It was good. A new experience for my family. One issue. The roof on our cabin had a small leak when it rained. Otherwise a great few days.

We loved our time at Colorado Springs KOA. The waterpark is amazing. The people whom work there are all very helpful and kind. My kids favorite things was the campfire and the activities that were provided at the clubhouse. Thank you for such wonderful memories for my family. See you again sometime.

Perfect campground for kids aged 5 thru 12 as their 'splash pad' is a small water park, the jump pad is a kid favorite and their activities are family friendly. Don't forget the bicycles and be sure to enjoy the multiple wagon rides!

My cabin and others, had a "couch" that was totally unuseable, chairs had to be brought in/out. The crew was outstanding. I disliked the charge given to folks that could not get a res and had to pay for an outside place also. Your cabin for eight (8) could be for two comfortable four (4) kids. As coordinator I got complaints about comfort, and we knew we wre CAMPING. respectfully. DMiller

The kids loved the splash pad and pool even though it was freezing. Check in was 4 hours late. Many things broken in the cabin and around the grounds. My husband called it campground of broken things. The staff was very friendly and nice though. Probably would not stay again.

Cabins need some repairs. Stove vent didnt work, Half of the water park water features didn't work.

I've stayed here several times in previous years and I've always been pleased, but this year the place seemed more run-down and unkempt than usual. The hot tub looked iffy, the bathrooms switched between icky and out-of-order, and the whole place looked like someone needed to spend a day roaming around with a weed-eater. I'm not sure I'll be back next year.

Spaces were on top of each other. There was no fire pit. The store had barely anything in it. The staff was very friendly.

Not enough restrooms & showers. The one near our cabin had one commode out of order for the entire 3 days. One morning I arrived at bathroom as “cleaning “ person was leaving. While I was be brushing my teeth a family came in & there was no tissue in bathroom. Same day in evening no paper towels to dry hands. Why is AC turned off at night? So hot in there no point in taking a shower.

The staff are courteous and willing to go the extra mile to make your stay excellent. I forgot a spatula and Trina let me borrow one of her personal spatulas. Two thumbs way up!

I believe I should get a discount, yet again, this happens every year! We used the bathhouse daily, never can tell it was cleaned! Throw up on one toilet, throw up on the floor of another, out of toilet paper and paper towels. No one was friendly! This KOA used to be AMAZING, been downhill the past 3 years.

Our cabin was amazing and the grounds are beautiful with a some water slides for the kids to use. The only minor setback was the back bedroom in our cabin air conditioning didn't work. This was remedied opening the doors so the air could circulate from the front of the cabin to the back. We would love to stay here again!

We weee well cared for and there were lots of activities. Some of the sheets and bed mattresses need to be replaced due to stains. The patios need repair work too.

The cabin was clean and nice. It was hard to tell which side was our picnic table and campfire spot. The bathrooms were clean but limited showers. We loved the lady that ran the activities. She was sweet and enjoyed her job.

Staff - very helpful. Brooks specifically helped us and was great. Activities - lots for kids to do. Water park is prohibitively cold for most. My kiddo loved it. Cabin - clean. Lots of road noise. The bathrooms are enough to make me never go back. Insufficient for a park this size and the smell is just too much. Toilets were so foul we just went to the Loves down the road.

Friendly staff and fun activities for the kids. Great water park and pool. If we had to change something it would be warmer water in pool. Kids were freezing and shaking while having fun. Pool was warmer in the winter than now in the summer. Another Awesome time at this location.

We stayed in a cabin. The cabin itself was decent but we did not have a fire pit like advertised. The office did come build one but it was too close to the wooden fence so we had to move it ourselves. Bathrooms without toilet paper often. Pool area needs work. Our kids did really enjoy the activities and the Rec center had tons to do.

The only reason I'm even giving it a 1 is because the cabin was clean, but other than that the platform where the outside table was at was lifting my wife and I kept tripping over it. The grill was being propped up by a rock and a piece of wood. The fire pit was falling apart and I had noticed ours was not the only one. The dog area was a fenced in area with gravel, just all around bad experience.

I had no idea this place would be so crazy over the fourth weekend but that was my fault in overlooking that. The live band and all the activities would’ve been awesome if I had a family and kids ;) but the cabin was nice and clean and staff was kind enough to loan me some towels. The bathrooms were wrecked the entire time during wknd due to volume of campers and kids. Can’t be helped.

The worst bathrooms of any KOA we’ve stayed in; no ventilation, constantly out of toilet paper, paper towels, and or soap. WiFi non existent. All the sites were overgrown. We would definitely not stay again.

The koa is a blast but the staff is racist. 15 kids were told they could go un the hot tub to warm up by a worker. Another worker came and yelled at my daughter her friend that is black and kicked them out the pool for the rest of the day. The other 13 kids did not get kicked out. Since my daughters friend got in the pool that day he was up her butt yelling at only her. She was the only black kid.

Mindy, Matt, Rob, Dave, Vicky and all the other employees were great! Vicky did a great job with leading spirit in the hey hey ride & Dave was a wonderful driver. Matt was very attentive to all guests. Mindy was absolutely fantastic in the office. The grounds were well kept, the activities were phenomenal and the staff made you feel at home. Thank you for running the business so well!

Contacted them in July 2022 about making arrangements for a famiy reunion. They stated that we should make a group reservation with our lodging requirements but said they couldn't do that because they didn't have 2023 pricing and to call back on Oct 1, 2022. I called back on Oct 1, but was told that they didn't have the lodging requirements because they had already had been taking reservations.

The cabin wasn't ready when we arrived and the front desk person wasn't very welcoming. We were told to come back in 15 minutes and then were told to come back in a half and hour. The other staff were friendly and responsive when approached. The rest went okay.

Staff was very helpful and friendly! Activities for the kids was engaging and fun for all ages. The splash park/pool was a hit for the entire family. Shower and bathroom facility could have had more attention.

The water park was ice cold and we were there when it was hot and sunny. It was completely unusable and the sole reason we returned to this location (previously visited in the Spring when it was closed). The kids were so bummed. The pool was dirty and crowded and did not fill the void. The bathrooms were dirty and stinky - last time they were not. The glow ride was fun. The jump pad was fun.

The bathrooms were dirty. I try to go to the bathroom but had to tell the staff 4 times that they were out of toilet paper and twice before going to sleep I had to use paper towels. I remember when this place was so nice! Then my 17 year old with a license wasn’t able to drive the golf cart and the pool was closed for two of the three days that we stayed, the two reasons that we chose this place

We enjoyed our stay at the campground. We rented three cabins. Total of 19 family members. Would recommend this for anyone wanting to stay in the Colorado Springs area. Lots to see and do.

The online pictures were lovely. The resort was a different reality. Staff was all very nice. We came exclusively to use the waterslide park. Unfortunately the water was SO cold that my 2 and 3 year old could not use it. We packed up and left early. Very very disappointed as I have limited time off from work and our vacation was ruined

Everyone was so kind and helpful especially manager Brian and some other manager that helped me when I first got there. The golf carts and kettle cars were so much fun. I love how clean you keep everything. Thank you.

We were informed of an additional fee of $20 per person for our family reunion the evening before the reunion. We were not advised prior to renting the pavilion and quite a few cabins if not all. It was finally negotiated down to $9.95 per person. The concern was the swimming pool which was ridiculous since it was raining so hard during the reunion

Everything was wonderful from the staff to the amenities. We stayed in a large cabin comfortably with clean bedding, towels, kitchen cookware. The kids activities went all day and our young kids didn't want to leave after 3 days. We are planning our next stay!

It was a nice area and our cabin for what we needed it for. Couldn’t get tv in bedroom to come on. Kids so badly wanted to swim and between the weather and the pool not being ready at the time we were told was frustrating. We did have trouble with some of the dryers but they did help us with that and had someone out to look at them and that helped a lot! Overall it was a decent stay.

We a reserved a KOA Camping Cabin they were aware we were we on motorcycles. The cabin had mud for our parking spot. The smoke detector was chirping we were told they just fixed it. Only 1 outlet with multi plugs an USB plugs, only 1 outlet worked. They finally fixed it after trying to find a replacement an then had to find the tools had to park behind our cabin on the stones for the drainage..

spending the day visiting the area. arrived early evening. The staff was very pleasant and let us sleep in our SUV. The site was clean and well maintained, we were close the the bathroom. Woke up on Easter morning to see the Easter Bunny hopping by. Everything was clean and very well maintained.

The staff was and is always great, especially the housekeeping lady that rushed to finish up cleaning our cabin so we could checkin early. We visit often since we live close by and love the people here so it's worth the 45 minute drive a few times a year. I only wish the waterpark was year around or heated.
