Great KOA off the highway. Under a little construction at the time, not an issue. Stayed in cabin, heater did not work, staff brought me space heater, super quick. Great general store layout, has everything campers need. Free coffee, could use napkins at the micro wave. Amanda, Jessica, Robin, and especially Ariane went above and beyond expectations. Highly recommend.

There was no heated pool, as advertised year round on the website. Our cabin had no sheets on the beds, just a mattress cover. No sheets on the pillows. Garbage can was full of the last person’s cigarette ash leading our cabin to stink of smoke, with 3 small kids. No one answer phone to help, had to leave and go book a hotel. No call back from manager. I would like a full refund.

Third visit. First time was fantastic. Downward spiral from then. This time was the most horrible experience of all. After arrival we were assigned to cabin 38 which was closest to office (good) and closest to construction (very bad). Why that cabin? Construction noise until late. Woke early to concrete saws. Terrible night. No compensation or other choices of cabins offered. Paid full $$$

I love this place and come every year. This year was rough though. Construction showed up with no warning and dug a huge trench which made us have some water issues. Pool was closed until memorial weekend as it is every year. Hot tub could have been cleaned better however still was nice to soak in. It was windy and it’s outdoors. Cleaning crew 100% freaking amazing. Need anything go to her.

We needed to come in early because of snow storm and they accommodated us after hours! We were so appreciative. This is a fun koa in a good location My only complaint is that the bathrooms are to much of a walk for the camping cabins - especially in the snow.

Though the camping cabin was clean and comfy, the restroom facility for men was limited to the rear of the grounds due to construction and was unfortunately very untidy. One commode, one urinal, and three shower stalls didn’t seem like enough for guests. Also, distance to the area attractions will average at least 20-30 minutes one way. Hopefully things will improve.

Stayed in a cabin. While it was a good stay there were problem with the TV internet and one roll of toilet paper. I want to Express my gratitude to Daniel ( maintenance) for trying to help out and pizza delivery too.

The staff went above and beyond and was great! My stay was short, but everything I had expected. The restroom was a dirty disaster, but some people simply don’t care about others, and expect someone else to clean up after them. Overall, a nice experience. I will be back.

Great as always! We had a little hiccup with the heater in the cabin but we were able to stay plenty warm! Can’t wait to return in the summer again.

We enjoyed our stay; however, we were very disappointed that some of the events that was listed on the website was not happening or available. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful and tried to make it fun for our grandchildren. We will defiantly think about staying again, possibly with summer when more things are open and available. The hot tub was dirty and looked unhealthy to get in.

The fridge was dirty the bed spreds had hair all over them I rented a golf cart it was not charged we only got to use it a total of 2 hours because it was not fully charged when I went to complain the next morning the manager Dennis got real smart with me and said he saw us driving it and was not giving me a refund when I asked for the owner he told me to look it up that it was his decision not 2

Our cabin was decently cleaned, but the weird lock that is not being used any longer was really weird. Why not just remove it? I kept thinking I had gotten locked inside the cabin! The half bath was great! Maybe a fold away table for luggage or playing a game with family? The amount of weird extension cords was also sort of odd. We had a nice visit & the park was clean.

We have been coming to the Colorado Springs location for almost 5 years. We always enjoy the hospitality of the staff and how they do what they can to make our stay as homely as possible. We always stay in a cabin. This time around, we were taken back by how the site seems to be in disarray and the chess game was un-usable as is. We will continue to come and can't wait to see any new improvements

I needed to stay in Colorado Springs two nights for necessary veterinarian visits with my dog. I didn't want to take my RV, so I opted to stay in a cabin at this KOA. Cabin had everything that l I needed. COMFORTABLE bed, nice linens and towels. Close to a lovely area to walk my dog. A huge shout out to Joe for cutting some limbs off the roof of the cabin that caused noise due to high winds.

We had a nice stay at the cabins in October. Really enjoyed the outside kitchen - so cute and practical and kept pretty clean. Staff of improvements are: the bathrooms/showers (not really heated, poor water pressure, not really cleaned frequently? Since are missing discs to place your clothes without being wet) ; also pool is not heated and hot tub not for kids?

Activity center was closed, pool heater wasn't working entire time we were there, the sewer dump on site backed up. Someone was playing music past quiet time and then again in morning played wake up music (Army wake up song) at 6 am. Very disappointed.

We arrived late due to the traffic. We were just looking for a place to sleep after a long day on the road. It was noisy as the campground was next to the interstate. We left early the next day and never used any of the campgrounds amenities.

We stayed in a deluxe Cabin. In a few words filthy, rundown, porch beams rotted and buckling unsafe and they wouldn't pass a safety inspection. Have Pictures to prove it. The floors have probably never been mopped (dried food droppings) much less swept. All the dishes and the few utensils were disgusting. Screens missing. BBQ should be thrown out we wouldn't cook on it. KOA should inspect them.

We had the best time. We were there for a girls trip and enjoyed the vacation cabins, corn hole, hot tub and golf carts just to name a few. Staff w kind and helpful. Can’t wait to bring the family back to try out the awesome pool area.

Girls weekend 2023 waa so much fun! 2 deluxe cabins were great for space! Golf carts were fun to ride around park. Hot tub felt great after a day of hiking at Garden of the Gods.

We stayed in a cabin. This KOA is a true gem! Activities for everyone. Outdoor camp kitchen with sinks and stovetops. Clean restrooms. Small walking area along the creek. The rv slots looked roomy, and some had dog enclosures. When it got warm, we went to the store cooler to find our favorite Bluebell Ice Cream flavors! Friendly staff and great facility! We'll definitely be back with our camper!

I originally chose the KOA in Colorado Springs because online they advertised a year -round heated pool. I was never informed, not even at check in, that the pool heater was broken. Very disappointing to say the least as I had both of my grandchildren with me who, like me, thought we were going to be able to swim.

Enjoyed the night in the clean, comfortable environment of your KOA. Relaxing time with our adult son. We live in Tennessee, and on our next trip will plan another stay.

spending the day visiting the area. arrived early evening. The staff was very pleasant and let us sleep in our SUV. The site was clean and well maintained, we were close the the bathroom. Woke up on Easter morning to see the Easter Bunny hopping by. Everything was clean and very well maintained.

The staff was and is always great, especially the housekeeping lady that rushed to finish up cleaning our cabin so we could checkin early. We visit often since we live close by and love the people here so it's worth the 45 minute drive a few times a year. I only wish the waterpark was year around or heated.
