Liked staying in the new section on the north end. Nice concrete pads. The bathroom on the north end has a lot to be desired. I hope KOA has plans do redo it. Needs to be bigger with more toilets and nice showers.

Beautiful campground, but expensive and very noisy. Needs an option for cheaper overnight stays that are not using the facilities.

Although we had a roomy site, there were weeds in our rocks, bathroom code was changed frequently without notice, and laundry facilities had few working washer/dryers. We’re sure it was a good place for families with kids, but was a little loud for us because of parades and construction. We were also charged $20/pp for our sweet non-party friends to have dinner with us at the site.

Overall we had a good stay. We did not get the site that we reserved back in January but the staff did refund us the difference. The location itself was ideal for what we needed and the other campers were great. We enjoyed waking around seeing other campers way of doing things and asking questions. On one of the walks we discovered a dam with a bit of a waterfall which was pretty neat.

Clean bathrooms and incredibly friendly/helpful staff were the highlights. However, our tentsite (7) was disappointing, with mud and a massive puddle beside us. The morning and night parades were pure joy; the activities were a blast! The second bathroom was blistring and nicknamed "Satan's Anus," (90º) but overall cleanliness was good. The bathroom cleanliness and staff saved this review.

We spent the Memorial Day weekend at this KOA. It was very relaxing and the amenities were outstanding, especially for children.

I found your people, super friendly and helpful! I am an 81 yr. old widow , and new to the KOA campgrounds! I felt very secure, knowing I could get help, if something went wrong! I was amazed at all the kid activities, that you give, the camping families! The splash park is terrific! I loved the hot tub & pool for my aging muscles! Super good smoked chicken dinner! Kudos to you & your staff!

Extremely helpful and friendly staff! And while laundry room was a hot mess, it was explained to me that machines will be replaced soon! Otherwise, the only complaint was the mud. Some sites could use some more gravel.

Great campground for kids. However the ones near us screamed ran all over til midnight. We worried abt running over small children not watched by parents. Campsite was clean, good space between sites. Week days were quite.

Quiet nights. Helpful staff. Concerned about the small children riding scooters and pedal cars on the roadway. No parents or adults watching. A sure script for accident.

Very loud ,signs say quiet time is 10pm to 8am but thats not the case, those are winter hours not summer which is 11pm. The person who lead us to our spot didn't help out much at all and didn't tell us about leaving our trash out in the morning. Also way too many long term rv's that are being used as rentals. Lots of dead trees to look at.

This is a nice place to stay. Close to Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. On the downside, there is no cable here but clear skies for satellite. Some closer enforcement of camp rules in order. Saw guest letting dog run free. On last day there (May 17th)my dog and I almost got run over by guest speeding on a golf cart leaving the back showers. Almost hit the person and dog I was talking to.

Wonderful RV site, #96. Will be back on May 28, for three nights. Have reservation for site type. Would like 96 or 97 if possible. We stay with you each year. Great service.

Very disappointed. It talks about the cafe & water park for kids-not open. It showed an amazing 2 section dog park with agility obstacles-doesn't exist, there is a small fenced dirt park with a broken bench in it. We reserved a Patio Site with patio furniture. WE GOT AN UNFINISHED CEMENT PAD SURROUNDED BY MUD & A PICNIC TABLE. The general mgr Matthew did nothing to accommodate us.

Expensive for nothing. No cable, 1 toilet for half the park, no bench or seat in the 3 showers for half of park, dog park was a patch of mud and rocks, not a blade of grass at any site, kids play yard inoperative. I thought that the KOA organization monitors their affiliates. Apparently not.

Nice stay. Crowded but well organized. The fluorescent lights in showers are not great- needs an update. Everything seemed clean. I’m sure families with small children would love this park.

What a nice park and super friendly check in process . Nice clean park and we absolutely LOVED the dog pen with our site . It was so convenient for our doggies to be off their leads and chill in there .

spending the day visiting the area. arrived early evening. The staff was very pleasant and let us sleep in our SUV. The site was clean and well maintained, we were close the the bathroom. Woke up on Easter morning to see the Easter Bunny hopping by. Everything was clean and very well maintained.

The staff was and is always great, especially the housekeeping lady that rushed to finish up cleaning our cabin so we could checkin early. We visit often since we live close by and love the people here so it's worth the 45 minute drive a few times a year. I only wish the waterpark was year around or heated.
