Staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of activities for kids. Park was very well kept. The only issue I had was the single lane roads with vehicles parked on both sides, made for very tight maneuvering with a larger trailer.

We enjoyed our stay at this campground. It is a very, very nice place with lots of activities and it is well maintained. However, the restrooms should have an exhaust fan to control the musty odors. Second, the sites with grills did not have a propane tank attached. We have stayed at dozens of KOAS with grills on the sites. Every one had propane with the grill.

Absolutely a great stay and would go to again! Staff are professional and friendly! Sites are clear of trash and easy to use! Bathrooms and showers well maintained! Had a great stay!!!

This koa was easy to get to, and easy to navigate with any type of rig. Nice showers Nice sites Nice, friendly, helpful staff Nice pool and water park Hot tub 18+ No cable tv at any site June 2023 No washer and dryers in the far bathrooms and the washer and dryers up by the main building didnt work very good We explored colorado springs and i would say this is the best campground.

I expected more from the Colorado Springs KOA. We have stayed in much smaller KOA’s and haven’t experienced the frustrations we had at CO Springs KOA. WiFi was not good, cable was not offered, and the dryers never dried the clothes.

Site was level, decent water pressure. Wi-Fi was ok. However, our site and most around us were almost completely deep mud. No grass in the area had been mowed or weed whacked. Campground was clean but it looked like little was done with landscaping to make it presentable. Couldn’t let our kids play in the campsite spot because of the mud.

Only issue was with our lot/site. It was muddy and the fire pit was in a terrible place. Due to that we weren't able to sit out at night with a fire. Other than that it was great! We plan on returning.

Every single employee we came across was extremely pleasant. Many even went out of their way to assist us (letting us borrow some of their personal oil for cooking, letting us leave our trailer in an unused spot past checkout so that our kids could run their Spartan race, etc). The kids had a blast at the pool area and glow ride. It was a clean site and we enjoyed it. We will be back.

Alot of broken stuff. Rates way too high, but i had no choice. A complete price gouge. The rv industry is ruining the rv experience!

I stayed for 15 nights. There were so many activities for the kids to enjoy including the splash pool. Definitely recommend.

We loved it here. Even with all the rain, we were able to enjoy exploring the area in the mornings. With the rain, we were able to enjoy the hot tub, get laundry done, and relax in our camper with wifi and cable during the storms. During the good weather, my son loved all of the outdoor activities, especially Gaga ball.

Normally I would give 5 stars but the only issue this time was the spot I was in had clearly had a sewer spillage prior to our stay. Once heavy rain came it smelled awful and the sewage was splattered on my hoses and electrical cord. When I went to pack up I had to clean everything off. Not to say the sewage was the parks fault, probably prior campers, other than it should have been cleaned up.

Soleil was very pleasant, helpful, and friendly. At one point I was at the general store and there was a couple with a mixed up reservation. I completely understand taking the time to get it all situated but many other staff members came and went and it took a while for someone to take initiative to get additional help for the long line.

Campground was filthy full of weeds and mud, no grass or rocks around the sites. The pool was gross. When we arrived, we were told to wait for a golf cart to lead us to our site, cars were backing up into the frontage road behind us, and after waiting for 30 minutes we went to find our spot on our own and someone was parked in our spot. We left a day early because we did not want to stay.

Unfortunately had we known that the park was full of barking dogs, unsupervised children and what looked to be many permanent residents we would have chose another park. Not to mention the front desk service was terrible and the laundry room was horrific. My clothes have stains all over them. I would not recommend this park.

Lots of stuff for kids. Food was good. Staff great. Lovely river. My only complaint was our deluxe patio site was so broken up three of us turned our ankle walking on it.

We always have a pleasant stay, the ladies at the front desk are super nice and welcoming. Store stocked with everything I seem to forget, love the park activities (Chuck wagon rides) as well. My grandkids are so happy that Colorado Springs KOA is so close to our home, they always ask to go to play in the water park and meet new friends. Thanks for your hospitality.

Overall, a good experience. Loved the pool, splash pad, waterfall view and sound when walking. Could see the mountains from the campground, loved that. Downside: Laundry facilities (multiple were down, many people waiting for their turn), dryers didn’t dry, no cable as advertised (which would have helped with the rain), and codes for laundry and bathrooms were useless, they were never locked

Didn't live up to my KOA standards. Laundry Room was a wreck. Play area at the back was not upkept well, no cable as advertised, family stayed in a deluxe cabin, bulbs were burnt out, just seems like the upkeep is poor.

Liked staying in the new section on the north end. Nice concrete pads. The bathroom on the north end has a lot to be desired. I hope KOA has plans do redo it. Needs to be bigger with more toilets and nice showers.

Beautiful campground, but expensive and very noisy. Needs an option for cheaper overnight stays that are not using the facilities.

We had a great time! Only wish the dog park was larger and had more pet pen sites.

The staff was and is always great, especially the housekeeping lady that rushed to finish up cleaning our cabin so we could checkin early. We visit often since we live close by and love the people here so it's worth the 45 minute drive a few times a year. I only wish the waterpark was year around or heated.
