Everyone was so kind and helpful especially manager Brian and some other manager that helped me when I first got there. The golf carts and kettle cars were so much fun. I love how clean you keep everything. Thank you.

We were informed of an additional fee of $20 per person for our family reunion the evening before the reunion. We were not advised prior to renting the pavilion and quite a few cabins if not all. It was finally negotiated down to $9.95 per person. The concern was the swimming pool which was ridiculous since it was raining so hard during the reunion

wonderful! We had a family reunion. 3 tents, 2 RV's, 1 trailer and a cabin. Nice facilities. Lots of activities for the kids. 12 adults, 5 kids and 8 dogs. We had absolutely no problems or issues. Other than draining the rain from the clouds not much more could have been needed.

Pulling in at the campsite was tight with our truck and camper because of the rocks. The bathhouses were absolutely filthy: over flowing trash cans, toilets, and showers were just unclean. The water area was nice.

Very pretty park. I realize it was Father's Day weekend but didn't make sense that you had to raise the price. I was excited to get in the jacuzzi however it had literally dead skin floating absolutely everywhere. Not just two or three pieces but more like the entire top of the water. I know you can't control everything but maybe consider checking water condition more often.

So much to do! The campground is well kept. The employees are friendly. The sites are well spaced out. Beautiful views all around!

The service was horrendous. None ever answered the phone or called us back after leaving a message. The dog park was a chain link fenced dirt pad that was 20’x 30’.

Stay was fine, rain kinda dampened the weekend for us. Other campers weren't as friendly as we've encountered at other KOA's so that was a little disappointing. Staff was friendly, very responsive, and helpful. It is definitely a great place to stay if you have kids...there were alot of activities throughout the day for them.

Amazing views of the mountains, loved our patio Lots of activities to keep kids busy. Flash flooding was handled safely and well done by the park staff. We would happily return if in the area again.

Everything was wonderful from the staff to the amenities. We stayed in a large cabin comfortably with clean bedding, towels, kitchen cookware. The kids activities went all day and our young kids didn't want to leave after 3 days. We are planning our next stay!

Had a huge storm come through with possible tornado and flooding. The management and workers made sure we were aware of what was going on and also helped to make sure we got moved to a new site.

Such friendly staff! We had an issue with our 50 amp and they fixed it promptly! The kiddos loved the water park and the parents loved the adult only hot tub!

Most of the staff were helpful and courteous. On the day we checked out we were told that we could use our KOA discount for propane. However, we were charged on our credit card for the full amount. When I contacted KOA, I was told by Mindy that none of her staff would have offered us a discount. She was mistaken, because a staff member did offer us a discount. She should have refunded us the money

We have stayed here over the years, many times in Summer and Winter. It was a place that was always like our "home" in Colorado Springs. However, this stay left such a bad impression on us, we won't return and won't recommend the park to anyone else. If you'd like to hear more, please reach out to me.

The staff was friendly and amazing! The property was beautiful. The daily events made it fun when there was plenty of downtime in our schedule.

It was a nice area and our cabin for what we needed it for. Couldn’t get tv in bedroom to come on. Kids so badly wanted to swim and between the weather and the pool not being ready at the time we were told was frustrating. We did have trouble with some of the dryers but they did help us with that and had someone out to look at them and that helped a lot! Overall it was a decent stay.

Nice staff. Grounds not to KOA standards near my site 213. Wifi useless in campground. Not a great value at $100 per night. Still enjoy KOA overall though.

We had flash flooding and tornado warnings. Lots of diversity but the staff did a great job of working through a very difficult situation. They remained helpfully and cautious in what must have been trying times for them.

Site was flooded, understood there was rain, other spots weren't this bad. New spot was below road surface, no grass around concrete so anything on side of camper was done in ankle deep mud, ask for straw, response was we'll fix it, 7 days late....nothing. Grass that was around site hasn't been cut, weeds in fire pit too, 3ft high. Wood was wet. No sign on dryers that were inop, their admission.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of activities for kids. Park was very well kept. The only issue I had was the single lane roads with vehicles parked on both sides, made for very tight maneuvering with a larger trailer.

We enjoyed our stay at this campground. It is a very, very nice place with lots of activities and it is well maintained. However, the restrooms should have an exhaust fan to control the musty odors. Second, the sites with grills did not have a propane tank attached. We have stayed at dozens of KOAS with grills on the sites. Every one had propane with the grill.

This koa was easy to get to, and easy to navigate with any type of rig. Nice showers Nice sites Nice, friendly, helpful staff Nice pool and water park Hot tub 18+ No cable tv at any site June 2023 No washer and dryers in the far bathrooms and the washer and dryers up by the main building didnt work very good We explored colorado springs and i would say this is the best campground.

I expected more from the Colorado Springs KOA. We have stayed in much smaller KOA’s and haven’t experienced the frustrations we had at CO Springs KOA. WiFi was not good, cable was not offered, and the dryers never dried the clothes.

Site was level, decent water pressure. Wi-Fi was ok. However, our site and most around us were almost completely deep mud. No grass in the area had been mowed or weed whacked. Campground was clean but it looked like little was done with landscaping to make it presentable. Couldn’t let our kids play in the campsite spot because of the mud.

Only issue was with our lot/site. It was muddy and the fire pit was in a terrible place. Due to that we weren't able to sit out at night with a fire. Other than that it was great! We plan on returning.

Every single employee we came across was extremely pleasant. Many even went out of their way to assist us (letting us borrow some of their personal oil for cooking, letting us leave our trailer in an unused spot past checkout so that our kids could run their Spartan race, etc). The kids had a blast at the pool area and glow ride. It was a clean site and we enjoyed it. We will be back.

spending the day visiting the area. arrived early evening. The staff was very pleasant and let us sleep in our SUV. The site was clean and well maintained, we were close the the bathroom. Woke up on Easter morning to see the Easter Bunny hopping by. Everything was clean and very well maintained.

The staff was and is always great, especially the housekeeping lady that rushed to finish up cleaning our cabin so we could checkin early. We visit often since we live close by and love the people here so it's worth the 45 minute drive a few times a year. I only wish the waterpark was year around or heated.
