The general manger was not accommodating. We ran out propane so I went to the office to get my tanks refilled. He told me that they couldn’t find key. So we left with eating breakfast. We didn’t get home until after 12:00 pm.

Great campground in a good location just outside Colorado Springs. Excellent facilities. Clean & well kept. Customer service was very friendly & helpful. Lots of activities for families. Would definitely stay here again.

One of the best KOAs of the 130 we’ve camped at. Great staff willing to help Camper’s with ever issue, especially Lisa at the front desk and Dennis the GM. Plenty of room between sites, nice dog park, many paw pens, trails nearby along both sides of Fountain Creek.

Love this KOA but this time was a bit off. We understand that it is off season and the schedule says activities are subject to change. Unfortunately it seemed that most staff didn't really know what was going on. Activities were cancelled or really late. Also unknown how campsites were judged for decorations. Certificates being given out after people had to tear down. Hope for better next ti

Really great staff but the sites are not really appealing. Our neighbors septic was right where our picnic table and firepit area... which made the flys bad.

Hay ride was a blast my kids and I rode it 3 times! Daniel was great! he entertained was polite and knowledgeable. Campgrounds are clean and the staff is friendly. Definitely recommend and Definitely will be going back

People were great ,Dennis at the check in was very helpful, I made a mistake in my nights and arrived a day early. He assured me no problem and placed us in a great site .

The staff were friendly, and the site was what we expected. What we were surprised about was the distance from Colorado Springs to Fountain (where the park is located). Highway 25 was also under construction with a detour…but that isn’t the park’s issue. The local news station was helpful with that.

The campground itself & staff were very good. The site is convenient to sightseeing such as Pikes Peak & tourist shops. However this KOA leases out the laundry area to a 3rd party. Nobody likes to spend vacation time in a laundromat but occasionally along your route it is necessary. This facility was NASTY with light fixtures broken and pieces hanging from the ceiling and non working machines.

We loved it! We had an ideal spot, directly across from the playground. My kids had a blast with all of the fun activities available to them. They especially loved the Haunted Hay Ride. The scenery was gorgeous and all of the staff were very kind and helpful. We will definitely be going back!

We spent 7 days and nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Very peaceful, yet they had a lot of activities for kiddos. Our golden retriever loved the dog park, which could use some grass/TLC, but he enjoyed it anyway. Very nice and helpful staff! We really enjoyed relaxing outside our RV and looking at Pikes Peak! We'll be back soon.

Passing through, Mindy was able to accommodate us with a spot and not have to unload the trailer. Was night but park look very well maintained and lots of activities! Halloween night when we got there!

It is junky. Next door to us had a washer and dryer setting outside, not hooked up, plus other stuff under and around their trailer. Other RV’s looked as junky. Construction on the freeway was 24 hours so very noisy. It is at a good location and easy to get to. Very pricey! The highest KOA for us. We are researching other parks in the area.

I’m Bills wife and I bought a New RV and recently stayed for a week at Fountain KOA which we have been coming here for the past 30 years. We live in the springs and it is so close but away. Other than the 2024 Trump flags flying next to us, it was a great place to stay. I didn’t think this was allowed by KOA. Seemed to be a long term customer. Not cool.

The staff was and is always great, especially the housekeeping lady that rushed to finish up cleaning our cabin so we could checkin early. We visit often since we live close by and love the people here so it's worth the 45 minute drive a few times a year. I only wish the waterpark was year around or heated.
