By FAR though, the south haven location is the cleanest, most organized, nicest place I've ever camped at. The showers are hot, clean, room to move around, plenty of hooks for your clothes, etc...Just overall very clean and amazing friendly staff...Cant wait to go back. We always go for the Halloween trick or treating events. Tons to do for kids and adults. Worth It!
