Looked like great activities for the kids…. But we’re two adults and the facilities were a bit run down. Mid day the floor in the bathroom was covered with water, counters in the laundry area dirty.

Great people, very kind. Bathrooms were atrious, only 3 women's toilets were functioning for the whole site on a holiday weekend. Always out of soap and toilet paper. Clogged or dirty nonstop. Shower heads all broken in every shower. Only stay here if you will not be using any of the camp's amenities. So disgusting we had to check out early and find somewhere else to stay.

This was the best KOA we have ever stayed at. Very clean, friendly staff and, even though we don't have kids, it seemed that there was a lot for them to do. Will stay again when we visit our great niece who lives very close by.

They only complaint I really have is the check in process. When we arrived 3 Rv’s were blocking the entrance and more came behind us. People already staying there couldn’t even get in because entire driveway was blocked. They were looking for people to lead The new comers to their spots It seemed to be frustrating for a lot of people. Other than that, nice stay and close to Colorado Springs

I stayed here in 2020 and thought it was the best camp ground I had ever stayed at, so I made this trip to take my granddaughter, the craft times were great. But I believe the camp had grown too big for the people running it, one person in office, restrooms very dirty and Laundry rooms so dirty. Only 2 sets of each for the 1000’s of people, pool is terribly dirty, camp no longer the best ��

Staff - very helpful. Brooks specifically helped us and was great. Activities - lots for kids to do. Water park is prohibitively cold for most. My kiddo loved it. Cabin - clean. Lots of road noise. The bathrooms are enough to make me never go back. Insufficient for a park this size and the smell is just too much. Toilets were so foul we just went to the Loves down the road.

The kampground is extremely well maintained. Plenty of staff to assist. All are super friendly and helpful. There's a river that runs along one side. The facilities for kids are great! If I was a kid I would be in heaven. Tons of daily activities, movies, hay rides, etc. Will stay here again anytime I'm in Colorado Springs. Only request would be maybe an hour a day of adult only time in the pool!

The campground is nice and has good amenities however, during our stay, one of the 2 bathrooms was closed down due to someone damaging toilets and hot tub also was broken. Although not the fault of the KOA, the lack of getting repairs made in a timely manner resulted in loss of the hot tub our entire stay and long lines for the remaining bathroom.

Excellent well maintained facility. Clean restrooms & showers. Staff was very friendly and prompt to provide information when asked. I enjoyed our stay with my family and will be visiting again.

Friendly staff and fun activities for the kids. Great water park and pool. If we had to change something it would be warmer water in pool. Kids were freezing and shaking while having fun. Pool was warmer in the winter than now in the summer. Another Awesome time at this location.

Very disappointed in the site we were assigned to. Tree was hanging over the road right by that site which would have scraped down the whole side of our fifth wheel. We complained and they did move us. We had to back out of the site to keep from damaging our unit. Then you allow seasonal campers right in the middle of the campground who look like they’ve been there for years with junk all over!

Our stay was from 1-4 July 2013. Had a great time the site met our needs and the amenities were gray. There was live music, activities for the kids, the swim park was good for our group ages 3-52. Only thing I would add is beer/wine availability but was not a show stopper. Definitely will stay again.

This was probably really great about 10 years ago. The swim area is amazing. The employees were all very friendly and helpful. Otherwise I was not happy. My older children couldn't go anywhere without me because they weren't 16. The bounce pad is no longer bouncy. And I almost electrocuted myself plugging in my camper (not exaggerating ).

Our stay was good, but you can definitely tell the differences with the new owners. The pool is no longer heated, which was such a bummer because it was ice cold. The “rules” are inconsistent depending on the employee working. Telling a kid they cannot come in to the gift shop to spend their own money is a bit strange. Luckily, there was only one grumpy lady who enforced that weird rule.

We stayed in a cabin. The cabin itself was decent but we did not have a fire pit like advertised. The office did come build one but it was too close to the wooden fence so we had to move it ourselves. Bathrooms without toilet paper often. Pool area needs work. Our kids did really enjoy the activities and the Rec center had tons to do.

The only reason I'm even giving it a 1 is because the cabin was clean, but other than that the platform where the outside table was at was lifting my wife and I kept tripping over it. The grill was being propped up by a rock and a piece of wood. The fire pit was falling apart and I had noticed ours was not the only one. The dog area was a fenced in area with gravel, just all around bad experience.

I had no idea this place would be so crazy over the fourth weekend but that was my fault in overlooking that. The live band and all the activities would’ve been awesome if I had a family and kids ;) but the cabin was nice and clean and staff was kind enough to loan me some towels. The bathrooms were wrecked the entire time during wknd due to volume of campers and kids. Can’t be helped.

Tent camping I'm sure this is great if you have an RV, but if you're in a tent or a cabin with no toilet, be prepared to walk quite a ways. I would probably not stay here again in a tent-98% because of the bathroom situation, but I think they're fine with that since it's mostly set up for RVs anyway.

Grass was tall and the grounds did not appear kept. We could not get a person on the phone to ask about packages, so we had packages sent there and found out they reject all packages. Dog bags were empty. Just seemed overall to be poorly managed and not maintained. Very crowded. Location is about 30 minutes drive to everything in Colorado Springs area.

The worst bathrooms of any KOA we’ve stayed in; no ventilation, constantly out of toilet paper, paper towels, and or soap. WiFi non existent. All the sites were overgrown. We would definitely not stay again.

We stayed here about 3 years ago and it was really nice. Unfortunately the park doesn’t seem to be getting taken care of. Our site had weeds and grass over a foot tall. Kind of sad since this was my wife’s first time in Colorado and at this campground.

It was absolutey wonderful, Employees were friendly and helpul. So much to do in the campground for everyone of all ages. We were visiting relatives in Colorado Springs, but could have stayed in the campground continuously. We stepped right out of our RV and had a clear view of Pikes Peak.

Overall stay okay. Park needs some TLC, a little run down, not enough people working during check in. Felt sorry for only lady as there she did her best. Lots of weeds and almost rusted through BBQ Pits and fire pits Workers were friendly and were trying to keep up with it all

The koa is a blast but the staff is racist. 15 kids were told they could go un the hot tub to warm up by a worker. Another worker came and yelled at my daughter her friend that is black and kicked them out the pool for the rest of the day. The other 13 kids did not get kicked out. Since my daughters friend got in the pool that day he was up her butt yelling at only her. She was the only black kid.

We were wondering why the grass had not been mowed around the campsites. The grass in some areas was knee-high. It made the place look unkept for sure. We have stayed at a lot of KOA's and this was the worst for unmowed grass and dirty bathrooms. The staff was very nice and pleasant. However, we would stay again. We were just not sure why the grass was not mowed.

The neighbors pitched a tent next to our RV and slept there for three days. We thought this was against the rules. No one seem to notice that worked for KOA. Noisy experience.

This place is AMAZING!! Family Friendly and so many things to do! The pools are great! Clean surroundings, staff is friendly and easy to find. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Mindy, Matt, Rob, Dave, Vicky and all the other employees were great! Vicky did a great job with leading spirit in the hey hey ride & Dave was a wonderful driver. Matt was very attentive to all guests. Mindy was absolutely fantastic in the office. The grounds were well kept, the activities were phenomenal and the staff made you feel at home. Thank you for running the business so well!

spending the day visiting the area. arrived early evening. The staff was very pleasant and let us sleep in our SUV. The site was clean and well maintained, we were close the the bathroom. Woke up on Easter morning to see the Easter Bunny hopping by. Everything was clean and very well maintained.

The staff was and is always great, especially the housekeeping lady that rushed to finish up cleaning our cabin so we could checkin early. We visit often since we live close by and love the people here so it's worth the 45 minute drive a few times a year. I only wish the waterpark was year around or heated.
