Nice campground. Right on the freeway so noise is a problem but after a while you can block it out. We heard Revelry being played at 6:30 am from nearby Fort Carson. HUGE campground, clean, friendly staff.

We loved this campground and all the amenities. The bathrooms near us were having electrical issues, which was annoying. However maintenance said we could still use it which was better than having to walk up front. Great stay all around.

The sheets were so pilled that they gave me a rash (need new sheets). The TV never worked b/c it had such poor internet signal. The window in the main room was broken and boarded up. Upon arrival the decking on the right of the deck was coming off and had exposed nails on both the top, bottom and the posts that were hanging, posing a danger to the kids and dog we had in the cabin and with family.

We had a great stay overall! Our first time at a KOA. It was very family friendly. The only slight negatives were that we thought we booked our cabin very close to our friends’ RV site. We ended up being all the way across the campground. Maybe it was user error, not sure. Also, the cafe hours were mysterious and we didn’t bring enough food thinking we’d take advantage of the on-site restau

great place to stay, we were in a cabin. the queen bed squeaked ever time you moved, and the bed was too soft. The futon is were the son slept and was very indented from people sitting on it. He said he felt like he was sleeping in a canoe. Over all they enjoyed the cabin. Nice to have a full bath and kitchen set up.

everything was great except for every single lock in the camp that we came across did not work. we were in cabin #10 and the only way to lock the door was by dead bolt and after applying over 200 pounds of pressure

Had a safety issue with a worker on a golf cart that was unresolved. Kamp kitchen was a great idea but not maintained. Pool and slides were awesome but the water was freezing even for 97 degree days. Laundry room clean! Mindy was amazing! Staff helpful with requests made. Cabin was ok, ceiling fan disgusting. Overall, we’d return!

We had a great time at the KOA. The kids loved the pool and the activities. The only downsides were the bathrooms were not kept very clean and the men’s bathroom on one side was closed most of the time we were there so we had to go to the other side of the campground to use the bathroom. And our TV did not work. We asked to had it fixed 3 times and no one came to fix it.

The sites are very nice as is the location. The bathrooms are totally inadequate for the number of users. Frequently half of the toilets were plugged up. Shower water spilled out onto the main floor.

We were there celebrating one of my kids' birthdays that we've done for the last 3 years, we had a good time. I would like to make some recommendations you have all the cabins on the west side and on the east side by the main building and the bathrooms are way on the North side or up by the concession stand and I feel that you should put bathrooms in somewhere/ halfway point between the two.

Cabin wasn't ready on time. Our food had to stay in our hot car while we waited. Then had to spend 30 minutes making the beds. TVs didn't work. Dog park was not as pictured.

Great campground with a wonderful owner. Staff and owner went above and beyond to help us out after a bad storm. Great friendly people that are trying hard to make the guests stay as great as can be. Only complaint would be the cafe. The food is good, but the staff there did not have it together. Never had the silverware/condiments out, or coffee started until you asked. Names to get food wou

We’ve camped here many times. This time there were many things in need of repair and things were dirty & rusty. We were told we would have a fire pit, but we had a chimenea. That’s not camping. Don’t camp by the camp kitchen. Loud partying late into the night & then at midnight 6 kids (the oldest probably 10) in the kitchen playing & yelling. Employees awesome, but place needs some work.

Lots of amenities and activities. The grounds are clean, staff is so nice and there's plenty of things to do around the campground to. Will definitely be back.

The cabin was exactly what we needed space wise.Amenities during our stay we enjoyed.The pool,pedal carts,playground and activities hall. Plus all the planned events. We were disappointed that the futon terrible,hardly any cushion to sleep on, and not suitable for an adult to sit on. The table only had 1 stool.Internet was bad. Being sports people, the playing fields were in sad shape.

Our cabin was not ready at check in time. They hadn't cleaned it. That is super hard because we have a baby that needs fed and naps at certain times so we're counting on the cabin at check in. The water park was closed 3 times in 2 days due to poo and thunderstorms. Disappointing.

I suggest that an inspection of bathroom and kitchen facilities be done on a regular basis to check for water leaks. Also loft stairs had a loose tread that needs repair. Ref. Cabin 34. Thanks

Very pleasant stay. A few things needed attention in the cabin (kitchen sink sprayer, fridge door & light bulb) but it was functional overall.

We made the most amazing memories! This is definitely a great place to stay, especially with little ones. There was always something to do from the water park, to the foam parties, activities, wagon rides and more. Also, the facilities were all clean and the staff was very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to others. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

The staff was very helpful and tried to accommodate us, we had a large group and rented 5 cabins. We had trouble with the ac units in all of them. The staff tried very hard to keep us cool but were hindered by corporate to get new working units. We had a disabled person and a 4 month old baby with us and the staff was finally able after 4 days to purchase 2 new AC units .

Disappointing in many ways Bathrooms are in poor condition and were dirty most of the time and not enough capacity. The whole camping looks run down compared with other KOA camping. Noisy highway is too close to campground. Staff was friendly and helpful all the time.

This KOA is a good except for the bathrooms. Not nearly enough and smelly. Same with showers. They do great for kid activities

Staff were amazing and suoer helpful. Everthing was clean and well maitained. I would have done 5 stars but the pool closed at 7 or 7:30. That seemed too early compared to the rest of the KOA's we stayed at on our trip.

It was good. A new experience for my family. One issue. The roof on our cabin had a small leak when it rained. Otherwise a great few days.

The staff was and is always great, especially the housekeeping lady that rushed to finish up cleaning our cabin so we could checkin early. We visit often since we live close by and love the people here so it's worth the 45 minute drive a few times a year. I only wish the waterpark was year around or heated.
