Not comfortable for us with 45’ motorcoach and F150 tow, paving was taking place and roads closed off. The internet never worked even with calls to office. We left very early to avoid the contractors, the roads were open at 6:30 am. Staff was doing their best but a physical stop at the north entrance would have been nice.

This is always our last stop on our way back from Texas. It's easy to access and everyone is very friendly.

Lack of communication. Poor management. Confusing entrance and exit. Nothing clearly marked. The entrance by main office turned into a dead end and then had to figure out how to back my trailer out of it. Our worst experience at a KOA yet. Will not go back to this one period!

Left early due to campground allowed dogs to run unleased causing hazards to us & our dogs. General manager secretly recorded discussions with him about two dogs attacking my dog & me. Both incidents violated local ordinance (Title 6) & State penal code (Stat. § 18-9-303, § 18-1.3-401. Also threatened to post denigrating profile about us on KOA sites. AVOID this KOA if you value safety & privacy

The electrical outlets in the men's bathroom haven't worked in atleast 30 days. The roads to the rv sites need to be repaved! The rv sites need to be graded for water run off. Also the amount of trash that blows into the river from this campground is unacceptable!

Campground needs a lot of work. For the cost to stay there, I would expect things to be in better condition. Not sure if I would reserve a site at a KOA again

I paid for a 50amp site, when I went to hook up discovered only had 30amp. I called to request a $10 refund & guy I talked to told me sure had 50amp— wouldn’t do refund— site 138 was my location

Over night only , front desk staff very friendly, park looks like it is under construction, many permanent Rv,s washrooms not very clean or plentiful for a park that size

Great KOA off the highway. Under a little construction at the time, not an issue. Stayed in cabin, heater did not work, staff brought me space heater, super quick. Great general store layout, has everything campers need. Free coffee, could use napkins at the micro wave. Amanda, Jessica, Robin, and especially Ariane went above and beyond expectations. Highly recommend.

There was no heated pool, as advertised year round on the website. Our cabin had no sheets on the beds, just a mattress cover. No sheets on the pillows. Garbage can was full of the last person’s cigarette ash leading our cabin to stink of smoke, with 3 small kids. No one answer phone to help, had to leave and go book a hotel. No call back from manager. I would like a full refund.

There are quite a few long-term residents. Several washers and dryers were out of order. The cleaning lady could use some help. Otherwise, I had a good stay.

Only stayed one night, just passing through. Very nice campground although a bit close to I-25. There was also some construction but I am sure that will be wrapped up soon. We would stay again

This is the most expensive KOA that I have ever stayed at. When I checked in, I was presented with a two-page document that looked as though it was created by some demented lawyer. I was led to a camping spot that had six inches or more of snow in it. I did ask and was permited to park in the spot next door that was empty of snow. I only plugged in to the electric.

The staff was wonderful, but there was a lot of construction going on that made it hard to get in and out of the park. The military base across the hwy had automatic rifle training until 10:30 one night and it sounded like 50 guns going off non stop for a long while. The traffic noise from the hwy is an issue also if you’re a light sleeper. There are some lots that have their own dog runs for $

I would never go back to this KOA. The 2 days we were there they never cleaned the bathroom and they smelled horrible. And if you go down by the river there trash is everywhere. We actually cut Our stay shorter and went to the state park. And not to mention you have drug addicts running the place

Third visit. First time was fantastic. Downward spiral from then. This time was the most horrible experience of all. After arrival we were assigned to cabin 38 which was closest to office (good) and closest to construction (very bad). Why that cabin? Construction noise until late. Woke early to concrete saws. Terrible night. No compensation or other choices of cabins offered. Paid full $$$

I love this place and come every year. This year was rough though. Construction showed up with no warning and dug a huge trench which made us have some water issues. Pool was closed until memorial weekend as it is every year. Hot tub could have been cleaned better however still was nice to soak in. It was windy and it’s outdoors. Cleaning crew 100% freaking amazing. Need anything go to her.

We needed to come in early because of snow storm and they accommodated us after hours! We were so appreciative. This is a fun koa in a good location My only complaint is that the bathrooms are to much of a walk for the camping cabins - especially in the snow.

Though the camping cabin was clean and comfy, the restroom facility for men was limited to the rear of the grounds due to construction and was unfortunately very untidy. One commode, one urinal, and three shower stalls didn’t seem like enough for guests. Also, distance to the area attractions will average at least 20-30 minutes one way. Hopefully things will improve.

While not mentioned on their website or in the app, the main restroom, shower, recreation building is closed and under construction. The entire campground had ONE (yes ONE) functional toilet which I never found available at all evening or morning during my stay. There’s absolutely no excuse for charging full price for a campsite that was missing most basic services.

Stayed in a cabin. While it was a good stay there were problem with the TV internet and one roll of toilet paper. I want to Express my gratitude to Daniel ( maintenance) for trying to help out and pizza delivery too.

Front desk staff was friendly but cautious about our arrival due to construction occurring at/around this property. Construction equipment, fences, workers and noise everywhere. Propane not available due to "sinkhole". Advised dog park not available due to construction. Bathroom not clean, toilet plugged, door appeared to have been forced. Advised cameras everywhere due to thefts.

Women's bathroom was open every time I visited it. Not safe. One stall lock was broken and there are only two stalls. Showers were not clean. I did not need hooks ups but the price was the same $79 a night.

The park is under construction ... very difficult to get into and out of. Also the park has a lot of "Full Timers" who obviously let their dogs run loose. There's dog poop everywhere. Very disappointing since this has been our last stop for several years when we return home from wintering in Arizona and California. On the complete opposite end of the KOA spectrum is the KOA in Tucson AWESOME

Nice KOA.Great staff.Very pleasant. The big issue was the construction nearby - beeping from large construction vehicles until 6:45 pm on Friday evening, began again at 6:45 am Saturday morning. We were only a few spaces away from the construction. We feel we paid way too much for the site considering the construction noise. We should have had a discount rate and advance notice of construction.

First time thru It was quiet and marvelous,.. so I stayed again... the showers are occupied with people filling up water containers of every size, door is completely broken, and handles wont latch. I felt unsafe. Which I why I go to KOA's... so.. really need to clean up their act. Loose cats and dogs too. It was very dissapointing and I wont stop there again. Lots of permanent trailers scary

The staff went above and beyond and was great! My stay was short, but everything I had expected. The restroom was a dirty disaster, but some people simply don’t care about others, and expect someone else to clean up after them. Overall, a nice experience. I will be back.

The staff was and is always great, especially the housekeeping lady that rushed to finish up cleaning our cabin so we could checkin early. We visit often since we live close by and love the people here so it's worth the 45 minute drive a few times a year. I only wish the waterpark was year around or heated.
