Book this campsite for three nights over the fourth of july weekend and our anniversary,but with the heat, humidity, WIND and a very bad sewer smell in the air i couldnt stand it anymore . I had to leave on the 2nd day we asked for a refund for one day but they refused.

The place is awesome, management and staff friendly and courteous. The place was quite and super clean. Only need to work with the seaweed, exists methods to remove dead and stuck seaweed...I come from Caribbean and we sufer the same but seaweed it's removed from shore for tourists porposes. � I will definitely recommend and stay again. Thanks KOA

There was a complete lack of transparency from the beginning regarding our boat. Nothing in the reservation stated that I had to rent a wet slip, which would not have helped, because apparently the wet slips stay full and rented year round. Although the host Denise did accommodate a space for our boat, they charged me for the space and an extra vehicle. Denise was very rude and stand-off-ish.

Boats have to have a slip to be parked on property. I accommodated your boat and charged you accordingly. The extra vehicle charge was reimbursement which was a check in error. We did everything in our power to accommodate you but nothing wasn't going to make you happy and I'm sorry for that.

We loved the concept but were sad to not be able to use the private beach area due to rotting sea grass & the awful smell. On a positive note, the staff was very helpful and friendly!!!

Our seagrass wall has been installed and working on cleaning up the beach but our sea grass is part of our ecosystem.

We absolutely love the Corpus Christi KOA! The managers, Pat and Denise, are very professional and do everything they can to ensure every guest has a great visit. We highly recommend this KOA!

Something was wrong with the electrical output and Koa did nothing to fix it. Rv is brand new 2023 and ac worked at home 70°. Got to the rv spot and the rv wouldn’t go under 87°. Couldn’t escape the heat the entire time. Complained way too many times to not have gotten a solution. We were told no one was an electrician there.. got home and plugged the rv in and it went right down to 70°.

We had visited 4 times and verified that our pole had no issues and have had this site rented many times since your visit without issues. Reminder that when you arrive in a high humidity area slowly adjust your thermostats might of frozen your AC units up.

KOA CC was a fantastic site. However, 2 items turned us off. First, was the collection of seaweed that was rotting and smelt really bad and secondly, the pool was way too small. Couldn’t get in with way too many kids playing and volleyball taking up the entire pool.

Our seagrass is park of our ecosystem in the Laguna Madre. The pool is for guest only so call the office for us to verify wrist bands. Come back again!

Although we endured the high winds, the campground was the best. People were so friendly and when we had a problem with our camper, the staff was there to assist us. I definitely will be back with family. I highly recommend this KOA.

We loved the resort ! The workers were very happy and aimed to please. We loved the music Saturday nite. The pool and sites were well manicured . We will be back in Sept.

Everybody was extremely helpful and friendly. My site was between two sides of water and when the sun went down it was wonderful sitting outside. During the day it was a little hot but that has nothing to do with the campground I want to give a big shout out to Scott who help me get into my place and help me unhook my tow car and also Craig who help me tremendously to unstuck the tow bar.

The staff this time around were very different from the ones I have met in April 2023. It didn't feel as welcoming as it did back in April. The staff back then called and asked a few questions to make sure I was going to be ok with the site. This time, no one contacted me or anything. Just got led to the site, and that was it. The neighbor had a loose dog and their kid threw a rock at my vehicle.

There was an RV with a tow vehicle in front of us, so we were not greeted right then. I got out and went to find office and one of the employees directed me up the stairs to the office to register--was greeted by a friendly face and checked it smoothly. We were then directed by friendly staff to help find site and helped back in RV. We enjoyed out stay-beautiful place. The Bradleys

This place is amazing! My only issue is the size of the pool. It was VERY small. The kids really had no where to swim without disturbing the others in the pool.

There is not one single thing I can complain about. The staff is constantly busy helping and keeping the facilities clean and working properly. One of the best places you can stay in the entire state.

Everything was wonderful. Pool could use some attention. Was not clear and could see dirt at the bottom. But that is the only complaint we had. Will be back. Will tell friends about it.

Had a great time, it's a beautiful well maintained park with super friendly staff. Having the available pizza for purchase was a plus. If we're ever in the area again, we'll be back.

Awesome place to stay... on the water, clean and we'll kept. The staff and management are helpful and friendly, the on-site store is a big plus, as are the private showers/restrooms and laundry.

Site was vey tight and short for my 40’ fifth wheel, and no overflow parking for my second vehicle. The staff was wonderful and the facilities other than the site was great.

We had a great time here father's day weekend. Great views, super organized park and staff. Seems like they really want you to have a great time and be happy with your stay. They had events and happy hour, we didn't attend because it was extremely windy but thought it was a nice touch. They text u to keep you informed of what's going on in the park.

I had to stay 6 weeks for a job and also had my Dad come visit and stay in the cabin while I was there. The small cabin was perfect for my father and he enjoyed his stay very much. Now my RV stay was great. Office staff is on top of it and Crystal was a pleasure to see every morning , sorry I did not get to say good bye. Outdoor guest services are top notch. Yes they do all the things you would expect, but watch them. They do so much more. This park is rated high and those guys are a big reason. I enjoyed getting to know them. Now for the managers.....felt like family. So many nights we enjoyed sitting outside with thier company. I hope to see you again along the way. Lainey says hi.
