Campground Cancellation Guideline
Campground Specific Cancellation Policy
Need to Cancel? If you need to cancel your reservation, you must Call or Email the office at (719)382-7575 or [email protected] before the deadlines listed below to receive your deposit, minus a $20 Cancellation Fee. Text notifications of cancellations are not acceptable.
RV and Tent Sites: 7 Day Cancellation notice is required. Notify the Colorado Springs KOA by 4pm seven days before your scheduled arrival.
Cabins and Lodges: 14 days Cancellation notice required. Notify the Colorado Springs KOA two week prior before your scheduled arrival.
Cancellations made after deadlines result in forfeit of all deposit. Holiday weekends due in full non refundable.Group Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 60 days or more before the arrival date will receive a refund, minus the standard cancellation fee. Cancellations made 30 to 59 days before the arrival date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will result in a complete forfeiture of the stay.
National Cancellation Guideline
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the campground before the deadlines below to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $20 administrative cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations will not be accepted.
Cancellation Deadlines:
- RV & Tent Sites: You must give 7 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., seven days before your scheduled arrival.
- Lodging & Accommodations: You must give 14 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., fourteen days before your scheduled arrival.
For guests booking accommodations in California, a full refund will be given for reservations canceled within 24 hours of booking, provided the arrival date is at least 72 hours after the time of booking.
Cancellation Details:
- Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.
- Cancellations made after the deadlines will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
- No refunds are given due to the discomforts of nature, including no-shows and early checkouts.
- No refunds are given on or after the arrival date.
- Refunds will be processed using the original credit/debit card, with no exceptions.
- The cancellation policy may be amended during a Regional/National travel disruption.
- Holidays and special events may have unique deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Please check with your selected KOA for details.
