People at the campground are very nice and the campground was kept fairly well. I was charged the same rate as the RV Travelers were and I was at a tent site with no utilities. Way too expensive for me to stay there again.

Super friendly staff. Fully stocked country store. Beautiful spot. Only issues were wet firewood despite being wrapped and a broken down table at the site.

This KOA allows political flags that have inappropriate words. Most campgrounds in the last few years have rules against flags, and the family friendly campgrounds should only allow family friendly flags. I shouldn’t have to worry about what my child may read outside at an expensive KOA.

Campground was very nice and staff was friendly, but Cable was down, and WIFI was so spotty streaming was impossible. In fact, had a hard time even staying connected to it to read email.

As always it was great except for the rain which KOA can't control. I heard Matt became new manager great choice, he has helped me on many occasions in the past. We will be going back quite a few times this summer.

My daughter and I stayed in Cabin 10 for Mother's Day weekend. The staff was always friendly and helpful. We could hear the river from the cabin at night which made the stay very relaxing and calming.

Very friendly staff. Super clean and convenient to the interstate. Lots of things for families and kids. Dog Friendly. Seems like they have a lot of homesteaders now.

Staff was friendly, bathrooms were clean, grounds were kept clean. Only issue was laundry room in back was locked and many in front were out of service, had to go off site to do laundry.

The only thing that disappointed me is the laundry. There were only two washers working for the whole campground. Plenty of driers.

Maintenance of the facilities was not up to the standards we are used to from KOA.. Sites were dirt. Internet was mostly nonexistant.

We had an emergency and needed a place to stay. Was able to get a last minute reservation. Very polite! Would stay here again.

The ONLY reason a 4 & not 5 is the laundry facility. Couldn't get in even with the code, saw thru the window that half the machines were out of order. OTHERWISE the place is fabulous! Grounds are immaculate, the staff is VERY friendly & helpful, they assist in parking & if WE wanted another branch to our tree trimmed, they would do it. Professional hard working and friendly staff, always ready to help. The workers pick up trash every morning. By far the best KOA campground that we have stayed with!

I stayed at K10 cabin on May 5th 2023. The cabin had tens of moths inside during my stay. Over the entire night, my wife and I managed to guide almost 20 moths out of the cabin, but it is almost impossible to entirely get rid of them because they all hid in the cracks of cabin structure. We tried to sleep in the cabin while those moths got so active at night. Eventually I slept on my car.

I enjoyed the campground. It was clean and organized. The staff was great. Television reception wasn't good so, we switched to streaming. There is no working cable at this campground. The only negative was the truck driving around with all the Trump flags on it. I found that very offensive when I wanted to get away from everything and just camp

Park is quire expensive for what you get. Site was level, but too close and not long enough. Highway noise was significant. Major amenity (water park) was closed even though temps were in the mid70s.

Close to freeway and noisy. Need more bathrooms and showers. Handy location to shops and restaurants in Fountain.

Your employees helped me find my spot and even found me another spot away from the family with 4 dogs and music blaring. My grandson and I had a great first time camping together. So much fun for families, we had a great time and will be back again!

Overall it was a good location, but otherwise it felt like number of spaces was a priority over beauty and comfort. The wind blew through the tent space, and because of the two walls and so few trees in the campground, it turned into a wind tunnel. Our tent struggled in the wind and we ended up leaving before the second night we had scheduled to find a hotel.

spending the day visiting the area. arrived early evening. The staff was very pleasant and let us sleep in our SUV. The site was clean and well maintained, we were close the the bathroom. Woke up on Easter morning to see the Easter Bunny hopping by. Everything was clean and very well maintained.

The staff was and is always great, especially the housekeeping lady that rushed to finish up cleaning our cabin so we could checkin early. We visit often since we live close by and love the people here so it's worth the 45 minute drive a few times a year. I only wish the waterpark was year around or heated.
