Nice campground, and excellent WiFi. The only shortfall was a pull-through that was not near level. Next time we will request a paved/concrete drive-through. No worries!

Friendly staff, very informative and helpful for us as it was our first time. We will definitely be back and bring our Grandkids, there is so much to do for children of all ages

I felt our site was not long enough for our unit to fit onto. To get all four jacks on the concrete left our exit door in front of the landscape rocks and plantings. Our grandkids went into the office to order four pizzas and were told "we closed three minutes ago". Understand this was the last weekend and emptying the freezer was mentioned to others in the party whom had gotten a pizza before.

We had an absolutely fantastic weekend at the KOA. The staff and amenities were top level. We can’t wait to go back next year during the season.

Even though it was a rainy few days we enjoyed our "buddy site" and campfires each evening. Will definitely return at some point.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. However as someone used to staying at state parks I found the KOA experience to be very overpriced. Shower facilities were no nicer than most state parks, the roads were dirt/muddy whereas state parks are typically paved. Sites all very close together. Nice activities if you have children, but at 3-4 times the price of state parks next time I'll pass

Halloween weekend was great even though the weather did not cooperate the kids trick or treated and the costumes were great.

Great location. Campground nicely maintained. And if you have kids - so much to keep the little ones busy! Even in off season with the water activities closed! Definitely worth a return visit! Thank you for a excellent time.

The only thing I think you need to work on is landscaping every beautiful Rock campsite was full of Weeds and even the beautiful pine tree out front had a great vine growing from the bottom to the top. So you can see if this is the only thing I noticed that you can improve on you're doing a great job. We love this campground. By the way this is not from John this is from his wife

This KOA is one of the best I have ever stayed in. Restrooms and showers were spotless. Camp sites were well laid out and the staff was always willing to help. The extras they did to help the campers was greatly appreciated. Defiantly will stay there next year

What a great experience even though it rained part of the time. We have never stayed here before but booked a last minute trip at our daughter's request for her 18th Birthday! So I wanted to find a place that had Halloween � Activities and KOA-Covert did not disappoint. We enjoyed bingo which all proceeds went to a local cause. We did pumpkin painting, DIY caramel apples � and tric or treat

It was for Hallow weekend & we had a great time! Thankful for the heated bathrooms available, we couldn’t get a full hookup site so that saved on our water tank. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, informative & great! The texts for events & the store were timely & great! Had rude kids make a mess out of the rec room & shut my dryer off but staff isn’t there to babysit. We will be

Park was clean, had tons of amenities, close to South Haven and Saugatuck. The dog parks were nice to have, and the camp store had more stuff for sale than I expected. Only real complaint is that the weather was poor, it rained a lot, and the park didn't seem to have great drainage. Most of the roads and paths were dirt, so it was a bit of a muddy experience. But otherwise everything was fantasti

We took our three granddaughters for their last camping trip of the year. They had a blast despite the cold and on and off rain. They loved the trick or treating and the Haunted Hayride. They loved the zip line and bouncy thing. We loved the large site for our 5th wheel.

Delightful staff, kids loved the bounce pad and new playground coaster thing, and tasty scoops of ice cream and pizza hit the spot when we didn’t feel like cooking. Young son caught a big bass in the pond which made his day! Well absolutely return next year!

Last camping for the season, and we had a wonderful stay at Covert/South Haven KOA! We were going to leave on Saturday, but had the opportunity to stay for the festivities on Saturday night. What a wonderful experience Halloween camping is! The decorations are fantastic! The kids are plentiful! Great activities for all, and great attention by the staff!

Employees are very nice, the campground is so clean. 1st time we've been apart of the Halloween weekend. We had so much fun! I honestly thought 1 hour wasn't enough time for the trick or treaters. In 1 hour we had over 160 treaters. They were having such a great time. Parents and treaters were very appreciative. We will absolutely be back in 2024! Thank you

We have stayed here several years in a row for Halloween. There are several campers who join us. We don’t have small children, but love to camp with our core group. I feel the rate per night is outrageous! We only have a need for full hookup, not a bouncy pad, pool, treasure hunt or any other kid friendly activity. It’s great you have all those things to offer. But it’s not for us.

The friendliest staff I've encountered yet! Park is well kept with great amenities. Caught them right at their season opening as spring is starting to creep in, the weather was beautiful, the flowers on the trees just starting to bloom. Plenty of areas with trees for shade, but also plenty if you need open sky for a satellite dish. Cabins and yurts if you're not pulling a trailer or driving an RV, and a splash pad for the kids, or whoever can't handle their wine and shouldn't be trusted with a pool.

It was actually at the South haven Location this year. Last year was Covert. Both are always great campgrounds. By FAR though, the south haven location is the cleanest, most organized, nicest place I've ever camped at. The showers are hot, clean, room to move around, plenty of hooks for your clothes, etc...Just overall very clean and amazing friendly staff...Cant wait to go back. We always go for the Halloween trick or treating events. Tons to do for kids and adults. Worth It!
