The restrooms and laundry were unclean. The pool and hot tub were very dirty and paint peeling off hot tub and pool. Handles in both were loose and dangerous. Electricity went off during the day and it got extremely hot in our RV . The sites are put in all directions the concrete pads patio were broken. There was nothing on the bulletin boards no calendar of events. Only one lady In office sad $$$

We visit this park every year, but with the pool not being heated and bathrooms needed upgrades we may have to look for another one. 95 degree weather and the pool was still to cold.

When I booked the site on line I clicked on a premium site with cement patio. Picture looked good. When I arrived I was given a regular site with gravel and weeds galore. Not even trimmed down weeds. Could not even hookup to internet for the first 3 days. After I complained to the staff it was occasional at best. Poor water pressure. One of my least favorites.

This was a great place if you have kids (which we don't). Needed a place on short notice and they came through. Staff that we came into contact with was very helpful and friendly. Probably not where we'd stay for a week, but fine for a couple of nights. Dog park is hidden behind cabins across a dirt field with no light at all. Seems like an accident waiting to happen, but it was a nice overall.

The sites are very nice as is the location. The bathrooms are totally inadequate for the number of users. Frequently half of the toilets were plugged up. Shower water spilled out onto the main floor.

Great extras to entertain. Needs additional showers and toilets for the size of the camp. Staff wonderful. Good sites and convenient for either staying and playing or seeing the sights.

Not as described. No cafe it was closed. Only view not of mountains but RV next to us. Amenities too far away for convenient access

Told they had Wi-Fi. Hardly worked and when it did it was so slow. One reason we stayed there. Camp grounds were great and the crews were polite.

Great for kids they had fun with all the activities for them. Weekend band too. It’s a large campground could use two dog barks at opposite ends. With lights and shade. �

Site was decent size and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Their craft hall was a great feature for the kids, when open…….hours were not great. The pool and splash pad were oversold in the pictures. It was very run down and many of the water features did not work. The public restrooms need some help. Often out of toilet paper and in need of cleaning.

Our stay was great. The grounds are kept up well, lots of activities for the kids Thursday through Sunday. Kids loved the pool and water park.

One of our favorite campgrounds. The sites could be a little more level and the pool warmer. Used to always be warmer and this year it was pretty cold. Love the band and all the activities you offer.

Campground was at a nice location, far enough from Colorado Springs. Lots of things to do, mostly for kids. Appreciate that they worked with us on our stay.

Amazing as usual! We love staying at the Colorado Springs KoA. Our band "Knucks Bros" loves to play there for all the families camping there. And everyone seems to have so much fun!

Very nice RV park. It was our anniversary night and just by chance they had a band playing on Saturday night. They were fantastic! It was great having that kind of atmosphere at a KOA! We will definitely stay there again when we're back in that area. Very pleased with our stay!

Staff at the desk were not very friendly when we checked in. Not sure why we couldn’t have a fire at our site either. Great campground though…

Great trip. The grounds, community & all events were so comfortable, fun and we well enjoyed by all of us. This was our 3 annual trip and we enjoy it as much as the kids. Thank you

Wonderful place to stay! The staff is unbelievable, the facility is clean and has amazing activities planned all day/evening every day for kids. The pool is awesome. Will definitely be back next year! If I could suggest anything it would be to make an adult only hour at the pool for people who do not have young children with them.

The front desk registration was friendly and the escort was helpful in getting us to the site. The afternoon water wagon was alot of fun. Then the night lighted wagon was great. The breakfast was delicious

The campground was laid out very nicely & clean. We loved the activities that you had. The wet hayrack ride was a huge hit with our grandchildren. The waterpark was a perfect place to cool off in the afternoon when we got back from Colorado Springs adventures we definitely recommend this park to anyone looking for a quality place to stay, it felt very safe. The staff was awesome especially Claude

We were there celebrating one of my kids' birthdays that we've done for the last 3 years, we had a good time. I would like to make some recommendations you have all the cabins on the west side and on the east side by the main building and the bathrooms are way on the North side or up by the concession stand and I feel that you should put bathrooms in somewhere/ halfway point between the two.

Upkeep of rv sites not good. All needed mowing/weedeating. Only One young person doing this,slowly.. Campers would leave and site not mowed.. Bathrooms not impressive. Laundry needs a 25 cent quarter machine for those without APP(?). Some of the RV’s in the park were very old and sites unkempt? Very surprised…KOA usually has a standard for long term campers/workers. SorryDo not plan to ret

This is the worst campground we've stayed in, in a long time. First, sights were unkept, hadn't been mowed or weeded in a long time. We happened to be there when an employee was attempting this, in a sight across from us. Had no clue how to weed eat. Couldn't tell he had done anything when he finished. The bathrooms were atrocious. Lots of trashy camper units. Dog poop containers overflowing.

The park was clean & the workers were so nice, helpful & they worked very hard. Christina in activities made it so fun from the crafts in the hall to the wet wagon rides to the glow rides. Having Santa on the glow ride for Christmas in July was a special touch to the fun. Thanks for all the fun!

i decided to stay at this KOA Camp ground instead of the other one i was looking at is because this one had little more stuff i like when i go camping like a place to get Breakfast in the morning or lunch or dinner the only problem is the bathrooms in the back need more air circulation when someone takes a hot shower its like a sauna after there done it's to much for me the front one works better

Overall it was ok. Tent site was incredibly small. Staff was friendly. Wifi was spotty. One gentleman got it working well for me one day and that was great. They had advertised kids activities and even had a schedule in the app detailing what was happening. When we got there, we were told that there were no activities Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The pool and play area was nice.

spending the day visiting the area. arrived early evening. The staff was very pleasant and let us sleep in our SUV. The site was clean and well maintained, we were close the the bathroom. Woke up on Easter morning to see the Easter Bunny hopping by. Everything was clean and very well maintained.

The staff was and is always great, especially the housekeeping lady that rushed to finish up cleaning our cabin so we could checkin early. We visit often since we live close by and love the people here so it's worth the 45 minute drive a few times a year. I only wish the waterpark was year around or heated.
