We overnighted in a fifth wheel enroute to Canada. Very clean, efficient, helpful staff. We'll likely be back for a longer stay.

I would have given this a 5, however was disappointed on Sunday when leaving at 8am to find we could not use the dump station, it was locked? Saw a staff member cleaning up around the restrooms thought maybe he would have the key, but he didn’t? Why not? Good suggestion would be if there is no one to unlock early maybe put locks on them that are combination locks. Otherwise great visit and staff

because of high winds people were pulling off road to find a place to stay. Even though they were crowded they found a place for us

On our way home from winter snow-birding Colorado Springs KOA was the perfect place to rest up a night, dump and clean our tanks, and winterize, then get through Denver AFTER rush hour traffic. It has worked this way for us for years.

Very friendly staff and great site. Staff picked up and dropped off propane tank after filling. We would definitely come back only thing was the premium site was quite pricey for being off season but other than that it was great.

Arrived after hours for a pre-booked paid for site. Verbal assurance from representative "Mindy" that an envelope would be at the after hours box for me when I arrived. No envelope there on arrival. No one answered their phones, including the site supervisor number posted on the door. I had no other options, so I just took a site near the office and stayed the night and left in the morning.

This park was super clean and staff was very friendly, super helpful. They have a great kids program, waterpark, hot tub, heated pool, bouncy pad and so much more. We stayed in Spring (March) so it was still cold and most of the amenities weren't open yet but I can see where in the warmer months, this place is even more amazing. Location is easy on/off fwy and close to Colorado Springs

A fabulous family friendly campground. Typical of KOA, the staff were accommodating and friendly. The washrooms were clean and the grounds well-maintained. It was especially good for dog owners with a river walk our pup really enjoyed.

We understand that things break. While we were onsite the Women's bathroom door was broken and would not open for two days. We are understanding of the situation, it just seemed to take a long time to get the expert onsite to address the situation. The staff are very friendly, and go above and beyond to help guests enjoy their stay. We will return for sure.

We stayed from March 10- March 15 it was very pleasant the employees were very nice, I wish the dog park had lights around it for nighttime, but all in all it was a great stay very clean.

Everyone was so helpful and friendly from the minute we arrived on site. The grounds were well kept, bathrooms and showers clean and bright. The staff, every person, was welcoming. We enjoyed our stay and will be back for sure.

Excellent service. Staff made sure our stay was a memorable experience even when our furnace went out in our 5th wheel. Provided us a cabin until repairs were made. Very aaccommodating. Recommend key pad/gate access to deter midnight shoppers. Fortunately cameras were rolling. Great place to stay.

Great propane service. Good wifi reception, but the KOA was only half full. Our site was fairly quiet. Employees were friendly.

The folks were super friendly and very helpful. Our site was beautiful & that was during Feb. We bought a bundle of wood and it was dry and burned enough for 2 nights. It was amazing how many things for children to keep busy and watching them play made us happy. We are in our 80's and enjoyed playing horseshoes & beanbag toss. We are already planning on coming back this summer. Thanks so much.

spending the day visiting the area. arrived early evening. The staff was very pleasant and let us sleep in our SUV. The site was clean and well maintained, we were close the the bathroom. Woke up on Easter morning to see the Easter Bunny hopping by. Everything was clean and very well maintained.

The staff was and is always great, especially the housekeeping lady that rushed to finish up cleaning our cabin so we could checkin early. We visit often since we live close by and love the people here so it's worth the 45 minute drive a few times a year. I only wish the waterpark was year around or heated.
