Great relaxation for the first camping trip this year. We have already booked another stay in September.

All was good. Some tight turns in the park. To exit, we had to circle the CG to get a good angle for exiting. Harmon gps took us to wrong spot.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was very nice and the grounds were kept very clean. The only thing that was a bit concerning was that Camp K9 gate had the dirt dug out under so a smaller dog could get out. It is a great campground and we will use it again when travel to that part of Michigan.

We enjoyed our time at Covert/South Haven KOA. The only unfortunate events of our stay was the power outage and the hail storm Saturday night into Sunday morning. We definitely will come back again though! Staff was extremely nice and helpful.

We lost power at 10pm on Saturday night. The entire campground did. The electricity company said the outage was for scheduled maintenance for 6 hours. I'm assuming the campground was aware of the maintenance. It would have been nice to know ahead of time because we had our awning out and a big storm came, and we were unable to close it. The wind could have caused a lot of damage.

Hosts were very friendly and helpful. We loved our site with the pet pen. This is the only KOA we have been to twice and we will be back.

Great area and very clean and nice people. The campsites are very pet friendly. Loved the fenced area at your site for my dog, no leash required!! The cement camping pad with firepit was awesome!!

We had a great stay. It was our first time camping in our own camper and our experience was nothing but amazing. Our pup was able to enjoy their new paw pen campsite and he loved it! Such a beautiful camp site. Friendly employees. Clean campground. We have nothing bad to say about this campground. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

Had a nice stay, blueberry picking was great. Pool was cold, disappointed with that. Have come several years in a row and it's nice stay, the prices were a little high but expected.

Always enjoy staying here. Nice clean, well maintained campground. Staff are friendly and helpful. Really pleased to have the extension to the regular season to get in some late October camping.

We really enjoyed our stay. This was our first time to this campground and love all the amenities. Many were closed down due to it being so late in the year, but we know they are there for next time. We were the last campers to pull out for the season and our last night(10/30/22) we were the only campers there. It was peaceful and relaxing.

It was so beautiful, the weather and the fact that not many people were there at the campground this past weekend. We really enjoyed our stay and the amenities, we definitely will be back!

We were camping on the Leelanau Peninsula for a last trip of fall and the weather turned very bad so we packed up and headed south. We found Covert was still open and had all the amenities we were looking for. Barbara was very helpful and gracious. Rates were good, sites were nice.

Always have a great time. Just think your last two weekends open, should have KOA member discount specials. Cause nothing open, Halloween theme is over, u close at 5, just something should be half price. Just saying

This was my first stay at a KOA and I generally thought it was a great place. My only complaint is another camper was blaring music about 10:30 - 11:00 pm Saturday night. Otherwise, a great stay and the people running it were very helpful.

Left a message on 10/13, day of check in, office was closed. Message was in regards to our site. When I booked, I believe I booked a site with concrete, looking at reservation confirmation it did not state a premium site. I wanted to upgrade. There were sites available with this option, throughout our stay. Never heard back from anyone throughout the stay of 5 days.

This KOA is a great place to stay, close to the lake many beaches good restaurants. The KOA has many activities for kids. The staff is very friendly. we like to go as many times as we can.

we had a lovely stay but we didnt have warm water for showers. i know that several of the KOA campgrounds have gone to the energy saving on demand water heaters but my husband and I are early risers and that leaves us with cold water. there are not staff available to help reset the heaters when they fail and it takes forever to get hot water when they are working. Wastes a ton of water

Nice park, friendly staff! I got lots of notifications via text to keep me informed, which I appreciated. They delivered EVERYTHING to our site and made sure everything was good. We had a great time!

This was our first time camping at the Covert KOA and we will definitely be back again next year! The staff was very friendly and the site was clean! Our kids really enjoyed all of the activities including the haunted Halloween trail and the bounce pillow.

The friendliest staff I've encountered yet! Park is well kept with great amenities. Caught them right at their season opening as spring is starting to creep in, the weather was beautiful, the flowers on the trees just starting to bloom. Plenty of areas with trees for shade, but also plenty if you need open sky for a satellite dish. Cabins and yurts if you're not pulling a trailer or driving an RV, and a splash pad for the kids, or whoever can't handle their wine and shouldn't be trusted with a pool.

It was actually at the South haven Location this year. Last year was Covert. Both are always great campgrounds. By FAR though, the south haven location is the cleanest, most organized, nicest place I've ever camped at. The showers are hot, clean, room to move around, plenty of hooks for your clothes, etc...Just overall very clean and amazing friendly staff...Cant wait to go back. We always go for the Halloween trick or treating events. Tons to do for kids and adults. Worth It!
