I’m Bills wife and I bought a New RV and recently stayed for a week at Fountain KOA which we have been coming here for the past 30 years. We live in the springs and it is so close but away. Patio spot was nice. Would stay again. Great KOA if you have kids-great playground, pool, pizza. Unfortunately there was no cable for TV & no wifi.

Other than the 2024 Trump flags flying next to us, it was a great place to stay. I didn’t think this was allowed by KOA. Seemed to be a long term customer. Not cool.

Was quiet for as close to I-25 as campgrounds are. Bounce pit for children is great we had no children traveling with us but enjoyed watching kids play. Wish camp K-9 was larger maybe divided into large and small dog spaces. Bathrooms were clean and warm ! 35 degrees outside when walked over to shower. Great place to stop and regroup after time in mountains good laundry facility

Our stay was a very nice and pleasant visit. The park is kept clean, everyone is very friendly and helpful with anything that you might need or ask about. Our space was spacious and level.

Beautiful campground. Location was easy to get to, the grounds are beautiful and very clean and well maintained. I became ill while there and they were very accommodating when we needed an extra day.

My wife and i tried to call numerous(4-5 )times for info & to possibly reserve. No one picks up the phone. Mindy called back only once, but we missed the call. We requested her to call us back before it closed st 6pm. Again, no calls were returned.Verydisappointed in the customer service. We asked about the pool & spa & found out after there that the pool heater& spa jets broken;( Overpriced!

Great return stay.Please work on communication with the campers especially if they personally are affected by a water outage , drilling outside your camper or power outage. All campers app blasts information quickly, then remember to update. Great staff especially Claude and Mindy, sorry you took my BS but you at front line talk to your boss so you aren’t in that position, sorry I don’t know n

The kids were pretty disappointed that the heated pool was never heated. We stayed 4 but the water was ice cold for every one of them. They were not allowed in the hot tub

From back east and know nobody coming to this area, therefore highly unlikely to recommend this CG. Stayed several nights and the location was great for exploring the area. Very nice staff at a very good location.

Nice park, we stayed 5 nights. Only negative was that the internet was not reliable and there was NO CABLE TV to use. We called to inquire about the internet but no one answered the phone and we could only leave a message (which we did not do). Was not going to stay at the park and wait for a callback!

Very nice park large quite the only thing is heater for pool needed to be fixed will go there again so many things to do not far chyanne zoo peaks pike royal gorge and best garden of the gods academy stable horse back ride loved it there.

Easy to find and get into. Level gravel sites. Smallstore on-site. Restaurants and fast food available within 2 miles. Will stop in again.

Our stay was wonderful at the Colorado Springs KOA! We loved how quiet and beautiful the grounds were, especially the canal stream flowing by the east side of the campground. We also enjoyed the rabbits hopping around! We easily visited Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs, 7 Falls, Garden of The Gods, and Old Colorado City from this KOA! We would definitely recommend staying here.

The park in a hole was not bad but the bathrooms were very dirty. There is not enough toilets for the size of the park. The back men’s restroom only has one toilet and in my opinion there should be at least two.

Great KOA, very clean and well kept up and a great location. Only frustration I had was with the WiFi. Would disconnect 3-4 times an hour and would take 3-5 minutes to reconnect. Some web pages would take a long time to load as well. In this day and age reliable and consistent wifi is an expectation.

We stayed for 2 weeks. It is a very clean park, the people are nice and the maintenance guys are great! They have lots of activities in the weekends. Camping world is down the street for any RV supplies or repairs. It runs like a well oiled machine.

I was disappointed that my "patio" was all broken and cracked cement which was hazardous. I was also sorry that there was no cable tv and wifi that didn't work. When you charge based on advertised amenities, they ought to work or be useable.

Wish we would have had a listing of the activities for the weekend. Also, Saturday night a car of young people were driving through the park playing radio very very loud and screaming as loud as they could. They would leave and come back several times. Had concern for those walking with their pets. In this day and age might need to consider a gate.

Staff was great and very helpful. We had major vehicle/trailer issues. They turned us on to very professional repair company. Property was clean and well maintained. Staff helped keep our moral up early in our stay while dealing with repairs. I have rated this location unfairly in the past. They really treated us like family and that goes a long way. Wouldn't stay anywhere elsr. Thank you

This is our 2nd stay at your KOA and we frequently stay at KOAs. We take a grandchild and our 9 yr old loves yours. This time didn't go as well. We began with getting a gravel pull through rather than the back in patio we confirmed. I've yet to check if we overpaid. Then the staff couldn't get on the same page regarding the hot tub due to the heater being out in the pool and the chef was out.

Stayed in a 36 ft 5th wheel. Office people were great, quick check in. Space was large and clean. Location is close to I25 so it was easy access to all the great attractions in Colorado Springs area.

spending the day visiting the area. arrived early evening. The staff was very pleasant and let us sleep in our SUV. The site was clean and well maintained, we were close the the bathroom. Woke up on Easter morning to see the Easter Bunny hopping by. Everything was clean and very well maintained.

The staff was and is always great, especially the housekeeping lady that rushed to finish up cleaning our cabin so we could checkin early. We visit often since we live close by and love the people here so it's worth the 45 minute drive a few times a year. I only wish the waterpark was year around or heated.
