We were there Memorial 2023 weekend. Everyone connected with the campground was very helpful and always friendly. Site was nice, did find others we would like to have in the future.

Great amenities. Friendly staff. Loved walking trails. When is blueberry picking season? Would love to do that. Thanks for an enjoyable 5 days/nights

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend the campground was full. Eventhough it was full it didn't seem like. The sites are spacious and plenty of room throughout the campground for people to spread out. The staff was exceptional.

We didn't like that there were golf carts racing everywhere. Too much sand in the roads. Bikes were wiping out. Bathroom/ shower house was clean but in desperate need of updating! Enjoyed the pool and splash pad. Very clean park. We are likely to return in the future.

Best campground we have stayed at. We drove 3 hours to get here. Very clean, very nice staff. We can’t wait to go back next year!

Expensive for not getting a full hook up. Very clean. Other guests were very rude. Kids allowed to drive golf carts without parents

We had a GREAT time as always. I would recommend on getting a water sprayer. If you mix water and DOW Flake and wet the ground it will keep down the dust.

This park has all the amenities an RVer could want. Sites are decent in size and some are beautifully landscaped. Staff is friendly and helpful. Our camping group had a great weekend!

We stayed here before but really notice all the upgrades! Our kids loved the Volleyball court and I absolutely loved our spot. We have already booked another trip for this summer and can't wait to come back!

When reserving we asked to be in the back of the campground due to the road noise. They put us right in the front. The road noise is so bad I hardly slept and my husband was woke up during the night. They used 25,000 of my KOA points which I did not authorize. When I asked about it the young girl at the counter just said oh well. I did not get my points back.

1st time staying at a KOA in Michigan. Very clean resort. Staff were super helpful and very friendly. I like how they keep guest I formed on the daily events. We definitely will stay there again.

We enjoy coming to South Haven and Saugatuck every year. Your Koa is awesome. Friendly staff, very well kept and great activities. Our dogs love the dog park.

The park is nice. Improvements are being done and will make it even better. All but 1 of the staff were wonderfully pleasant and helpful. BUT, way too many text messages! Seventeen in a 6 night stay is a bit invasive, at least for me. Overall, it's a great place to stay with good amenities.

Campsites and road’s could use some gravel. Couldn’t go outside and come back in without bringing in a bunch of dirt and sand, so I was constantly sweeping.

The only disappointment is that I booked another weekend and wasn’t given any discount even though it wasn’t a holiday weekend I was bummed , but excited to try the pool next time

The friendliest staff I've encountered yet! Park is well kept with great amenities. Caught them right at their season opening as spring is starting to creep in, the weather was beautiful, the flowers on the trees just starting to bloom. Plenty of areas with trees for shade, but also plenty if you need open sky for a satellite dish. Cabins and yurts if you're not pulling a trailer or driving an RV, and a splash pad for the kids, or whoever can't handle their wine and shouldn't be trusted with a pool.

It was actually at the South haven Location this year. Last year was Covert. Both are always great campgrounds. By FAR though, the south haven location is the cleanest, most organized, nicest place I've ever camped at. The showers are hot, clean, room to move around, plenty of hooks for your clothes, etc...Just overall very clean and amazing friendly staff...Cant wait to go back. We always go for the Halloween trick or treating events. Tons to do for kids and adults. Worth It!
