We had a great stay overall! Our first time at a KOA. It was very family friendly. The only slight negatives were that we thought we booked our cabin very close to our friends’ RV site. We ended up being all the way across the campground. Maybe it was user error, not sure. Also, the cafe hours were mysterious and we didn’t bring enough food thinking we’d take advantage of the on-site restau

By KOA standards, the sites were spacious. Compared to the other campgrounds we saw in Colorado Springs, they were very spacious. I liked that garbage was picked up at our site. The main laundry room was not clean and the dog run left a lot to be desired.

It was tons of fun! The kids loved the activities and everyone there made our stay fantastic.

Lots of activities for kids and nice pool area. Bathrooms were never clean and the toilets did not flush properly (at either bathroom facility). Also, the dump at our site was smaller than standard size, so some of the grey and black water did not drain properly. Site needs maintenance.

We booked the site just looking for a campsite in the springs. We were pleasantly surprised by all the fun stuff for the kids. The splash pad, water slides, pool, hay rides, craft times, jump pad, and more made our stay so fun. I’m not sure how older campers would like it, but our family is definitely returning. First of all I don’t speak/read French. Sites are too close to each other. No supervision at the pool kids were running wild, jumping in My grandkids didn’t want to be in the pool. We cut our stay short. Not up to our KOA standards Very disappointing. The Williams family

It was really good just too hot out. Bathrooms are awsome cause they have a/c. Very friendly staff. Tent sites need a little more privacy and trees.

Staff there are amazing! Constantly driving around checking on people, picking up trash and hosting fun activities. The fun activities they host for children are a great asset. But the amenities at this facility need upgrading. The bathrooms are truck stop quality. And some of the grounds could use some leveling. There was alot of flooding in walkways into the buildings. But we would stay again

There is nothing posted - that we saw - about the MPH in the park. There are so many kids racing - and I mean racing - through the park on bikes and golf carts. I saw KOA personnel out and in the area with them - nothing was done. We almost hit one of these kids. Need to tell and get people to slow down. I understand you can't control parents - but parents are part of the problem.

No Wi-Fi, heated pool was around 60 degrees, bathroom closed, hot tub no jets and grills were filthy. And expensive

Needing upgrade to bathrooms. Several times the women's toilet at north end would not flush. One shower stall had a handheld shower head but broken and did not stay put for use. Second shower stall needed a brighter light bulb installed. Other bathrooms were not much better. Nice new washer and dryers installed but were too big for the room. Could not pass through room with machine door open

We enjoy coming to this KOA. The employees are great, the grounds are clean and the pool is nice. Will return.

Nice swimming pool. Bathroom's need attention more often and the showers are small, no where to place your clothes without getting wet. Lot's of activities for kids. While the driveways are narrow the campground is kept clean and everyone went out of their way to be nice. We stay here every year for and event we attend.

Very good staff, and amenities, our only disappointment was the wifi. It was raining the few days we stayed and somethings were closed. The wifi was spotty at best.

Wished I'd had time to take advantage of amenities, esp. the pool. Had just picked up an RV at Camping World down the road, so spent most of my time there having repairs done. Mark, an employee that escorted me to my site, turned out to be extremely helpful. Having just picked up my motorhome, he helped me with getting the right hose, a surge protector, and showed me how to hook both up.

Short weekend with granddaughter and great grandson. Lots of amenities, friendly, helpful staff. Nice little cabin with comfy beds.

great place to stay, we were in a cabin. the queen bed squeaked ever time you moved, and the bed was too soft. The futon is were the son slept and was very indented from people sitting on it. He said he felt like he was sleeping in a canoe. Over all they enjoyed the cabin. Nice to have a full bath and kitchen set up.

everything was great except for every single lock in the camp that we came across did not work. we were in cabin #10 and the only way to lock the door was by dead bolt and after applying over 200 pounds of pressure

Was great and we will come back. Just a few things needed to be fixed like the toliet in the bathroom, the light bulb in the shower, the broken shower holder in the bathroom next to campsite 14.

The flies were terrible near our site, due to the long term residents leaving dog poop in their fenced in area constantly. Because of the amount in the enclosed area, you could tell that several days had passed without being picked up.

Had a safety issue with a worker on a golf cart that was unresolved. Kamp kitchen was a great idea but not maintained. Pool and slides were awesome but the water was freezing even for 97 degree days. Laundry room clean! Mindy was amazing! Staff helpful with requests made. Cabin was ok, ceiling fan disgusting. Overall, we’d return!

Campground was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Only problem was that a nearby camper had a large dog that barked incessantly in the pre-Dawn hours.

The campground was very nice, and the people were very attentive and helpful. I was very disappointed in the dog park, however they explained that they were going to renovate the park in a month. They advertise Pizza, and we went to get a Pizza on a Thursday night, and we were advised that Pizza is only sold on Saturday and Sunday. Makes no sense.

Overall an excellent park. We were on the row next to the river, and it was very nice. The spaces are large with a concrete pad, table and fire pit -- as advertised. There were two major problems. There was no WiFi signal at our site -- we tried with multiple computers and phones. The second issue was the bathroom. The outside door and electronic lock were in poor condition.

spending the day visiting the area. arrived early evening. The staff was very pleasant and let us sleep in our SUV. The site was clean and well maintained, we were close the the bathroom. Woke up on Easter morning to see the Easter Bunny hopping by. Everything was clean and very well maintained.

The staff was and is always great, especially the housekeeping lady that rushed to finish up cleaning our cabin so we could checkin early. We visit often since we live close by and love the people here so it's worth the 45 minute drive a few times a year. I only wish the waterpark was year around or heated.
