The park was clean & the workers were so nice, helpful & they worked very hard. Christina in activities made it so fun from the crafts in the hall to the wet wagon rides to the glow rides. Having Santa on the glow ride for Christmas in July was a special touch to the fun. Thanks for all the fun!

i decided to stay at this KOA Camp ground instead of the other one i was looking at is because this one had little more stuff i like when i go camping like a place to get Breakfast in the morning or lunch or dinner the only problem is the bathrooms in the back need more air circulation when someone takes a hot shower its like a sauna after there done it's to much for me the front one works better

Overall it was ok. Tent site was incredibly small. Staff was friendly. Wifi was spotty. One gentleman got it working well for me one day and that was great. They had advertised kids activities and even had a schedule in the app detailing what was happening. When we got there, we were told that there were no activities Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The pool and play area was nice.

The positive is there are lots of activities and wonderful things to do on site so it might be good for a family vacation with kids. The bathrooms are dingy and steamy, they could use an upgrade and especially some ventilation. The WiFi is horrible, completely unusable, so if you need to do any work this is not the place to stay.

Cost to stay above other koa locations. However there are extra things to do for the family if desired.

The pool was cold, and the hot tub was dirty. In spite of it we had a good time. I would like to see side rails on the bounce toy. I want to thank the manager that suggested my emergency tow brake might have pulled loose that was causing me problems when I went to leave. That was the problem. Thank you.

Enjoyed our stay! Convenient location for the sites! Recommend a plan for inclement weather to be shared with guests upon arrival... A tornado warning was issued during our stay and we weren't comfortable in our vehicle or "tin can". Found shelter in brick building with about 40 others.

Great campground with a wonderful owner. Staff and owner went above and beyond to help us out after a bad storm. Great friendly people that are trying hard to make the guests stay as great as can be. Only complaint would be the cafe. The food is good, but the staff did not have it together. Never had the silverware/condiments out, or coffee started until you asked. Names on food would help

Overall needs a face-lift! Feels a bit rundown.Use the staff to maintain, specially playground and area around, cut grass at sites,update bathrooms. Nice pool-area, but why no bathrooms and shower?

Cabin wasn't ready on time. Our food had to stay in our hot car while we waited. Then had to spend 30 minutes making the beds. TVs didn't work. Dog park was not as pictured.

On a positive note, the staff was super friendly so that was nice. Also Our camp site was nice. The pool area and shower houses were really dirty. Dirty enough that I didn’t want to swim or take a shower. So we checked out a day early. The food was really good but they were out of some stuff and it was a Saturday afternoon. Just with how dirty it was, I’ll never stay at a KOA again.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The water park was nice and the kids loved the jumping pillow. The bathrooms were really bad. No supplies, a/c wasn’t working, had to plunger the toilet myself and dirty.

Shower rooms need improvements. Hot tub was inadequate. Seemed like they had plenty of fun activities for families. Road entering needs repaired.

Office staff were friendly and nice water park. The campground was very crowded and noisy even after quiet hours. Bathroom facilities were clean, but definitely need more showers and updating. Trash bins were all full and needed to be emptied.

All the amenities were great! Our kids had so much to do. One of the highlights was a glow parade. It was so fun.

We’ve camped here many times. This time there were many things in need of repair and things were dirty & rusty. We were told we would have a fire pit, but we had a chimenea. That’s not camping. Don’t camp by the camp kitchen. Loud partying late into the night & then at midnight 6 kids (the oldest probably 10) in the kitchen playing & yelling. Employees awesome, but place needs some work.

Everyone had a great time - 4 adults/ 3 kiddos 3,4 &5. Plenty of activities - free or minimal fees. Facilities were very clean. Used the bathrooms, showers and laundry. Staff was amazing and patient all around. This was our second year at this KOA and everyone wants to return. The Pet Pen was extremely small and could not be used by our Shih Tsu. No grass. Dirt and a few weeds.

Lots of amenities and activities. The grounds are clean, staff is so nice and there's plenty of things to do around the campground to. Will definitely be back.

Did not provide the side by side sites we requested in advance with our friends. Told us computer moved us to "Optimize" sites and both sites next to us were already assigned. However, neither site was ever occupied throughout our stay. Filthy Bathrooms, door held open with rocks. Pool closed, cafe closed. Overall bad experience. Total ZERO! Non-caring staff.

Excellent service. Clean buildings, restrooms and pool. The workers were kind, helpful and efficient. The only complaint I have is the website is slightly misleading. The description of our site was correct but the pictures were not. Otherwise a very positive experience. We will be staying again.

Campground activities were great for kids. Disappointed in some bathroom conditions. Only 1 working shower in women's back bathroom in back of campground. Men's only had 1 toilet and had to wait up to 10 min. for it. Bathrooms could have been bigger for size of campground and a little cleaner.

Great spot close to many attractions and great hiking areas. Fabulous campground esp..for families. Pool is more like a mini water park and we observed great activities for kids on weekends. Staff was very helpful. Want to give special thanks to Claude who went over and above helping us with moving our stuff to a new tent site when we added a night.

Traffic noise was really load but I expected that. The real problem was that the bathrooms were not kept in working order. The day I left we were down to one working toilet. I know things happen but it should have been taken care of faster. Other than that it is a nice park with a well stocked store.

The cabin was exactly what we needed space wise.Amenities during our stay we enjoyed.The pool,pedal carts,playground and activities hall. Plus all the planned events. We were disappointed that the futon terrible,hardly any cushion to sleep on, and not suitable for an adult to sit on. The table only had 1 stool.Internet was bad. Being sports people, the playing fields were in sad shape.

Water slide area was awesome for the kids. The place was full and was still comfortable. Would be a five but the bathrooms were the worst we have experienced.

It is a beautiful camp site, with so many great amenities and activities. And the staff was amazing.

spending the day visiting the area. arrived early evening. The staff was very pleasant and let us sleep in our SUV. The site was clean and well maintained, we were close the the bathroom. Woke up on Easter morning to see the Easter Bunny hopping by. Everything was clean and very well maintained.

The staff was and is always great, especially the housekeeping lady that rushed to finish up cleaning our cabin so we could checkin early. We visit often since we live close by and love the people here so it's worth the 45 minute drive a few times a year. I only wish the waterpark was year around or heated.
