We have been coming to the Covert KOA for 5 years now. We are seeing positive changes under the new owners, and like where it is going. Cant wait for next year to come!

Loved the water park, level concrete site, heated pool, humongous jumping pillow and hotel like service. If you needed anything from the camp store you just charge it to your site, super convenient! Awesome park for kids!!

To state this campground is sandy is an understatement We were not forewarned. Perhaps that is in the fine print of the campground description. Anyway, there was no escaping the fine grit. The camp guys not blacktopped. It’s primitive in this respect. A positive is that there are activities for children, blueberries are yummy and their service seems prompt.

I was on my way home and stopped for a few nights to visit south haven other than location to the town this KOA would not be on my list again. We have traveled and stayed here many times in the past but l lately with change in ownership the homey feeling is gone. Pool not clean even though they did upgrade the chairs and umbrellas. Sites had debris left from last camper. Overpriced.

Had a great stay. Staff was courteous and helpful. I would have given it a 5 rating but it looked like mold in all the shower stalls in the shower house near campsite 315 in the back.

Friendly and helpful staff. Easy in and out of our site(067) , campground was well maintained. I would say our stay was relaxing and a pleasant experience!!

Stayed for three nights in mid-July. Loved the campground. We have 5 and 7year old girls, who loved the pool and splash pad. Their favorite memory is picking blueberries! I liked the clean and level campsite.

Our first visit here (we made a mistake) and selected a non full hookup site. Lisa and Bey went above and beyond to accommodate us even tho it was OUR mistake. Staff super friendly/always working to keep grounds clean despite being fully booked/battling 2 storms in 3 days. The pool/splash pad is perfect for kiddos! Will be back!

Although it's nice the KOA has lost some attention to details since Tom and Libby sold it back to KOA. The internet speeds are horrible. Going from 100Mbps to mid teens, pool was extremely dirty/cloudy for multiple days we were there. The store has very little selection, food is limited to mini doughnuts, pizza or ice cream. Speciality coffees, gone, other drinks, gone. Shaving make a pile.

We wanted a full hook-up for our ft. trailer. Not available the days we requested, we were going the weekend before but had to reschedule. We ended up with water and electricity. Also, the trailer site sat between the pickleball court and the bounce house. The word relaxing did not apply. With no sewage, we took showers and the majority of the time the public restrooms. Neither was clean.

We absolutely adored our stay. The splash pad was a great spot for our kids. We loved blueberry picking and the staff was all very nice. It would be nice to see a little more road for bike riding. Dirt isn’t great for all bikes, but we made it work.

ALWAYS great! Maybe smart to reinforce NO SPARKLERS and maybe no throwing baseballs at campers (our neighbors were horrible campers)... but cant ever say a bad word about this KOA!

My only complaint would be how close you are to the road. We were woken up countless times by loud vehicles passing by. The staff was nice, our lot was beautiful and shaded and the blueberry picking was a wonderful bonus. The bounce pad, pool and splash pad were great for the kids.

We had a great time at Covert KOA, our daughter really enjoyed it. The only thing we would recommend would be to add remotes to the cabins, with the tv being up so high it was hard to operate. We will definitely be back again though!

Could not have been happier with our stay! We camped here from July 7th - July9th. We camped with our 4 grandchildren ages 14-5, there were activities to encompass all age groups! This KOA seemed to have larger sites and mature trees that doesn't seem to be the case in other KOA's. The park was very clean and the staff very friendly. We have already booked for next year camping with grandkids!

I have stayed here the past 3 years. Not sure ill be back. My bed in my cabin broke multiple times on the first night resulting in me falling to the floor. My back is still sore. Bed was not fixed until 6 pm after i called it in at 9 am. I waited at my cabin all day as they said someone was on the way 3 different times. I was offered no compensation or discounts. A complete joke.

It was nice, cabin was clean. I would recommend offering coffee for an entire stay versed just the 1 morning. Also, paved roads for those who have physical limitations or restrictions. The gravel was extremely difficult for my friends son who is currently using a wheelchair.

We had an amazing time during our stay, I was amazed how well all the associates worked together. We were impressed where one job began another stopped. Working together and helping each other. Also smiling ,waving or talking to guests. Kind courteous. Made me wish I had kids or grandkids young enough to enjoy the park. I just might take them anyways. And my dogs,they loved it. Thank you

The friendliest staff I've encountered yet! Park is well kept with great amenities. Caught them right at their season opening as spring is starting to creep in, the weather was beautiful, the flowers on the trees just starting to bloom. Plenty of areas with trees for shade, but also plenty if you need open sky for a satellite dish. Cabins and yurts if you're not pulling a trailer or driving an RV, and a splash pad for the kids, or whoever can't handle their wine and shouldn't be trusted with a pool.

It was actually at the South haven Location this year. Last year was Covert. Both are always great campgrounds. By FAR though, the south haven location is the cleanest, most organized, nicest place I've ever camped at. The showers are hot, clean, room to move around, plenty of hooks for your clothes, etc...Just overall very clean and amazing friendly staff...Cant wait to go back. We always go for the Halloween trick or treating events. Tons to do for kids and adults. Worth It!
