The cable was out, the spots in front of us had multiple cars. I called left a message and nobody returned my call. The only bright side was the person who checked me in was very upbeat and friendly Don’t think we’ll stay again. Love that KOA is kid friendly but adults only stay too

Good clean patio site. Cable would be nice given the price point. Kids enjoyed the water slides. Activities were very fun for kiddos

Friendliest people, fantastic campground! Lots of activities for the family or just even just the kids. We brought our granddaughters for the first time and none of us wanted to leave. We can not wait to come back!!!

We had a great time! Why no toilets near the pool? Bathrooms in general could use some improvement as there weren't enough toilets in either. I hope you put a third shower room with toilets at the pool area. Looking forward to the new nature walk area. You have a nice location and lots of fun activities. The Cafe was very helpful. I know campgrounds are difficult to maintain.

The camp ground was beautiful & clean. The staff members were amazing! I loved that they had activities for all age groups for the kids to do. The water park & pool was fabulous. I loved how well the staff sent out information about activities & events in the app. Will definitely go back & recommend to my friends & family.

Our stay was amazing. The campground has big sites, clean restrooms, good food, good store, and lots of fun activities to do. My daughter loves the pool (a bit small, but still enjoyable) but the water park with all the slides is her favorite. One suggestion: You may want to move firepits away from under trees.

We enjoyed our stay and were impressed with all of the activities for children, although there were none in our party. The facilities were adequate, but a third shower house/restroom would be nice. We had one neighbor who had a dog that barked at everything, which is not a bad reflection on the KOA, but just the dog owner.

Everyone was so incredibly helpful and friendly! The resort itself was wonderful and had so much to offer. Water park, pool and hot tub, rec center with movies and activities and a great camp store! We will absolutely be back!

Little kid paradise. Not so much for anyone else. Totally catered to small children. BUT none of the rules were enforced like 18 or older for the hot tub, never got to use it bc it was full of small kids. Location was fine. Sites were decent. But if you don’t have small children it’s better to go elsewhere with a better mix - Ft Collins or Estes Park.

Restrooms were always dirty. A/C did not work in restroom. People were lighting fireworks in the park. Pool chemicals were not good, water was murky. Hot tub JETS did not work. For over $90 per day, the park should be outstanding. We stayed 7 days and were truly disappointed. Any refund is welcome.

This was our first vacation in a fifthwheel trailer. Easy access to facility's. Quiet,even kiddos in park were respectful. Clean,well maintained. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

We had a lot of fun at the KOA. The only drawback was that you couldn’t use the basketball hoop or play volleyball

Wow, busy park great activities and a cool pool fun park for families. I must say this is the largest and the busiest KOA we’ve stayed in but we enjoy seeing and hearing the kids have fun and a very family focused themes - Great Job KOA!

Very disappointed in the condition of this park. Overgrown sites. Poorly maintained grounds. We will not use this KOA again

The campground is fun for the kids with the "waterpark." However, they expanded the number of sites. but did not expand the bathroom facilities. Thus, long lines to use them and they were filthy. This drops our rating substantially. When they build more bathrooms and keep them clean, the rating will improve. Also year over year, the price increased.

Great place to stay for the entire family. Everything at our rv site was clean and functioning. The staff was extremely helpful. My kids loved the water park, playground, and bikes rental. I will definitely stay here again.

Let me be clear…if you have kids this park is a 15 on a scale of 1-10. I literally have never seen such a great park for families. It is kid heaven and I won’t hesitate to recommend it to friends with kids. We don’t have kids, so even though the park is super well maintained and clean, and the staff is exceptional, I’ll time my visits for when school is in session.

All the staff were respectful and helpful. This KOA is a kids dream stay. All the activities and pool time will not disappoint. The camp is clean and the spots with animal fencing are adequate for any size dog. So, your pets will have a good time as well with the dog park. It’s close to home and ran very well. Thank you for our end of summer vacation. We will see them again

Traveling in a big rig totaling 65’. Stayed here 2 times on our trip as we were passing through. 1st time was placed in a tight site with large power poles and a tree. Shouldn’t have been used as a site. 2nd time was placed in a nice roomy site. LOTS of kids running around everywhere. Biggest complaint was the water which smelled like sulfur. Helpful staff! Camp store was well stocked with essentials and clothing. Nice, scenic river on site. Well suited for children not for the mature folks. Small, cold pool. Needs a good cleaning. Consider adult only time(7 to 9pm) Restroom building needs updating. Has very poor ventilation. Original building has aged and in disrepair. Cafe was not good. Small portions. Golf cart were out of control!

Location ok for touring around Colorado Springs. But, very crowded, tight sites. The park is very popular with families with children. This RV Park is in need of an overall “facelift including landscaping.” The employees were very nice and helpf, but probably would not stay again.

Everything was great except the bathrooms. There is no ventilation so you feel like you are in a 900 degree sauana. You are so sticky after a shower you can barely get your clothes on.

Disappointing at best. Our site had three large piles of dog waste. Broken down campfire container with rusty metal lying on the ground. Golf carts flying around everywhere. A better manager could change things quickly!

Only giving a 4 because of the new washing machines and app. A disaster. Managment was kind and made up for it but still frustrating when you've put your money in and the screen goes completely blank for 2 of the 4 dryers and other 2 already in use.

I questioned why this place would require me to sign a release which included holding them harmless for their own negligence. Then I tried to take a shower in their flooded restrooms and figured it out. The manager gave me the old “because corporate told us to” explanation for the illegal release. For the price we paid to stay here, this place was a big disappointment.

Nice sites, broken showers, clogged toilets, no basketball, or other areas out in the dirt not ready to use. Short staffed asked 3 times for my wood. Pool hazy and cold. Loved having all the doggy waste post and bags close. Lots of riding toys were broken down. Just an average campground now, more run down than 2018. And less friendly staff. I like older folks with more common sence

Very disappointing for the price. 1 of 2 showers, 1 of 2 toilets broken in ladies bathroom, no paper towels. Toilet seat not attached on men’s side. Kids jumping in cloudy hot tub even though the sign said “no kids under 18 allowed, strictly enforced”, . Not well maintained at all. Facility was rundown a bit. No basketball court, nothing but a pool, which had floating debris of wood, grass, and other stuff. Not ever again.

spending the day visiting the area. arrived early evening. The staff was very pleasant and let us sleep in our SUV. The site was clean and well maintained, we were close the the bathroom. Woke up on Easter morning to see the Easter Bunny hopping by. Everything was clean and very well maintained.

The staff was and is always great, especially the housekeeping lady that rushed to finish up cleaning our cabin so we could checkin early. We visit often since we live close by and love the people here so it's worth the 45 minute drive a few times a year. I only wish the waterpark was year around or heated.
