The staff went above and beyond and was great! My stay was short, but everything I had expected. The restroom was a dirty disaster, but some people simply don’t care about others, and expect someone else to clean up after them. Overall, a nice experience. I will be back.

Great as always! We had a little hiccup with the heater in the cabin but we were able to stay plenty warm! Can’t wait to return in the summer again.

We enjoyed our stay; however, we were very disappointed that some of the events that was listed on the website was not happening or available. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful and tried to make it fun for our grandchildren. We will defiantly think about staying again, possibly with summer when more things are open and available. The hot tub was dirty and looked unhealthy to get in.

The fridge was dirty the bed spreds had hair all over them I rented a golf cart it was not charged we only got to use it a total of 2 hours because it was not fully charged when I went to complain the next morning the manager Dennis got real smart with me and said he saw us driving it and was not giving me a refund when I asked for the owner he told me to look it up that it was his decision not 2

Awesome stay! This was our first time staying at KOA RV park. We had a wonderful stay. Dennis and his employees were very kind, helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one. I would totally recommend. Also there is a lot to do for kids.

We were first time campers and experienced 14 inches of snow while there and frozen pipes and valves. Carson was so much help! Everyone there was kind, helpful and gracious! Great place to stay!

Our cabin was decently cleaned, but the weird lock that is not being used any longer was really weird. Why not just remove it? I kept thinking I had gotten locked inside the cabin! The half bath was great! Maybe a fold away table for luggage or playing a game with family? The amount of weird extension cords was also sort of odd. We had a nice visit & the park was clean.

We have been coming to the Colorado Springs location for almost 5 years. We always enjoy the hospitality of the staff and how they do what they can to make our stay as homely as possible. We always stay in a cabin. This time around, we were taken back by how the site seems to be in disarray and the chess game was un-usable as is. We will continue to come and can't wait to see any new improvements

We had a great stay right before Thanksgiving. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Fountain Creek and the park behind the campsite were nice.

I needed to stay in Colorado Springs two nights for necessary veterinarian visits with my dog. I didn't want to take my RV, so I opted to stay in a cabin at this KOA. Cabin had everything that l I needed. COMFORTABLE bed, nice linens and towels. Close to a lovely area to walk my dog. A huge shout out to Joe for cutting some limbs off the roof of the cabin that caused noise due to high winds.

I had a great stay at the Colorado Springs KOA. It was my 2nd visit. It's clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The only negative was 1 camper was in 1 shower & locked the door so noone could use the other showers or restroom. I wish they would remove the deadbolt and only have the keypad code.

I had a great time at Colorado Springs KOA. The staff were amazingly friendly & helpful. My site was just the right size. The place is very clean & offer's Golf Cart rentals (which I plan to use on future visits). Clean bathrooms, showers, and a laundry room. I'll be back soon!

The general manger was not accommodating. We ran out propane so I went to the office to get my tanks refilled. He told me that they couldn’t find key. So we left with eating breakfast. We didn’t get home until after 12:00 pm.

I was greeted with a smile and felt very comfortable during the checking process. The front desk very friendly and made me comfortable. Will stay there again.

We had a nice stay at the cabins in October. Really enjoyed the outside kitchen - so cute and practical and kept pretty clean. Staff of improvements are: the bathrooms/showers (not really heated, poor water pressure, not really cleaned frequently? Since are missing discs to place your clothes without being wet) ; also pool is not heated and hot tub not for kids?

Great campground in a good location just outside Colorado Springs. Excellent facilities. Clean & well kept. Customer service was very friendly & helpful. Lots of activities for families. Would definitely stay here again.

One of the best KOAs of the 130 we’ve camped at. Great staff willing to help Camper’s with ever issue, especially Lisa at the front desk and Dennis the GM. Plenty of room between sites, nice dog park, many paw pens, trails nearby along both sides of Fountain Creek.

Sights had plenty of room. After hours check in was a breeze. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Will stay here again no doubt.

The staff was and is always great, especially the housekeeping lady that rushed to finish up cleaning our cabin so we could checkin early. We visit often since we live close by and love the people here so it's worth the 45 minute drive a few times a year. I only wish the waterpark was year around or heated.
