Beautiful view. Nice park. The stench of raw sewage made it almost unbearable. Didn’t spend much time in the park.

We stayed in one of the cabins and our stay was amazing! The cabin had everything you need for a wonderful stay, and it was decorated wonderfully! The views are amazing....watching the fish jump 10 feet off the shore to the beautiful sunrises and breath-taking sunsets. The staff was so helpful and friendly. One of the most professionally run KOA's we have had the pleasure of visiting.

Our stay was great . The only thing I didn't like was the smell by the swimming pool. We didn't stay very long due to that.

Restrooms are clean access in and out to the RV park was easy. Customer service and host or outstanding. Thank you guys so much for everything! We’ll see you soon.

Such a nice rv park!!! Right on the water [bay] & the sunrises were so beautiful!! The staff were all so nice. My husband visited with the maintenance man every morning and Crystal & Steve were very helpful from the start of our stay until the end. We didnt use the shower facilities but the laundry room was spotless. We would stay here again for sure.

Nice flat pad that was concrete. Great views of the bay. Easy access to city and island. Will stay there again. Very friendly staff and well kept facilities.

Park was very clean. The rv spot was nice. Had a table and 4 chairs. Also, had a fire pit. Didn't use but would be nice when there is cooler weather. The staff was very helpful.

What a great place to stay! Though a small RV park it packs a big punch. I recommend the sites that back up to the breath taking views of the Laguna Madre Bay. The amenities are great and you see the staff always in the park making a better stay for the guest. If you are looking for a spot that is not crowded and close to area attractions in CC, this is the place to stay. We will be back!

Park is beautiful and personnel is super friendly, but unfortunately that could not cover up the sewer smell. We booked three nights and I barely made it one night. I wouldn’t book at this particular KOA again, but will definitely be staying at others.

Check in was easy. Check out easier. Wifi was strong. Utilities were no issues. Store was clean and full of essential items. I didn’t utilize the pool but it looked in great condition. I did like the weekend entertainment, I didn’t go to any of the shows but that nice that it was available. Only thing I can complain is the smell of the seaweed, but that’s the ocean for ya. Would 100% retur

A really nice little site right on the water. The staff are helpful and great on site store and clean site. I would have given it a 5 but the waterside is a bit smelly when it’s hot and the pool a bit small- but immaculately kept.

August 14-19 very clean park very friendly staff and mangers. It’s about 20 minute drive to the Lexington and the Texas Aquarium. We were stay here again this is our second time to stay here.

Very well maintained property, pool is nice, and beach area is cute, while not really a swim kind of beach. Having bathrooms/showers on 2nd floor was a bit tough, when at the end of the campground, and having mobility issues. It was always sooooo windy, and sulphur smelly that use of outside to sit and play or even bbq was really not possible. safe, great to park and go.

We had a great time. The staff was awesome very willing to help. The place was clean very well kept. Everyone was so friendly. The view was awesome of the laguna Madre. Can't wait to go back to this KOA.

Very clean, quiet and well ran. I was impressed with the store. The bathrooms and showers were extremely clean. I really enjoyed our stay. I will definitely be back!

Loved this place. We spent most of the weekend helping our daughter move so we didn’t get to enjoy the campground as much as we wanted to but can’t wait to go back and experience all there was to do!

We enjoyed our stay at koa corpus. We had fun and were really close to the beach and other activities we were in town to enjoy. The only bad part was being harassed by the people living on the other side of the canal. The guy across from us decided to get in his boat while he was drunk and continued circling around where we were trying to fish, pointing his light bar at us until we went inside.

I consider it my second home away from home. The staff is amazing, the scenery is awe inspiring, the people that I’ve met there are kind and helpful, what else could I want?

Staff were super friendly and accommodating! The campground was really clean, and it was obvious that staff did a lot to keep it that way, on top of having some amazing views of the ocean! One small issue was the campground could smell really fishy at times, like rotten seaweed, but that's just the nature of being by the ocean.

I had to stay 6 weeks for a job and also had my Dad come visit and stay in the cabin while I was there. The small cabin was perfect for my father and he enjoyed his stay very much. Now my RV stay was great. Office staff is on top of it and Crystal was a pleasure to see every morning , sorry I did not get to say good bye. Outdoor guest services are top notch. Yes they do all the things you would expect, but watch them. They do so much more. This park is rated high and those guys are a big reason. I enjoyed getting to know them. Now for the managers.....felt like family. So many nights we enjoyed sitting outside with thier company. I hope to see you again along the way. Lainey says hi.
